Picked up 7am , the guide was excellent! Very informative the whole journey & throughout the day. Short delay at passport control (half hr), 1st stop at Lady of the Rock approx an hour then onto Kotor old town , very busy there as 4 cruise ships in but didn’t matter. Brilliant tour best ever had with Tui!

On the booking it said 7am pick up, so we rushed breakfast, but we were only picked up at 7.30, only to be told 'we have a lot of hotels to pick up'. The islands were beautiful but when we visited 'Our Lady on the Mount' the guide never told anyone what time to be back, so we ended up running late. On the way back we then spent 4 hours at Border control, so, overall, the trip took 14 hours! Not the best experience and I wouldn't go again

Loved the trip Montenegro is beautiful. Didn’t like our passports taken off us at the border. When they were returned to the coach the guide didn’t hand them back she dumped them on one of the passengers who then handed them out. Then they got passed from passenger to passenger to sort there own out

I thought the tour guide was excellent but too much time spent on the bus, would have like more time in Perast instead of being rushed to get back on the bus for Kotor. So many groups waiting to enter the church on lady of rocks once you were inside you didn’t get chance to look around. Large bus tours are too much smaller groups on mini bus groups would have been better

Really good tours & they were very informative. Was great to see lady of the rocks, good amount of time there. Would recommend to have a little longer is Kotor, as the time went really quick considering we had lunch via a restaurant. Coach journey took a while due to boarder security but this was expected. Only downside was the air conditioning on the coach wasn’t very strong. So when the coach was still as the boarder, the coach got very hot quickly. Overall, would recommend this tour.

Lady of the rocks and Kotor town visit was interesting and I am pleased we went as scenic views were awe inspiring. Our host Tom was interesting and knowledgeable and instructed us all well. Border crossing was actually fine for us at 30-40 minutes each way, TUI tour times ensured we were there early and we beat the crowds, but I do understand this was a bit of luck.

Pity we could not be picked up opposite our hotel. Instead we had to walk nearly a mile in torrential rain to be picked up outside another. The coach was 15 minutes late. Our clothes never dried out after that!

There is a lot of travel time involved so need to be prepared for spending a long time on the bus, but well worth it for the places we visited. Guide was informative all the way through, the boat trip and island visit was stunning and plenty of free time in Montenegro to explore.

The trip was great. Beautiful scenery and Kotor was gorgeous. I would like to have stayed longer in Kotor. Down side was at the border both ways, although it did not spoil the trip.

Lady of the Rocks potentially not a main highlight. Border crossing was fine on the way there but his on the way back however we were luckier than some. More time in Kotor and would replace Lady of the Rocks but potentially still stop at Perast.

This was a fantastic day out and great value for money. We really enjoyed the boat trip to Lady of the Rocks Island and then onto Kotor for the afternoon. The guides were excellent and very informative about the history of the places we were visiting. We were also very lucky with quick border crossings. My only recommendation would be that it would be good to have a quick drink and toilet stop before you start the Kotor city tour. It was an excellent trip though.

Left hotel early and thus avoided traffic up to and beyond border. Interesting journey, guide informed both English speaking and French. Occasional stops. Brief stop at Lady of Rock for all of 15mins.(way too short). Yet 3hrs at Kotor. English guide was nice and knowledgeable although put pressure to eat as time was then limited.

Our guide was super, imparting a huge amount of knowledge about Croatia and Montenegro. Our minibus driver was excellent. The boat trip to Our Lady at Perast was fun, while the walking tour was in Kotor was informative and amusing.

At a 5:50 start it's a long day to Montenegro and back. We were very lucky in that there were no delays at the border but we heard from a fellow guest that he had a 3 hour delay. Once there the sights were worth seeing, especially Our Lady of the Rocks in the bay of Kotor. Due to swift departures and trouble free borders we were back in the hotel at 5:30 but it was a long day.

Enjoyed the area and the excursion. Not many negatives but the early morning cleaners were a bit noisy. Our room (115) was next to the cleaners store Our basin tap was very noisy and we were conscious of disturbing other guests. The excursion coach driver was using his mobile phone lot whilst driving - a concern given the standards expected in UK

Pro- The visit by boat to lady of the rocks- short but lovely The city of Kotor is beautiful with truly amazing sceneries around and during the trip. Con- The wait at the border was long. In essence we got short time of 2 -3 hours to do our own trip through the walls of Kotor up to the castle on the hill. Without guide, I had lost the way as I did not know where the starting point was. It would have helped if the guide accompanying us had offered to help by taking us to it’s start.

Great opportunity to visit Montenegro, beautiful locations and plenty of time to explore Kotor's old town. Unusually, I was the only native English speaker among the tour group, and one of only five people who took the English language tour of Kotor. This wasn't a problem in itself, but it did mean that some elements of the tour were neglected in English due to most of the group speaking French. For example, I got a 2 minute explainer at Our Lady of the Rocks, while they got about 10 mins.

There was very little not to like. Bus driver and guide were friendly and professional and kept us fully informed at all times on what to expect. The trip went without a hitch and both the Lady Of The Rocks and Kotor experiences were excellent. On the return from Kotor the traffic was heavy and so the driver took us an alternate route which gave us an unexpected ferry trip. Overall excellent.

Really enjoyed the ferry to the church. The guide was extremely informative but too many facts. Didn’t get to see in any of the churches on the tour. Sampling traditional food would’ve of been good.

There were two coaches, mine was almost full. The other coach the same size and also from Dubrovnik was about a third full. Covid is still an issue for many of your guests so this makes no sense from a safety perspective. The trip could also be organised better i.e. boat one way and coach the other. The guides were good but could not guide in Kotor as they were Croatian so we were given a map. Again this is poor organisation on the part of TUI not the guides

We were picked up 30 minutes later than we were advised and therefore missed breakfast at our hotel, we then spent the first 90 minutes picking up others in our resort before we headed to Montenegro! The actual tour itself was lovely but far too much time spent on the coach collecting others, added to the late pick up made it an extremely long day. I would recommend others to pay more and go on a private tour rather than spending so long driving around Dubrovnik and Cavtat collecting/dropping others. Our late pick up was blamed on traffic at 6:30am!
