A charming and well-run tour of Palma with an excellent, enthusiastic guide. Transport was smooth, and the tour was well-paced and informative. Sadly, the included meal was disappointing—rushed service, no menu, cold and bland food, and limited options. The restaurant felt unwelcoming to set-menu guests. While the tour itself was fantastic, we would have preferred to dine independently. Paying more for a better meal with more choice would greatly improve the experience.

Kurzfristige Änderung der abholzeit. Fahrt über die halbe Insel bis nach Palma...3 Stunden statt 1,5...dadurch wären wir erst nachts um 2 wieder am hotel gewesen...wurde uns vorher nicht gesagt. Sonst hätten wir die Tour mit Kindern nicht gemacht! Haben dann ein Taxi für fast 100 Euro gebucht...

Der Linienbus fährt die Strecke für 20 Euro (hin-zurück). Übrigens ohne Aufenthalt bei einer Verkaufsveranstaltung. Wein hat zwar mehr Stil als die Lederwaren in der Türkei, doch die Reise war auch deutlich billiger. Das schwerwiegendste ist jedoch das wenn mit deutscher Sprache geworben wird auch jemand dabei sein sollte der deutsch spricht. Der Guide hatte englisch und polnisch drauf, aber kein deutsch. Für Sicherheit gab es eine 5 da ich keine Ahnung habe welche Kriterien da zu bewerten sind

Wir hätten das iGeld für den Ausflug besser in ein Taxi investiert und wären direkt nach Palma gefahren. So wurde man leider erstmal von Cala Ratjada zwei Stunden über die Insel gefahren, um andere Gäste abzuholen und dann noch zu einer völlig unnötigen und vorher nicht angekündigten Weinverkostung genötigt. Hatte den Flair einer "Kaffeefahrt". Schade ums Geld. Der Aufenthalt (18-23 Uhr)in Palma war letztendlich schön.

Absolutely loved the transfer, and information by our guide Monika. Clear instructions about pick up and drop off and she was lovely! Loved it all, but perhaps more information prior to what time going and returning and all included, like about the winery

Herr Sven Daniel unser Guide und Betreuer hat nicht nur das Pflichtprogramm abgehalten nein weit aus mehr die Geschicht von Mallorca von der Erstbesiederlung über die Römer Mauren hin zur Neuzeit von der Diktatur zur Demokratie mit den Hintergründen und Zusammenhänge. Auch Anekdoten wie, warum ein Berg um 7m abgetragen wurde oder ein armer Schweinehirte es zum Militär geschafft hat. Er macht das mit einer Leidenschaft das man glauben könnte es wäre sein Hobby. Den besten Guide den wir je hatten.

Der Ausflug hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Reiseleiter hat uns sehr viel von der Geschichte Palmas erzählt. Es war sehr informativ und kann nur weiterempfohlen werden.

Gut war die Aushändigung eines Planes der Altstadt. Allerdings ist dessen Qualität verbesserungsbedürftig. Die Straßennamen sind überwiegend nicht lesbar. Insgesamt aber eine sehr empfehlenswerte Abendveranstaltung.

Leider konnte die erste Reiseleiterin so gut wie kein deutsch. In Palma angekommen mussten wir ca eine Stunde auf die zweite deutsch sprechende Reiseführerin warten, weil Sie schon mit der Gruppe losgelaufen ist. Wir kamen ca 10 min zu spät. Über die Kathedrale haben wir leider gar nichts erfahren. Weil wir im Schnelllauf zu der Gruppe geführt worden sind wo nicht auf uns gewartet hat. Ich gehe davon aus, die haben die Kathedrale besichtigt und danach haben die uns aufgenommen.

The bus passengers were families and older people but there were four German young people who were being dropped off in Playa Palma to go on a drinking trip on the strip and were being picked up at 11pm after we all got picked up from Palma at 10.30 pm they got back on the bus and they were extremely intoxicated and they vomited and the bus had to stop twice for them to get off the bus and vomit the passengers on the bus found this extremely disturbing

Es wurde nur auf englisch gesprochen! Es wurde ein zwischen Stopp eingelegt von dem man nichts gesagt hatte und dort die Zeit kaputt gemacht hatte da um 23 Uhr Abfahrt am Ballermann war! Die Zeit 23 Uhr könnte man auch verlängern auf 0 Uhr oder 1 Uhr nachts! Vielleicht könnte man auch in Zukunft eine extra Ballermann Fahrt anbieten da man dies nicht einzeln bekommt nur in Verbindung anderen Optionen! Ansonsten war alles super

Die Tour Palma by Night hat Uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an unseren Reiseführer Sven Daniel. Er hat uns mit seinem Wissen und Informationen sehr fasziniert. Er hat uns alles sehr ausführlich erklärt und durch seine sehr freundliche Art immer wieder ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Wir werden unseren Bekannten und Freunden davon mit Sicherheit erzählen und diese Tour zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an Cordula die uns diesen Tipp gegeben hat.

Das ganze war ein gelungener Ausflug, der sogar unsere Kinder 9 Jahre und 14 Jahre alt mitgenommen hat. Der Guide hat uns gut durch die Stadt geführt, abseits der Menschenmassen. Sehr informativ war die Geschichte von Mallorca.

Der Fremdenführer macht einen sehr sympathischen und kompetenten Eindruck. Mann merkt ihm an, dass die Arbeit ihm sehr viel Spaß und Freude bereitet. Sehr viele wichtige Informationen wurden der Reisegruppe vermittelt und es wurde auch individuell auf die Gäste eingegangen bei Fragen oder Wünschen

Busfahrt war super organisiert. Wir haben die Führung auf deutsch gebucht + weitere 2 Personen Leider kamen dann 11 englischsprachige dazu, die alle einen Ohrhörer bekamen(Info über Mikrofon Reiseleiterin). Wir sollten in der Nähe bleiben und sie sagt es uns auf deutsch. Das hat nur am Anfang funktioniert und selbst da, musste man aufgrund des Lärmes der Stadt wirklich ganz nahe sein. Ab der Hälfte war es nur mehr englisch. Somit eine Führung bezahlt, die man nicht erhalten bzw. gehört hat.

Very knowledgeable, friendly guide. Would have liked some time in the cathedral We chose the option to book a meal. The restaurant was lovely but a very long walk from where the tour ended
