Well organised trip with friendly staff on a 3 tier boat. The scenery was beautiful. Food on the boat was nice pork kebabs and a tasty veggie rice option. Swim stops were amazing and safe for kids. Overall a lovely experience, would definitely recommend if you want to see the shipwreck.

Fabulous cruise along the coastline from zante port. Stopping places for swim were good. The included snack was good and plentiful. Luckily 3 levels top, open air - take a hat. Centre level bar and additional snacks and 1st level air-conditioned. Our experience scores 10/10

I’m glad I chose Tui for this excursion because the local options are poor. We were lucky to be the only boat at the shipwreck. We had two stops for swimming, which was incredible. The boat wasn’t packed, so we felt really comfortable and had the chance to take lots of photos. The trip in general was amazing. I recommend bringing a jacket and sunscreen because the water was rough on our way there. On the way back, the boat moved slowly, giving us the chance to tan, swim and enjoy the view.

It was very expensive for what it was, we could have done the same trip a lot cheaper in resort which I would do next time. There were too many people, couldn’t hear very well and the reps weren’t great. The boat was also really expensive to buy anything. In short too commercial

This trip was amazing! The views were absolutely fantastic, definitely recommend! The snorkel stops were incredible , beautiful locations and lots of fish! The food wasn’t the best but there is food you can buy on board, if not make sure to bring snacks ! but overall this trip was a great experience to add to our holiday.

What a wonderful trip! The bus was on time to collect us for the short drive from Tsilivi to Zante Town to board the boat. We brought our own breakfast and snacks but lunch is provided, a very tasty pork souvlaki. There was a snack bar on board for purchasing additional food, drinks and ice creams, all reasonably priced. The trip itself was amazing; two brilliant swim stops (bring snorkels!) The boat got really close to the shipwreck for photos, then some fun Greek dancing on the way back.

Could not hear / understand the guide. Lunch was one option. As we don't eat pork we had to go without food. Not enough space for people to sit comfortably - some were perched on benches facing into the toilet!

Very nice trip, great views and snorkelling. Only slight concern, is there was no safety briefing or details about the whereabouts of life jackets if there was any sort of issue.

The tour guide was an absolute hoot funny and full of facts about the places you could see from the boat. Plenty to see there and back, food and drink available for the whole trip. Great to get in the water with each swim lasting upto 45mins which passes by quicker than you think - you explore the caves or just soak up the sun on the beach - don’t be a prude and book the trip

I enjoyed the views as all was very beautiful but I didn’t enjoy the size of the boat and how full it was, there was no authenticity about it at all The boat was full of polish tourists too, who were very rude, no idea of what a queue is and would generally push and shove anyone on their way, no opportunity to get to chat to anyone and snack food was just mass produced and not very nice Feels like Tui just wanted to fill a boat to maximise revenue and made it a not so enjoyable experience

Pick up from hotel was not good, bus drove right past us, despite asking the rep where the location was. Luckily they turned back. Really windy day so boat trip rocky and cold. You must bring a sweat shirt or jacket, some people were really cold. Boat takes 155 people so it is big. Plenty of drinks and snacks to buy on board. Meal was not warm and meat was nice but greasy. Only white wine or water was offered. Missed smugglers cove due to the choppy water. Most understood why.

I enjoyed the day. Informative. The light lunch was adequate but greasy. I think pork on wooden skewers was awkward to eat. Perhaps a Greek style pitta with the meat inside with an option for sald to be put in maybe better. Also perhaps wetwipes to wipe hands after food.

The overall experience was positive, it's definitely a big group cruise so it was busy. Our child was too young to enjoy the swim, but otherwise it was a great cruise. It helps that the weather was good too.

Our pick-up was on time to take us to the port. Ship clean and tidy. Lunch was excellent. Entertainment was enjoyable. Unfortunately the weather turned half way through with winds gusting to gale force. Could not land on Shipwreck cove. Only find shelter for one swim stop. The Blue Caves was just a fly-by. Back in port by 3pm. This was our second attempt to visit Shipwreck cove and Blue caves as we went by road to St Nicholas port in 2018 but the boats were not running!

2nd time to Zante in 4 years and sadly on this occasion due to strong currents the boat could not dock on the 'Shipwreck Beach' which I am sure would have been a huge disappointment for many. We had a large ship so couldn't even go exploring into the Blue Caves as I was expecting. The swim stop was fine but the water currents getting back to the boat were again strong so found it hard getting back to the boat. Could have been better and the lunch provided was just one choice only, more variety!

Good: The two swim spots were lovely - a bit choppy but fun all the same. The views from the boat were beautiful. Bad: I wouldn’t have booked this trip had I known I would be squashed in like a sardine in the top deck in the first instance. The actual boat trip was pleasant enough but smugglers cove was terrible. The cove has hundreds only people trying to navigate each other and also stop themselves being taken out by incoming boats honking their horns. The smell of fumes is immense.

It seemed a little over priced considering how many people were on the boat with us. We had a great time. Lunch wasn’t very substantial and we didn’t really have anything else which would amount to the price we paid. We did have a great experience when we got to the places we went to and I would recommend it, but just the pricing seemed quite high.

8 hr round trip however only 1 hour at smugglers cove on a very overcrowded strip of beach to see a graffiti laden rusted ship, it took 10-15 mins each time to off load and reload onto boat as it was so overcrowded, 3 decks with over 100 pers on each deck, then to blue caves for a 25 min max swim! it took longer to get people on/off the boat, was 1 more swim stop as above then 2 local dancers were picked up and provided a poor show cleared our seats so had to stand for last 45min of trip!!

The hotel was nice and staff were usually helpful and attentive. We paid to upgrade to a private room with a pool. This room slept three adults and a child very comfortably and housekeeping attended daily. There was a good selection of food, entertainment and activities around the hotel. However, issues with the room incl. extremely slow draining sink, green scum line round pool, broken lock, light and extractor fan , as well as no working phone were very disappointing in an upgraded room.

we really enjoyed the trip however there could have been improvements, I think that the boat should have optional life jackets people that are not confident swimmers. I myself have drowned in the past and am scared of swimming in the ocean and the jackets would have gave me a safety net, I never went in the water on the swim stops at all. I booked the trip as when we went on a trip similar in Italy they had jackets. also I think that we should have been told about the beach being stones.

We were very impressed overall with this excursion: long cruise up eastern coast to shipwreck cove (saw dolphins swimming alongside); on beach/swim for an hour; two more jump-in swim spots for 30 mins (we saw jellyfish!); slouvaki (pork kebab), salad, bread + wine for lunch; Greek dancing on board. Ice creams, drinks and other snacks can be bought. A little confusing at first when we must have been 2nd or 3rd coach-load to board, then we had to wait for 2 more! Good commentary in English and polish. Luckily we found good seats and noticed other passengers moved around if they wished. Take lots of sun cream, towel, and water. People wore swimming gear under outer clothes as toilets were small. It was difficult to walk on the beach as it’s shingle and hurt our feet - maybe take surf shoes if this worries you.

We enjoyed the dancing act towards the end and the swim stop off’s so we could enjoy the water. However we felt that it was too busy and we we’re all crammed onto the boat - making it difficult for some to even find a seat with people standing all the way there and back on the boat. Also we were told on the trip confirmation to bring some identification such as a passport however when we got there no one asked to see it so we were a bit annoyed we ended up taking it when it wasn’t needed.

Quite a long boat trip to get to the Smugglers beach. Wreck was a disappointment just a rusty heap. Beach was white stone/gravel hard to walk on in bare feet. We had to wade through deep water from boat to shore. The guide on boat had an irritating way of speaking - in bursts of 4 or 5 words with a high pitched inflection at end and she seemed to forget what she wanted to say on occasions. The lunch was pretty poor I assume they wanted to encourage people to buy more in the snack shop. Nice to have a couple of swim stops. Overall a reasonably good excursion but not great.

Unfortunately on the day we took the trip, the sea was very rough on the way to the cove, which was quite a bad experience- this obviously is totally out of TUI’s control - on the way back to port it was much calmer and more enjoyable although we couldn’t do the additional swim stop due to the waves still being quite rough. Only recommendation I would give to TUI in regards to this trip is limiting the number of people to smaller groups, I think there was easily 100 people on our trip. We arrived to port having booked with TUI and a guide to find other groups, booked without guides, we’re also on the same boat/trip - this caused confusion as some passengers had lunch included and others didn’t - so there were some unhappy passengers. I think it would have been better to have separate tours for those who booked with guides and without.

The beach itself was lovely but the boat ride there was very choppy. People were thrown from their seats, screaming. There were a lot of people vomiting. The free standing chairs were not suitable for this kind of weather and I saw several elderly passengers fall from their chairs as they weren’t fixed. If the captain knew the sea was going to be this rough they should have cancelled the trip. It was lucky that no one was seriously injured.

Lunch was good, but the trip felt a little chaotic and disorganised - the description of the activity made it sound like we would be on a smaller boat but it was a large boat so felt more impersonal and not as good value for money as it could have been with a smaller tour. I couldn’t hear well over the speakers and instructions weren’t clear. Not much information about the area, I left not knowing any more than when I started. It was very choppy getting to smugglers cove and many were sick though I know that can’t be helped!

TUI pack four coach loads of people on to the one ship which is too big to get anywhere near the Blue Caves so you don't see them. It's also too expensive.
