Know in advance:
During weekends/holidays, travel may face traffic delays or early closure of attractions. Routes, order and duration of stays will be adjusted based on daily traffic to improve efficiency. Avoid arranging dinners or tight transportation connections (e.g., same-day flights/Shinkansen)
Access to the crater depends on the day's weather and gas concentration, with opening status subject to official announcements on the day. If an entry ban is issued, the original visit to "Senri Grassland" will be extended to 90 minutes, and the duration of stays at other attractions will be prolonged accordingly—no refunds will be provided. A shuttle bus to the summit is available at own expense. Itinerary order, and duration of stays at attractions may be adjusted by the guide based on daily conditions (weather, traffic, etc.). The company is not liable for poor photo quality due to weather or other factors
Small tattoos must be covered with skin-colored patches for entry; large tattoos may result in denial of entry. Hot springs require additional fees, and public hot springs mandate nude bathing
To arrange a pick-up from your hotel, contact local partners—you can find their contact details in your voucher after booking
This tour offers multilingual service, with multilingual guide service onboard (not single-language). This is a shared tour, so there may be passengers speaking other languages in the same vehicle. Seats are first-come, first-served
If access to the crater is possible, it will be confirmed on the day; the shuttle bus is at own expense.
No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows; no refunds for itinerary changes caused by traffic jams, weather, etc.

Participants over 69 years old are not allowed
Children under 3 are not recommended to enter hot springs

Meet your group at Hakata Station Chikushi exit Lawson. Your guide will be holding a flag. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure.
