The camel safari was a good experience , it wasn’t too far from hotel transfer was a little later than expected but was ok. The tour guides were good and chatty , allowed us to feel at ease when on the camel. The mint tea and Moroccan dress make it all part of the experience. Overall worth doing during your visit.

The walk around the village up to the waterfall was amazing. The guide was really helpful, cooked us lunch and Moroccan tea at the end. We could have walked higher up the mountains but wasn’t wearing the proper foot wear. I really enjoyed the camel ride and wearing the traditional outfits. Our driver picked us up from the hotel and drove us to each destination and stoping at various view points for photos along the way. Me & the wife was confused because we thought it was just a camel ride lol

10/10 experience, can be very hot and they only offer Moroccan mint tea after (which is lovely) but some water would have been appreciated as we felt a bit dehydrated as the tea was warm and it was a hot day! Other than that nothing to complain about!

Every aspect of the excursion was really good. From dressing in traditional robes and headscarf to the mint tea a biscuit halfway through. The two camel guides were entertaining, and knowledgeable and had very good English. They took photographs of the group and individual pictures with the camels.

The route for the 'safari' was probably barely 2 miles, and the land was hardly over sand dunes or similar as the advertising suggests, - it was more like a brownfield site covered with concrete rubble. The camel that I was riding clearly had an open sore where the rope bridle had been rubbing over a long period which was covered in flies and the animal was clearly distressed. The overall impression was of a lack of animal care and human safety.

When we arrived we were given robes to wear and turbans to keep head protected. Camels were well tended for and there were smaller camels following the herd to come and go as they pleased. Guide took photos if we asked and talked to us along the route. We stopped for mint tea and biscuits, camels were given water as soon as we arrived and then headed back. Great value for money and we told guests back at our hotel how great it was, they booked the trip too and said they'd loved it too.

We loved this experience! From wearing the traditional clothing to the mint tea and biscuits half way through, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and thought it was excellent value for money. We would 100% recommend this experience to anyone. Remember to take water for the bus to stay cool as it is baking hot.

There is nothing I would change, collection from the Hotel to and from, looked after and had an opportunity to spend time with other holiday makers from different hotels. The camels were well cared for, the babies walked along side their mother, which was so cute. The guide's were thoughtful and humorous.

Great experience, promptly picked up and taken to the camel safari. Dressed in Moroccan clothing then helped onto the camels. We then rode to a berber village for mint tea and biscuits before riding back through the dessert. 1 of the guides took photos and videos for us and 1 sang traditional Moroccan songs as we rode.

The camel trip lasted around 2 hours including travel time! We were given our cover ups, and then headed out on the camel! We stopped half way for Moroccan tea, and then headed back on the camel to where our bus was parked! It was lots of fun, a group of about twelve! Felt super safe… although my camel wouldn’t sit down aha! Lots of fun x

We were picked up directly from the hotel and made to feel welcome. Our children were well looked after and we felt safe. Traditional dress was given as well as head gear for camel riding. We even took a 6 month old. Excellent and well worth the money.

The trip was great value for money. We were well aware there are better camel safari in the agafi desert but this was a fun and relaxed morning not too far from our hotel. For a fun morning for only 34 pound we were more than happy with our trip. The guys running the trip were super friendly and really made an effort to talk to everyone and even take photos for you on your own phones. It was super fun and the palm groves still made for a great surrounding to take awesome pics

I thought it was great value for money. No, it’s not in the desert but honestly it never promised it was despite other reviews. The guides were great, made a little grass camel for my girls. I went with my 4 children alone (female) and felt super safe. Lovely little glass of mint tea halfway. Highly recommend.

We were collected from our hotel and took to the camels. We were given our headgear and tunic all freshly laundered. The staff and guides are so friendly and cannot do enough for you, even taking photos for you with your own phones. Loved the mint tea and homemade biscuits in a lovely village. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the morning, it was well organised and the guide was lovely. We had tea and biscuits in a nice Berber tent halfway. Having seen other camel rides I think this is definitely one of the better ones, but I think it’s perhaps not quite the ‘ride into the desert sunset’ that’s advertised - it’s a classic tourist trap where the camels are literally on the side of the road and there are lots of other people on various trips around. We did enjoy it & I’d definitely book this one over others!

Would be lovely if the guide tell more about the camels, local family we visited. The trip was very short. Got picked up 9:15 and was back in hotel at 11. That included pick up and drop off from various hotels in both ways and there was 30 min to the cancel location.

Friendly and helpful guides. Good to have a short mint tea stop on the journey. A tip for people considering this experience would be wear long trousers as camel hair is a bit scratchy in shorts! Also, you are given a headscarf to wear with a kaftan so if you’re taking a hat or other bits with you, take a small rucksack as there isn’t anywhere to leave your belongings. A worthwhile experience ??

We really enjoyed the camel riding trip. We were taken by car about 10km from our hotel, and then dressed up in local Touareg headress with kaftan, which was great to keep the sun off, as well as making you fell part of the experience. The local guides and camel leaders were very friendly and spoke passable English. They took photos and videos of us with our own phones which was great for keeping memories of the trip.

This was a lovely experience. It wasn’t too long and the camels we rode seemed healthy and looked after. I always worry that care for animals is compromised in favour of money making but they had food and water available and the saddles were comfortable enough for camel and rider. Our 11 year old son loved it and the guide made a lot of effort to speak English and to teach us a few words of Arabic. I highly recommend this excursion.

The trip was amazing and great value for money. The tour guides were good fun too and told you alot about the camels which are not actually camels but dromedary instead as these only have one hump in of 2 which a camel had. We went in the morning trip as this was cooler.

From start to finish our guides were super helpful and really engaged with us which made the trip. They told us the names of all the camels and how they were looked after and we dressed in traditional Berber costumes and headwear. it was a very nice holiday' i would not put it in a 5 star bracket more like a 3 star however enjoyable the staff were exceptional polite & extremely helpful . To be honest i would not visit that particular venue again but neither the less if you dont go you dont know. the food was always cold, and the hot plates were just not up to it in keeping food hot . i did speak to the manager who said he will look at it but only stayong for 7 days that did not happen?

As I was stranded on a plane for 4 and half hours due o afault with one if the wings which happened while taxing down the runway to take off I think there should always be at least 2 spare planes to transfer passengers to so that they aren't stranded especially when some passengers hav children and are concerned about th noise level of their children and other passengers.

The whole experience was most enjoyable. The staff from the driver to our camel guide were polite and funny! Both made us feel welcome and at ease. The camel ride overall was a good pace and comfortable. It was nice to stop in a small village for some mint tea. We were back in the hotel by 12 still time to laze by the pool and enjoy the sun. Would recommend

The holiday was fantastic. Please introduce more excursions and compete prices with other companies. Enjoyed every bit of it. We asked the TUI rep and the reception beforehand about checkout time and what happens until our shuttle bus arrives. They confirmed that we don’t have to pay anything as this was a package holiday. On the day of the departure, the hotel asked us to pay 900 dirhams for late checkout at 5.30pm We had to leave room at 2pm and sit in reception for 3 hours

The advert is misleading as it shows a camel train walking across sandy desert. This is not what the safari does as it takes place in a palm grove. That in itself is very nice but not what we were expecting. We were expecting wide open sandy desert. The guide however was superb.

Great experience. Slight language barrier so not much interaction with the guides. However, Hassan who was my guide, took me and the rest of the part on a great trek. We stopped for tea and cake and he even handcrafted a palm camel as we walked. Plenty of stops for photos and a great experience overall.

Great fun. The guide's were brilliant with one taking pictures and videos with your own camera/phone. Definitely worth doing. Only downside is that it is listed as a 2 hour camel trek and you are only on a camel for approximately 1hour.

A great experience booked at the last minute and took place the morning of our departure. Our guides were amazing and looked after us very well - a real joyful morning. I went with my 8 year old daughter who absolutely loved it! Take some water with you - we stopped for refreshments but it was local tea (which I appreciated, but my daughter didn’t!).

Really enjoyed this experience. Camels very well kept and handlers very informative and willing to answer your questions and give you more information about the camels and how they are looked after. The stop for a refreshment was welcomed, however I am not a fan of mint tea and would have preferred an alternative such as water especially due to the heat. I had not taken any with me due to refreshments being included.

We had the best experience. Our guide was amazing, he spoke fluent English and was happy to talk to us the whole time we were there. He took so many photos and videos on my phone for us so we could remember our time. When I spoke to the rep at the hotel I asked what we would need to take and he told us nothing, just ourselves and a phone. I really wish I had taken some money to give as a tip for our guide! He even make us a camel from leaves of the trees ??

I was told the pick up would be from the reception, I ended up going outside to see what was happening. The person was just a man who took my voucher off me and then said to get in his vehicle. It was an off road drive on the way there, could of been taking us anywhere. The camel guide was friendly and chatty and where we stopped for mint tea was lovely. The excursion was said to be 2-4hrs, from when we were collected to when we were dropped off was 1hr 50mins. Not a lot for our money really.

Really fun day! We got to dress up in traditional clothing, the guide was really nice and took our pictures. Snacks and mint tea were really pleasant and the experience overall was excellent!

Well organised trip. Lovely driver picked us up from the hotel. Short drive to where the camels were. They provided us with their traditional clothes, which you put on top of your own. Guide guy was great. He stopped few times during the trip to take photos of us, he took them from our phones so you don't have to pay extra for them. He was very lovely. He made a camels from palm leaf and gave to each of us. Great trip overall.

The camel ride experience was amazing, our guide was lovely, so helpful and polite, he shared info about the areas we visited and took us for morrocan tea mid way for us to have a break in the shade, i would definately reccomend this to others who have never experienced camal riding before although my thighs were a little sore the following day but im sure thats just because i was clinging on so tight haha

Was a really fun experience I would have liked a little more communication about what to expect from the camels in terms of mounting and dismounting them…other than that it was good and the break was nice though we had to ask for water which felt a bit odd as it was roasting.
