Lloc was a lovely place.The walk to Son Bou was a bit long in heat. Lovely beach, to keep cool we stayed by shops and cafés. No guide until Lloc, and then only saw her briefly. But the highest praise for Nicola who was not the named guide but organised everything perfectly for 2 coaches after we departed Lloc. Also Nicola was brilliant on a previous excursion on 9/10. Clear, precise info about times, toilets, coach etc. and a wealth of info about Menorca while on the coach & at stops

The animal park was good. The irish pub for the food was extremely good. Think the best meal we had all holiday. The timings were spot on we had enough time to eat and spend some time on the beach. Overall the value for money was excellent.

The zoo was amazing. The free time at the beach was disappointing as the coach drops you off a long way away from the beach and when we finally got there we couldn’t swim as the red flag was flying.

The staff at Lloc de Menorca visit were great. They were so friendly and helpful. Son Bou beach was beautiful! We absolutely loved swimming in the sea! It is such a clean beach and we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this trip. Our children enjoyed it so much.

The zoo was so good, my children absolutely loved it and so did I. It was a shame we couldn't swim at son bou but it didn't ruin the experience as we had a paddle. It was one of our best days on the whole trip.

Were picked up by a very nice Spanish driver no TUI rep. Saw a TUI rep at the destination. Then she went on to another bus with another TUI rep. So no rep on our bus at all. Felt completely on our own in a foreign country with none of us speaking Spanish. Trip was great TUI rep couldn’t care less. Been on plenty of trips with TUI never had this issue before. She really couldn't care less.

Animal park was great but I feel like the visit to Son Bou shouldn’t include the word beach. We are so glad we visited this tiny town as there’s some good shops and restaurants (we had nothing like this near our resort) but the beach is a long walk and nothing special. The wooden boardwalk path to it was not pushchair friendly and made it very difficult to get on to the beach. The tide was in and almost touching the path so we couldn’t physically get on!

When we got to the Irish bar for lunch at Son Bou, there was only one person taking orders for lunch and took half an hour to queue and get drinks. Otherwise it was a very good day but service really needs to be improved at the bar as it eats into the time at the beach

Amazing service from Nicola who looked after everyone amazingly and was excellent at giving us all the information we needed to have a fab day. Nicola was by far the best TUI guide / rep we have ever had and could tell she took real pride in her work she is a credit to TUI. Thank you for a great day

The zoo is a fantastic visit for both kids and adults! We really enjoyed seeing all the animals, it was nice and shady on a hot day and the splash pad was a welcome place to cool off. We also enjoyed Son Bou beach, the only downside is that the coach drops you off quite far from the beach and it was a very hot walk.

The little zoo is very nice and the time allowed was just about ok. However part two felt bit rushed, could do with an extra hour to fit in lunch and beach nicely. Specifically regards the lunch, I may have missed it in the booking process, but I wasn't aware that kids could only have Chicken Nuggets and not the roast chicken or fish as per my voucher. Staff at the lunch venue are pretty blunt to put it mildly and prices for any extras eye watering.

A lovely trip, zoo is ideal for little ones and we managed to get round, plus play in the splash park and eat lunch in the time provided. It would be nice to have the option to do this without the beach, which was nice but not something we necessarily wanted to do.

Brilliant day out, kids loved the zoo, getting up close to the lemurs, holding the snakes and more. Son Bou beach is beautiful, could definitely of spend longer at both. We opted for the lunch and can't complain, food was lovely, nice atmosphere.

Loved the animal interaction when it's feeding time up close and a le to touch these beautiful animals is amazing Son bou was lovely but it's a treck to the beach area and on a hot day it's a bit much. Irish bar where had lunch was well organised efficient and food was lovely

Zoo was great, would definitely recommend eating lunch at the zoo as there was plenty of time to eat there and food was lovely. Beach was a bit of a let down as you have to park a long way away which ate into the time there, if you ordered lunch at the beach we would have hardly had any time there. Tide was in which didn’t help but can’t be helped!

Lovely little zoo with great splash/play park for kids and animal handling sessions, could have used a little more time there for the kids to fully enjoy the splash park a bit longer before the animal handling session and then having to leave for the beach. Beach was nice and clean lots of restaurant/cafes nearby

It was a wonderful very well organised trip. The zoo is amazing love how many animals you can walk through and experience up close. The lunch provided as an extra we booked was excellent. Huge portion and cooked to perfection. Time in San bou was nice and had time to wander the shops for souvenir. Easy transport there and back. Informative friendly guide. Fantastic value for money. A wonderful day out for all ages to enjoy.

We absolutely loved Lloc de Menorca. The journey was long because of the pick up on the other side of Ciutadella which was a shame. We would have very gladly done without the beach. We didn't much enjoy the Irish bar where we got the 10% discount and the beach was crowded and not as nice as our local one. The whole family felt we were killing time waiting to go back to the resort but sadly the zoo trip isn't offered on its own as this part was wonderful.

The animal park was lovely and the little splash park there was perfect as it was so hot! Only a short drive to son bou beach which was beautiful! The rep on the coach was very informative and helpful. We liked the fact there were only 2 pick ups, anymore and it would have made the already long journey not worth it with little children.

TUI rep Debbie, was very friendly and helpful, very clear on pick up time and place. There was just enough time to see all the animals, lovely little park, and shade which I was greatful for, would have been nice for a professional photo oppotunity with an animal. Only ended up with about 20minutes on the beach after getting some lunch and a little look around, so more time there would have been good.

The trip itself was wonderful, the zoo is just small but we really enjoyed it, there were plenty of shaded areas which were much needed on a very hot day and we saw lots of animals. Son bou beach was beautiful, the water was so warm.and clear we had just the right amount of time at both, the only negative was that it took 1 and a half hours to get to the zoo from when we were picked up at marinda Gardens, it felt like quite a trek.

A great trip overall. I would say there's only just enough time to spend exploring the animal sanctuary. We've done the trip twice so only on the 2nd time did we feel we'd done everything. I suggest Tui info reminds customers where the bus pick up point is rather than just saying a supermarket name, as we missed our bus last year not knowing where we needed to be.

The transfer arrived on time and the guide, Rebecca, was helpful and friendly. The park itself was great with a good range of animals and the right amount of shade to make walking around enjoyable. The free time at the beach was good, discount at the local bar and sun beds to hire for 20 euros

The Visit to the Park was excellent would highly recommend that, and the beach was indeed beautiful but very limited time at the beach due to the delay and time spent waiting for food at the 10%discounted sports bar lunch! Waited over an hour their for food and when it arrived it was wrong. Beach experience was then only 46 mins not enough time to do much there with children!

Wonderful little animal rescue centre that's doing some great work giving animals a home that have come from circuses, trafficking etc Son Bou beach was lovely as well and the discount card for the sports bar was welcome as well ?? Only one problem was we had on our ticket a different time for the pickup, thankfully though the excellent your guide phoned up to our room so we didn't miss out.

We enjoyed being collected from accommodation & dropped off again. Comfortable coach. Lots of mosquitoes at the zoo as expected. Extra smidge or jungle spray needed. My daughter & grand daughter went to the serpent enclosure at 12 o clock and got to hold snakes. Snack Bar & Gift shop on site. Son Bou beach is lovely, sandy & long and great this was included in the excursion. Sun beds & shade 10 euros each and restaurant on beach expensive but the food was tasty.

This experience is a wonderful family day out, the zoo sanctuary has enough for children and adults to enjoy in the time allocation you get here. Feeding the goats was really highlight (you need a couple of euros change for this). The beach was lovely, sandy and idealistic, defiantely worth the couple of hours relaxation and dip in sea, all finished with a drink at TUI recommended bar to refresh before the trip back to the hotel and really reasonably priced ice creams for the little ones.

This was a great little trip , there is nothing I can fault from stepping on the coach to the loc de menorca which is such a lovely place to going on to son bou beach which again was a beautiful place , good few hours on the beach too which was great and then the trip back ,the tui guide was fab and explained how the day was set out and the background on loc de menorca , another good trip with tui .

The animal park was brilliant. Good mix of animals and you got to get up close with goats, lizards and snakes which was a real treat for my toddler. The splash park was also great fun. The beach was beautiful, only downside was the walk down and back to the coach.

Enjoyed the animal centre . Son bou beach all felt very rushed i.e not enough time to enjoy the beach . 10/15 minute walk to and from the coach etc The 10% discount card was pointless when the prices are 20-30% more because of the location. The guy (manager) that was in the Arena bar that day , what a miserable so & so .

Loved the trip to the zoo. Would have preferred to add 2 hours to the visit to the zoo and not visit the beach. Not enough time at the zoo to see all the animals, eat and use the splash park. It was all very rushed. Had to eat at the beach so wasn't worth the hassle of getting wet and sandy just for an hour. Beach is beautiful though.

It's a little zoo but very nice to see the rescued animals in there own habitat. It was good fun to see some of the animals been fed. We sat at the cafe there for a snack which was really good & everyone was so friendly & welcoming. There was abit of a walk to the beach & it was very busy but they did have a few shops to look at & we had lunch at the Irish bar whi h was delicious ??. We had a great day.

Really impressed with the animals and their surroundings. Our kids aged 5 and 2 really enjoyed all of this. Not so impressed with the beach. It is a very very long walk from where the coach drops you off actually getting onto the beach and not worth it in our opinion. We also think you should be told in advance if your pick up by the coach involves you driving past where you are visiting to go half an hour out of your way to pick others on the trip from the other side of the island.

The animal sanctuary/ zoo was wonderful! You could really get up close with most of the animal, walk amongst the lemurs, rabbits turtles kangaroos goats! Loads. It was lovely! A good mornings worth - plus lunch if you fancied it and a play area for the kids. So could probably stretch to 1pm/1.30pm if just doing the zoo. We thought the whole experience was fantastic. The beach was wonderful, the places to eat were really yummy.

The zoo was good, the 1.5 hours it took to make the 20 minute journey from our hotel was not! We went over to the far side of the island to collect more people before going there. Had I known this I wouldn’t have booked the trip. The stop in Son Bou was pointless; the bar where you offered a 10% discount was ridiculously overpriced and there wasn’t enough time to enjoy the beach. Not to mention the 10-15 minute walk to the beach from where the bus dropped us off.

The only thing we didn’t like was the weather which was out of your hands - we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our guide was a lovely lady, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. The Zoo is not like a zoo in England - there wasn’t as many animal or as big but it’s still good fun. You can walk into some of the enclosures with Lemurs, Goats (you can feed them), Birds, Chickens, Rabbits & Gineau pigs. I would 100% recommend for younger kids but my boyfriend who is 20 years old loved it too! Tips for Son Bou Beach - if you don’t go to the first restaurant (the TUI 10% Irish Bar) there’s a great place called Aroma just before the round about. If you play your cards right, they will offer you a free first drink so don’t just walk straight in though ;) Brilliant food and great service there. The beach itself is beautiful but unfortunately it was a cool, windy day so we couldn’t properly experience the beach but we still had a walk along it and a nosey in the shops - so don’t let the weather put you off.

The zoo was fantastic, great range of animals & such a lovely walk round with plenty of seating area. We particularly enjoyed feeding the goats & watching the lemurs be fed. Then the snake experience really topped off our holiday! Definitely a high-light experience we will remember. The next stop as part of the excursion was Son Bou beach. The biggest & most beautiful on the island! Felt very safe to swim in the sea as there were plenty of life guards. There's also a few bars on the beach. Transfers were convenient & the staff were very lovely and spoke our language so communication was nice & easy.

Great
I thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Menorca Zoo, it was very interesting. Not so much the visit to Son Bou beach as it was crowded and too windy to swim. I would have preferred to visit another location inland.
