The excursion provided what would be a once in a lifetime experience for most people. The guide was wonderful and advised us where she would be should we need her during the performance. Be warned, the tickets are for the seats on concrete and, as the opera (Carmen) lasted four hours (including 2 half hour intermissions), it was a very long time to sit on such uncomfortable seating. Additionally, the ‘seats’ are such that the people in front of us were sat between our feet! We took 2 cushions.

Javier in customer service has really upset us as he is not reading our notes before stating incorrect facts, basically intimating that we are at fault not TUI… We are waiting for someone a little more senior to contact us as I’m not letting this problem drop. It was a trip for our anniversary which didn’t happen. I’m not happy at present, I have kept copies of most correspondence

Transport was very prompt. Collection of tickets was very easy and free time before opera is enough for a taste of Verone. Opera itself was well worth going to for the experience.

From start to finish everything was perfect. Picked up at time allocated, tour rep was very informative and so helpful and friendly. Seats to show are very good. The opera was fabulous. Rep was waiting for us when opera finished and got us all home safely. I'm so glad we did this excursion with Tui.

Der Guide informierte uns hervorragend über den Ablauf und die Möglichkeiten in der freien Zeit. Auch die Treffpunkte, Zusammenhalt der Gruppe und Erreichbarkeit war top organisiert. Bustransfer war sehr gut organisiert (sammeln mit kleinerem Bus vom Hotel und dann Umstieg). Der Retourweg in der Nacht nach Limine war in 2h geschafft. Da die Opernkarte nur € 35,00 kostete, finde ich den Transfer um € 75,00 dann doch sehr teuer.

Farbenträchtige Opa, Tolle Kostüme und Bühnenbild, von Fackelträgern bis Pferde, alles da . Platz auf den Steinquadern eng- man kann sich nicht anlehnen Sitzpolster mitnehmen.

Opera and staff were great. couch journey to Verona took 31/2 hours each way. Soending 7 hoiurs on the coach wasn;t that much fun.

Excellent trip but price too much. 32 Euro opera ticket but trip cost £80. That is a huge coach price.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schönes Event. Allerdings war es auch ein sehr langer Tag. Wir wurden relativ früh abgeholt und hatten dadurch vor der Vorstellung noch Zeit zur freien Verfügung. Das war wirklich sehr angenehm. Der Rücktransfer zog sich allerdings sehr in die Länge, weil fast für jede einzelne Person angehalten wurde. Eventuell kann man da weniger Stopps einlegen und die Personen mehr zusammen fassen

The opera was a not to be missed spectacle. The bus was twenty minutes late arriving but in fairness we received a phone call ten minutes after our pick up time to say that the bus was delayed and would be a further ten minutes. However on a subsequent stop the guests were not there and we were waiting a further twenty minutes which, frustratingly, reduced our pre show time in Verona. Guests must be made aware they will be sitting on stone and that a foam seat pad should be brought or purchased.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Unclear on booking info if the transfer included return journey from Verona to Bardolino after the opera--we assumed it would include return but booking only mentioned pick up from Bardolino station to Verona--so we bought bus tickets for the return journey but then found out from guide that return was included. Accommodation beautiful

Bus arrived on time , got to Opera plenty time and tickets were ready . Seating in Verona not comfortable but view / atmosphere GREAT .Unfortunately weather was horrific at interval Thunder and Lightning , heavy rain so Acts 3 & 4 delayed though most had abandoned Arena .
Did not spoil the night .

Super Event. Reibungsloser Ablauf in Verona. Die Fahrt von Riva ist zu lange. Den ganzen Gardasee abfahren mit PickUp Stops in jeder Stadt. Ich war von 15 Uhr bis 4:20 Uhr unterwegs für 3 Stunden Oper. Das war einfach zu anstrengend

Opera was great, drivers were good. Guide started off ok but on arrival at Verona she told us that shorts were unacceptable for the opera so we bought trousers for my husband at extra cost. When we went to the opera there were lots of people in shorts and the website says only trousers needed for stalls so information was incorrect. Also members of our group asked the guide questions and she literally ran off saying bye which was rude. People were stunned! 50 euros each re bus transfer excessive
