Good trip. Would have been nice to make a stop at the lake and salt pans. Again there was confusion with the pick up. We waited at the main road junction while the bus went to the hotel. Why say the junction in the voucher? It is inconvenient for both clients and driver.

From start to finish this trip was amazing. Pick up from the hotel is always a godsend, especially when staying in some off the more remote parts of the island & was efficient/ on time. The transfer to the Ferry & onto Formentera was well executed. Our guide Pepe was amazing & the knowledge he shared whilst travelling around was superb, couldn't have wished for a better guide. All the locations visited were well worth the visit. We got some beautiful pics & interesting stories. Don't miss out

When asking staff at the hotel when we would be back they said between 4 and 5 but we got back just before 7 and had to miss our booking at the Italian restaurant. The tour guide said the best beaches were totally he north of the island but we went elsewhere which was strange but I guess it was a time saving.

Unkomplizierte Buchung bei TUI Reiseleitung im Hotel. Schnelle Umsetzung und zuvorkommend beim Buchungsvorgang. Perfekte Organisation und Pünktliche Abholung. Genug Zeit zur freien Verfügung bei den einzelnen Stationen. Tourguide sehr freundlich und hat stets alles im Überblick, sehr ortskundig. Toller Ausflug für Familien , sehr empfehlenswert.

The excursion was sold as being family friendly to our party of 4 adults and a 2 year old. No suitable seatbelts on coach for a young child - a real safety concern. There was no stop for lunch until after 14:00 - no good for a child. The TUI rep Mihaela assured us that all TUI excursions were family friendly and we pointed out that we had a 2-year old and she reassured us again. I really felt let down and we were misled as we would otherwise not have booked this excursion.

The tour itself was very good, however we were mis-sold the trip by one of the TUI reps at our hotel. We were told that we would be back at the hotel latest by 5:30pm, and we were not back until gone 7pm. This really wasn’t ideal with a 2 year old with us (TUI rep said it was family friendly) and quite frankly over shadowed the trip. If it was down to traffic, or something else out of the staff’s control, we would be more understanding but it simply wasn’t.

The pick up was on time and efficient. The Guide met us and escorted us to the ferry in the port of Ibiza and this was very good. The ferry was fast, clean and efficient. The tour then proceeded by coach on Formentera and this was very good. We visited San Francisco and the highest point followed by the lighthouse. We then proceeded to the beach and our lunch stop. We were there for approximately 2.5 hours and we had time to go swimming after lunch. The restaurants were very good.

The tour was much longer than the estimated time of 4-6 hours, which was fine with us. We left hotel at 8.35am & got back to hotel 7pm. No food, drinks or snacks are provided, which we knew, I just think it’s very wise to let people know to be out a lot longer than 6 hours. The day was lovely & Fermentura is a beautiful island. Definitely worth the trip.

Die ganze Insel ist superschön. Wurde durch Pepe alles gut erklärt während der fahrt, vor sllem nicht nur in Englisch sondern auch deutsch. Zum Abschluss hätten wir uns gerne nich kurz die Hafengegend angesehen und Fotos gemacht. Mussten aber gleich ans Schiff zur Rückfahrt. Aber es war ein super Ausflug mit tollen Zielen der Insel.

This excursion is over subscribed. The ferry is very busy and I just felt like I had been processed. The island is beautiful but the tour seems rushed and it was very difficult to find toilet facilities. The tour guide did his best but it was hard to hear was he was saying due to his accent. Be warned you’ll feel very tired at the end of this tour.

A long day with not very long at the beautiful beach at the end due to the amount of stops with no food so when you actually did arrive at the beach you have to get some food that took ages to arrive so only really had 20mins on the beach

This tour we enjoyed. We saw enough of the island, our guide Pepe gave us lots of interesting facts and kept us well informed of instructions. The biggest town was lovely, easy to navigate and interesting with a touch of history. The cliff and lighthouse was beautiful. The highest peak was fab. The only negative was that it's a very long day and we weren't aware of how long until we were there. Pick up 9am and drop off at 6.20pm. I would have liked less time at the beach and get back sooner.

Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis etwas teuer. Zudem hat uns der längere Aufenthalt in Es Pujoles nur mittelmäßig gefallen. Wir hätten lieber den langen Strand der Landzunge gesehen (z.B. Playa ses Illetes). Dennoch ist Formentera eine sehr schöne Insel und wir würden es weiterempfehlen.

My partner and I both thought that our guide Pepe was very good. Knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. Personally I’d have liked a little more time at the beach at the expense of some of the other sightseeing but I understand that for others that wouldn’t be the case. All in all a lovely day.

Overall trip was good beautiful island. Although didn’t like the wait in the car park for our coach because driver had forgotten to pick up some passengers and that meant they missed the ferry and therefore the English speaking guests had to wait for our coach before we could continue the trip

Der Transfer vom Hotel bis Formentera hat nicht geklappt. Fahrer vom Mercedes- Transporter hat nicht am Treffpunkt gewartet, hat uns am Hafen raus gelassen und ist weggefahren. Keine Information. Dann haben wir den TUI Mitarbeiter gefunden, der uns Tickets gegeben hat. In Formentera haben wir wieder ewig gesucht, bis wir den TUI Mitarbeiter gefunden haben. Er stand im klimatisierten Reisebus und für uns nicht zu sehen, da viele TUI Reisende mit Koffern in Busse eingestiegen sind. Der Rest war ??

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Tag in Formentera, der durch Tui perfekt organisiert wurde. Die Buchung und Beratung in Hotel durch die Tui-Beraterin lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Der Transfer zur Fähre, die Fähre, der Guide sowie die Rundfahrten waren alle ausgezeichnet und perfekt durch organisiert. Wir hätten uns gewünscht vlt etwas länger an Stand zu bleiben wenn möglich. Aber wir können den Ausflug zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Danke Tui-Team für den perfekten Tag!

Unser Guide, Pepe, war super. Er hat immer alles auf Deutsch und Englisch hintereinander weg erzählt und während der Fahrt lauter nützliche Tipps/ Infos gegeben. Er war sehr freundlich und gut zu verstehen. Der Zeitplan war gut. Die Fähre schaukelt (je nach Größe) deutlich. Die Organisation war super.

Die Hinfahrt der Schnellfähre war sehr unruhig, während die Rückfahrt mit der Autofähre bei ähnlichem Seegang deutlich angenehmer war. Der Guide war sehr nett. Die Ausflugsziele waren zwar ganz nett, aber nicht wirklich beeindruckend. Außer dem Strand, der uns tatsächlich wie angekündigt an die Karibik erinnerte.

Well what can I say.. the day was amazing!! Very friendly and funny guide. A couple quick stops for photos then a longer stop at the most amazing beach i’ve ever seen. Went to a local restaurant for a paella with fresh lobster then went for a 45min swim. Perfect day.. just be prepared for very short stops for photos only. If your wanting to spend time in each place browsing and enjoying wandering don’t do this tour

Pepe the tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgable. It was good to see the island but think the timings should be reviewed. We had too long at the first stop and due to traffic we were very rushed at the lighthouse - didn’t really have of an opportunity to view as was concerned about returning to the coach on time. The trip was quite expensive so it would have been good to include some refreshments

It was a very informative and enjoyable day spent on a beautiful island.I felt happier going with a group and being picked up and returned by coach to Ses Savines Hotel. I was a bit worried about not finding my way back to the meeting point in the capital, as everyone wandered round independently. The lunch restaurant was perfect and the swimming in such clear water was idyllic.

The trip to Formentera was excellent. We have been before on our own so wanted to see other parts. We were met by our guide Pepe in Ibiza Town before getting the boat. He was excellent. He gave information the whole trip. There was enough time to ourselves and places we stopped for photo ops. Then we went to the beach and had 2.5 hrs to spend. There were restaurants available if you wanted lunch or as we did just go swimming in the crystal clear waters. Perfect trip! 5 stars for Pepe.
