Very poor cruise. Not spoken too by anyone. They did take a photo of you if asked. Advertised as a drink given as part of cruise but nothing was offered to anyone. No life jackets given out when got very choppy and had to slow right down Not worth £40 each

Overall the sunset was beautiful and memorising. But nothing you couldn’t see from the beach front side of the Riu Palace. The package that we purchased said that it came with soft drink. At NO point was we offered a soft drink or any kind of refreshment suiting the cruise. To be honest I wouldn’t recommend this trip to anyone as it does not deliver what it says it is supposed to deliver!!

Firstly, the views were spectacular, however, there were no cushions to sit on when you were on the boat which made it quite uncomfortable. The website said you get water and soft drinks included, but no one was even offered anything.

Die Bootsfahrt / der Ausflug empfanden wir als sehr schön und eine gelungene Abwechselung. Wir haben einen schönen Sonnenuntergang mitten auf dem Meer erleben dürfen. Auch die Crew war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die in der Beschreibung angepriesen Erfrischungsgetränke war lediglich ein Wasserkanister mit Gläsern. Gestört hat uns jedoch, dass die maximale Personenzahl des Ausflugs deutlich nicht eingehalten (> 25 Personen). Fazit: Wir würden den Ausflug wieder buchen!

Der Ausflug war insgesamt sehr schön und hatte eine angemessene Dauer. Zwar gab es keinen so schönen Sonnenuntergang und es fehlten die Begrüßung Drinks, als wir an Bord kamen. Aber die Schiffsmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben beim Fotografieren geholfen.

Keine Begrüßung vom Personal, kamen auf das Boot und dann ging es los. Wie gesagt, kein Hallo und keine Sicherheitseinweisung. Man schipperte dann durch die Lagune/Bucht, die man schon auf dem Hintransfer zum Hotel gesehen hat. Dann hatten wir 15 Minuten Sonnenuntergang. Angekündigte Erfrischungsgetränke gab es nicht an Bord, trotz auf der Tourenbeschreibung beschrieben, kein Wasser oder andere Softdrinks, Bei 1,5 Stunden hat man dann schon etwas Durst. Ich kann diese Tour nicht empfehlen.

Der stod i beskrivelsen at der var læskedrik men vi blev intet tilbudt - ej heller vand. Vi blev bedt om at sætte os ovenpå båden hvor der ikke var hynder og flere af gæsterne påpegede dette da det var hårdt at sidde så længe.
