The day/night tour of capri is great. Boat ride with tour guide around the island was the highlight the island is truly magnificent and beautiful. Plenty of free time on the island for some dinner and shopping in the designer shops. Private boat back to sorrento late at night. Great day out and a must do. Best to do the day/night tour as less tourists then

It was a bit of a surprise that there was a boat trip round the island included in the trip as our rep did not mention it and it was not mentioned in the booking information received. Also, we were picked up far too early. We were at the port 80 minutes before the ferry departed. It was far too hot and no shade to wait in. The guide was excellent and informative

Really enjoyed the boat trip around the island. The group was far too large, for instance the tour guide asked if people required a toilet break but could only hear the group at the front who said no but the people at the back had said yes. Therefore he carried on regardless. Due to the 50 or so people in the group I personally didn’t feel safe & the guide did not carry a stick so that you could see where he was going. It felt like organised chaos.

The guide Desire was excellent. We did not enjoy the bus transfer to the ferry port and back. An hour in a bus with no air conditioning each way was unpleasant and took the shine off an otherwise excellent trip

This trip is too long. There is lots of getting on and off transport with only 3 hours in Capri itself. The boat trip around the island was overall very good. Capri itself was very busy in the early evening so better to go there at this time of day rather than earlier. Guides were very helpful & information provided was interesting but the trip duration was tiring.

Guide was excellent but much time was lost organising the group etc. The tour description was very limited at booking stage (as with other experiences) leaving most guests unsure of the trip’s detail.. Guide was faultless and enthusiastic but but the whole tour felt disjointed, slow and (for us) not very satisfying.

Great trip but was disappointed the guide Hugo walked off without waiting for everyone to get off the buses in Capri. Luckily I caught up but he should have checked everyone was off the bus before steaming ahead. Also felt there was too much touting had to spend unnecessary time listening to pitches from local restaurants for their trade. Boat trip was fantastic. Too much time in Capri should be 2 hours not 3 and a half.

The tour itself was fine. The pick up from our hotel was 25 minutes late and involved a phone call to the TUI helpline to find out what was happening. The mini bus finally turned up with several TUI reps on board but no hello nor apology for the lateness. As we arrived at Sorrento marina we then joined the other group who it would appear had all received information whilst travelling on their coach that we were not party to. In fact the guide seemed surprised we were part of her group!

Really nice time to visit Capri, lovely boat tour around the island & enough time in Capri town for dinner. Quieter than a day visit & lovely to experience Capri in the evening- great people watching! Guide was good. Only downside was the 30 minute wait for our pick up - we thought that the coach had missed picking us up.

Really cannot understand why we are booking a Tui excursion and there’s not a representative present even if they were there for the pick ups and while being organised to get on the boat as there seemed to be a lot of confusion but the tour guides were excellent so a big shoutout to Hugo.Tui really need to think about investing or Hiring better buses for the Hotel pickup as it was like a furnace on ours as there was no air conditioning,absolutely ridiculous when the day was already mid 30’s.

The boat trip was really good and the guide was very informative. Mum uses a walker to get around and the guide was very helpful making sure mum didn't have so far to walk and checking she was alright which made the trip much easier. A very enjoyable trip.

From being picked up at our hotel and dropped off it was like a well oiled machine. Ugo our guide was excellent funny and very knowledgeable. The individual headsets are a great idea no need for shouting and missing information.

This was a brilliant tour. The transfer to and from the hotel is very helpful. The transport from Sorrento to Capri on the way there was the public ferry which was no issue as this is all included in the price and you get a ticket to keep - be aware the journey over is a bit rough due to the speed of the ferry! My partner and I felt a little rough after the ferry and were thankful that the bout tour once at Capri was much smoother! The recommendations for food from the guide were great too.

Capri is fabulous and we enjoyed it, but it was organised chaos. I couldn't really understand the rep as the ear plugs woukdnt work well and on the boat she was inaudible. Tui are taking too many passengers in one go and we were hoarded on to buses and left waiting far to long considering it was a hot day and we were out of the Hotel for 9 hours. Some elderly people were really challenged. Some people on our coach were left to walk at the end 2km back to their hotel which is unacceptable really.

It’s a beautiful island and the bit trip around the island was great, the only drawback is you need more time on the island to see it propery. The day we arrived it was absolutely packed at the port so if you don’t like crowds you’re in for a treat. Also take plenty of money with you because you’re going to need it as everything on the island is crazy expensive. Capri town comes alive in the evening, in all a good trip but if you want to explore the island you want have enough time.

The guide was friendly and informative. Capri is beautiful but busy even late afternoon. We were pleased to have the guide as we would have found it slightly overwhelming otherwise. The boat trip around the island is the highlight. Capri town is lovely to visit and an insight into how the other half live. Unfortunately we had dreadful weather for the return boat trip to Sorrento - a thunderstorm and rough sea- do we didn’t get the lovely end to the trip. Good trip overall.

We enjoyed the afternoon to evening experience overall. Tour guide Roberta was excellent, giving us lots of information about the history and myths of the island, and pointed out places we may like to explore on our own. The Island tour by boat was wonderful but Capri town was far too busy for us and it was difficult to browse in many shops as the assistants were quite intrusive.

Really enjoyed the boat cruise around Capri and the grottos and the guide was very informative. The island is very beautiful and picturesque. I personally felt the pace of the tour on Capri was a little rushed and some of the older members of the tour were struggling to keep up.

The boat trip around the island of Capri was lovely and it was great to be able to go when the island was a little quieter. We would probably have preferred a slightly earlier departure time as with the heat it was a long day. The guide was really helpful and fun but they did not meet us at the buses to leave for the port which caused a bit of panic as people weren’t sure if we were to get on.

Nicely organised trip. The boat trip would have been better if we could actually hear what the guide was saying, she was very muffled through the boat’s sound system. Not much to do or see on the island apart from having something to eat and looking round the very posh shops. Don’t think I could recommend it.

We were disappointed with the trip overall, arrived at the departure point 45 mins earlier than the actual departure time, far too long in stifling heat, and no shade. The boat out was on a communal ferry and switched to a small boat with our tour party for an island tour which was the highlight of our day. Capri itself was disappointing over priced and overhyped,3.5 hours of spare time was too long in our opinion. Pizza and chips, beer x2 =98 euro's !!. Not a pleasant experience in our opinion,

We both thought there was just a general lack of information as to what was happening. The TUI app description was brief. The guides explanation was slow laboured and poor. I know we all have off days! We were recommended this trip by friends who had been with a TUI previously. The blue grotto was just a small hole which you could see nothing. Even if the showed some photos of what lay behind would be an improvement. The town itself was great. No option for the either lifts.

The tour round the island was lovely. Got to see things we wouldn’t normally. And the guide once on the island was very informative. The free time was good to have as we enjoyed a meal there but was a little overly long as getting back to the hotel at midnight was a little late.

We were recommended 3 restaurants by the guide, we choose Isidoro, we waited 45 minutes for our order, we asked how long the meal would take as other people were having and finished their meals whilst we were still waiting, the tour guide came in for a meal we told him and he asked again, meal arrived, no one asked if we wanted dessert, not sure if we could have waited again, cover charge and service should have been waivered, staff can’t cope.

The island itself is beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the boat tour around the island and our private boat home in the dark which was quite romantic. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the island and pointed us in the direction of some more affordable family run restaurants in the town which was just as well because Capri is not cheap!

Fantastic way to see Capri. Our guide Julia was so knowledgeable and informative. Her recommendations for a great evening meal were brilliant and it was by far the best food of the holiday. The transport to and from hotel to the boat very good. Roberta and her colleague excellent with local knowledge and looking after passengers. The boat trip around the island of capri was superb. The time of day to explore the island (early evening) was good and cooler rather than in the midday hot sunshine and the crowds had left the island.

Overall a good experience. However, my wife and I were picked from our hotel at 14:50 to be taken to the port a short drive away. We were at the port a few minutes later. Roberta then told us that the boat taking us to Capri would be arriving at 15:50. Sitting around at the port for nearly an hour in very high heat and humidity is not a good idea. I think it might be an idea to rethink your timings. On Capri itself good experience, nice restaurant. Roberta was very helpful, polite and engaging.

We absolutely loved everything about this trip. From beginning to end it was simply magical. To be able to enjoy the island both day and night made it extra special and made us feel like VIP’s. The only suggestion I would make is that the reps let people know it’s a long and tiring day as we had to assist a fellow day tripper who had mobility issues and by the end of the trip was simply unable to walk.

We always love our trip to Capri in the late afternoon/evening as we go to our favourite bar and favourite restaurant (il Geranio) however we were brought back earlier this year left the island at 9.30 pm which limited the time we had to enjoy this stunning island

Having already been to Capri it was really nice to see it at a different time of day . It was nowhere near as busy which was a big plus. The boat trip round the island was interesting but unfortunately we couldn’t really hear what the guide was saying so gave up and just enjoyed the view which was beautiful. We had a drink and snack in the square which we didn’t think was to badly priced and then watched a fabulous sunset before heading back to Sorrento. We felt it was good value & recommend

Capri was beautiful, the boat tour was amazing and definitely Worth paying extra for. The tour guide was lovely, and gave good advice on where to eat and drink. Unfortunately it was just too hot, 32 degrees, and there was a lot of waiting around. We were picked up at 3 and didn’t leave the port until 4, which seemed silly as we were only a 10 minute walk away.

The boat trip around Capri is great as is the journey home enjoying the stars while sitting on the open deck of the fast ferry home.

Great trip around the island of Capri and good guides for the day. The downside was an 1.5 hr plus waiting around to set off on the public ferry from Sorrento to Capri.

The trip ran very smoothly. There was a little bit of waiting around but not too much. The weather was extraordinarily hot so any standing around seemed like a long time. The two guides involved in all the arrangements were excellent. Tonia looked after our group and made sure we all boarded the right boats and had the necessary tickets and information to make the most of our visit. Tonia was right in saying that we would benefit from arriving in Capri later in the day. A most enjoyable trip.

Lovely to get the opportunity to see Capri in the evening when it's far quieter. A real eye-opener to see the wealthy out in their finery but sadly no celebs! The tour around the island was really good, and Roberta was a great guide, very informative and friendly

A fuller amount of information should be provided prior to the tour. Capri was beautiful however a fuller exploration of the island could have been gained if we were given return tickets on the rail lift to to the centre.

The guide was wonderful and all the boat staff very nice and helpful. A more thorough agenda in advance of the trip would have been useful. Once the boat trip was complete we had about 3 hours on the Island (1 with the guide). In theory 2 hours to wander the town is plenty but it's right at dinner time so you want to eat. And by the time you've ate the shops are closed and you have limited time to wander around. So I would suggest either extending this time or shortening the time with the guide when she initially drops us the the top of the hill.
