The tour was good but we were told by our TUI rep that it was a 1,5 hour bus ride which we would have been ok with, but it was a 3 hours bus ride there!

Our hotel rep Farah was brilliant in her recommendations and help in booking. Then our tour guide Volcan was a STAR and surpassed all our expectations. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, passionate and experienced. Clear communication, managed expectations, taught us history, geography, culture… He made our trip absolutely fantastic. (We would have liked to spend longer at Dalyan beach, but understand the time constraints of a long day trip). Give Volcan a pay rise please! Thanks so much.

Bonjour, Je me permets de vous adresser la présente afin d’exprimer ma déception concernant l’excursion des tortues, que j’ai réservé auprès de votre agence le 5/08/2025. Lors de la réservation, il nous avait été clairement indiqué qu a cette excusion nous devions voir les tortues . Sur plage le guide nous a laissé seul sans explication D’après d’autres touristes nous aurions dû les voir dans l’eau et non sur la plage bondé de touristes en vacances Bien à vous

Das war eine sehr schöne Bootsfahrt mit einer erholsamen Schlammkur und schönem Sohlebad. Anschließend fuhren wir mit dem Boot weiter zum Essen in einem sehr schönen Steakhouse. Essen top! Weiter ging es dann an den historischen Gräbern im Berg zu einem wunderschönen Sandstrand wo wir baden konnten und da haben wir auch zahlreiche Schildkröten in freier Natur beobachten können.

Lovely trip. The guide spoke excellent English and was very informative. At the mud baths he told us to leave our bags etc and he would be there watching them, but when we returned he was nowhere to be seen. It would have been nice to have more than an hour at Turtle beach, we felt very rushed

Wszystko bylo w porzadku. Jednak gdy kupuje wycieczke w jezyku polskim chcialbym by od poczatku do konca byl ze mna przewodnik polskojezyczny. Jednak tutaj w autokarze jechala z nami pani która mówila tylko po angielsku. Opowiadala troche o rejonie sarigerme. Natomiast polska przewodniczka Pani Magda która jechala z nami w drodze powrotnej nie powtórzyla tych informacji. To byl jedyny minus który zauwazyl na obnizonej ocenie

Es ist ein mega Erlebnis gewesen. Von Anfang an wurde uns bereits im Bus alles auf sehr interessante Art und Weise erzählt, was wir zu erwarten haben. Die Atmosphäre war den ganzen Tag über sehr angenehm. Wir können diesen Ausflug nur weiterempfehlen und würden ihn selbst sogar auch noch einmal machen. Das Schlammbaden, schwefelbad, Mittagessen, Weiterfahrt zu den Schildkröten und den Berggräbern, zum Strand mit Salz und Süßwasser, ALLES war Mega und wird für immer in Erinnerung bleiben DANKE ??

The places that we visited were good. However, the local guide needs further training. TUI is advertised as family friendly holidays. However, this local guide pay no attention to us, my husband is 80 and my friend's girl is 3.5. A senior person and a young child both requires more time and prompt, however, the local guide failed to recognise this. The local guide said the group is big!! From my prospective, he was not able to take a big group!!

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Der Beginn mit dem Schlammbad und dem Thermalpool war sehr angenehm. Auch das Essen war lecker. Leider wurde man sowohl mit dem Essen für die Schildkröten als auch mit den Bildern, die „einfach so“ gemacht worden sind, vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt, dass man das Geld dafür quasi bezahlen musste. Dafür, dass man dann nachher mit viel Glück eine Schildkröte gesehen hat und das gekaufte Futter von den Fischen gefressen wurde. Trotzdem ein schöner Ausflug

There was a lot of time wasting on the boat when we could of had more time at the mud bath or beach, we went upstream for 3 minutes then stopped in the lake and the guide just spoke about the place for about 15 minutes when this could have been done whilst on route to lunch, or the beach

Thought the mud baths were fun .. please advise people to take a change of swimsuit though. Lunch very good. The whole experience with Sugar, our guide, was well led and professional. A great day out - recommended !

Great trip with different stops to break up the day. Guide was brilliant and the boat had lots of snacks and drinks to purchase very reasonably priced. Restaurant for lunch was uncomfortably hot with no fans etc which let it down

Lunch was the only really let down, watery soup and not great food, with there being so many restaurants on the river, it was such a shame to drive past these for a big mess hall with no air conditioning

The description of turtle beach was very misleading. You do not see turtles on the beach. They are swimming between boats where you can’t swim. The lunch was very average. The boat cruise was nice, the guide was fantastic but let down when she smoked on the boat on the journey back, as did the photographer. I don’t want to inhale smoke. And neither do my children. The mud baths were fun.

Chcielibysmy serdecznie podziekowac za wspaniala wycieczke i caly pobyt, który byl wyjatkowo udany. Odwiedzone miejsca zachwycaly swoim pieknem i niepowtarzalnym klimatem. Szczególne podziekowania za perfekcyjna organizacje transportu – wszystko odbywalo sie punktualnie i bezproblemowo. The River trip was extremely good value for money with temples , turtles meal and mud baths included . Particularly enjoyed the temples and seeing the Turtles close up. The meal was ok but the beer was extremely expensive. It came as a surprise to us that we had to buy water on the trip. There could have been attention to a safety briefing eg where life jackets could be found

We enjoyed the whole of the experience with a good guide. Arriving at turtle beach and we manage to see two turtles which was great!!However that said the lunch was disappointing!! We only had 1 hour 15 mins at the beach which was not enough time..

We had the same guide as our earlier trip to Ephesus. Very knowledgeable, connected well with the party and provided just the right information that was both informative but didn't overload us. One very slight issue , the lunch , although very good was in a very uncomfortable restaurant. Seating was poor and no air conditioning, not even any fans

The guide was very informative and funny, a real asset to your team. Mud baths were a bit basic and also the food (but the rep, on the day, did inform us of this). The river cruise was stunning and the cliff carvings. The beach was fine and saw turtles. Only big drawback was how long the bus journey there was, may have changed our mind if we knew it would take so long. Overall good though as the river cruise and the guides knowledge was outstanding.

I loved it all and the guide was fantastic the only thing i would say that the rep that booked the trip for us at the hotel said it was a big boat we were going on with all our drinks included but only soft drinks which we were ok with and we didn’t get anything like what we paid for

Swietna plaza ale wycieczka bardzo droga ( 250zl/os.) w porównaniu do oferowanej lokalnie przez mieszkanców miasteczka. ( znajomi byli na tej samej za 25 euro/os) . Na naszej wycieczce w cenie byl obiad, ale wszystkie napoje i przekaski na lódce i w restauracji dodatkowo platne. Kapiel blotna calkiem w porzadku. Our guide, Sugar or Sukran, was fantastic. Informative, helpful and friendly. The time on the boat was really pleasant. It was great to see the turtles, fascinating animals. The mud bath experience was fun. Quite busy as everybody arrived at the same time but it wasn’t too bad. At the beach, be aware that the parasols don’t offer much protection from the heat, important if you have small children. The pre-trip information was a little sparse. It wasn’t clear whether towels and cash were needed

Przede wszystkim przewodnik malo sie staral, cos tam powiedziala ale glównie chodzilo o to by sprzedac produkty na lajbie (a w ofercie mowivue ze to rejs katamaranem!!?) I zdjecia. A w ogóle jak juz bylo po lunchu to Pani wysoka z restauracji i nie poczdkaka ba wszystkich, nawet sue nud obrócila na basze wolania, uczestnicy miedzy soba podawali informacje kiedy wycieczka poszla, gdzie skrecili, gdzie ostatecznie sie udac, a pk prostu kilka osób zostalo s toaletach.

Great trip, very relaxing boat ride, fun at the mud baths & superb experience seeing the turtles. Lovely beach with very good facilities; toilets, changing cabins & restaurant. Very friendly staff & tour guide who was very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
