Excellent

I enjoyed the trips to the Aquarium, wax museum and Antalya, plus the old town tour. Our guide Erkin was very professional and knowledgeable. What most people said they didn't want was the trip to the jewellery centre. It felt like a forced shopping trip where the only escape was to buy something.

Really enjoyed the aquarium stunning collection. The jewellery visit was just being followed round and pressure sales until they realised you were not there for that so then had to work your way out of the building to sit in the coffee shop for 45 mins waiting for the coach driver to return, this then made the, Antalya tour at hottest part of the day which was not so enjoyable! Tour advertised as English but 90% of coach was German so the tour guide, although fluent in both, spoke more in German

Overall the trip was good. Starting with a visit to a jewellery shop, a great place to buy if you want to know what your getting is genuine but the staff are too pushy. We wanted to buy some jewellery and might have spent a bit more if they weren't as pushy. The aquarium is nice, could have had a little less time here. Antalya old town is good, though i'm not sure why were taken to a shop selling 'designer' clothes. It's a good trip if you want to spend a day doing several different things.

Antalya Old Town is lovely and so worth a visit. The views and walk down to the harbour are charming. The aquarium is impressive and a fun experience for children, especially. The first stop, at the jewellery store, was frustrating. It took up 45 mins that could have been spent in town. Jewellery is in the £000s and not what the average tourist might want to spend. Time would be better in the bazaars, to experience market culture instead. In summary, skip jewellery store and more time in town!

Mini bus pick up from hotel. Arrived at the allocated time. Another hotel pick up on the way and then to what looked like a coach station. Waited there for around half hr for English speaking guide Emit to arrive. He was very informative. First stop was the jewellery store which was rubbish, not sure why we was there. They gave us an hr here; the longest hr ever! Then we explored Antalya old town, enjoyed the history followed by a 2 hr shopping trip and 4 hrs at aquarium. Excellent guide 5 star!

Het bezoek aan de juwelier was voor ons niet nodig. Gezien het grote aantal personeelsleden dat ons opwachtte ging men er van uit dat wij daar ook iets zouden kopen. In Antalya konden wij eerst zelf door het centrum lopen, daarna olv een gids door het oude centrum. Het aquarium was de moeite waard, erg leuk. Al met al wel een leuke dag.

Really liked the aquarium. Had 2 zones on our ticket the aquarium itself and wax museum. We had 2 hours including lunch so wouldn't have had enough time to see any of the other zones. Before the aquarium taken to a jewellery factory. Not sure what tui gets re commission but not brilliant on a family trip out and no choice not to go. Antalya great although my 5 year old would have preferred slightly less time here. .

The trip started with an unexpected visit to a jewellery factory. There was no information on gems or jewellery (as in previous similar trips in the Netherlands and Sri Lanka)….purely a hard sell and virtually impossible to get out of the sales room. Poor form TUI. Trip to the bazaar was good and guided tour of old town was enjoyable in spite of the searing heat. Aquarium is small but nice for the children. The waxworks museum was a bit weird and not many of them. Ahmed our guide was great.

The visit to the gold centre was not necessary - this meant there was less time at the aquarium, which was the main attraction. We ended up having to rush around the aquarium, which meant we didn’t get any time in the shop. The wax works was a nice addition but again not necessary. It would be better if this was a straight 50/50 aquarium and old town tour.

The old town was lovely to walk around but the aquarium and wax works was really bad hardly any fish in the aquarium and took a full 5 minutes to walk around the wax works. The guide was fantastic though

First off booking through the app was really easy, our tour guide (I can’t find his name) was really friendly, he explained throughly how to find him during the trip, where to meet, if you got lost how to find him, he was excellent, the aquarium was good and the trip to Antalya was good however I didn’t like the jewellery factory visit at all, I couldn’t get away from the man trying to sell me a £2000 bracelet (which he chose) I felt very intimidated my son told him to leave me alone
