Whether you're visiting Dubai for business or leisure, DXB Greet & Go removes the stress of finding your transfer and helps you connect with your driver quickly and efficiently.
What is DXB Greet & Go?
DXB Greet & Go is an innovative airport arrival service designed to simplify the transfer process for travelers arriving at Dubai International Airport.
Instead of searching for a representative in a crowded arrivals hall, passengers receive a personalized QR code prior to arrival. Upon landing, a simple scan provides all the information needed to connect directly with the assigned driver.
The result is a faster, smoother, and hassle-free airport pickup experience.
How Does DXB Greet & Go Work?
1. Receive Your Personalized QR Code
Before your arrival in Dubai, Tripdo will send you a unique QR code containing your transfer details.
2. Proceed to the DXB Greet & Go Kiosk
After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage at DXB Terminal 3, head to the dedicated DXB Greet & Go kiosk located in the arrivals area.
3. Scan the QR Code
Scan your QR code at the kiosk, and the system will instantly display:
- Driver's name
- Vehicle registration details
- Parking location
- Pickup instructions
4. Meet Your Escort
A DXB staff member will personally assist and escort you to the designated meeting point, ensuring a smooth transition from airport to vehicle.
