In this basic grilling course, you will try out grilling on charcoal, gas, and ceramic grills as well as on cobbgrills and in the smoker yourself. You will learn about the different grills, the basics of BBQing, and also BBQing on the wood plank and in the hay bed. You will prepare meat, fish, pizza, seasonal vegetables, potatoes, and dessert.
