What we expect
For a true Moroccan experience, dinner in a riad hits all the right notes. Riads are typical of the Marrakech medina, and though these historic palaces might not seem like much from the outside, as soon as you step inside, you'll feel as if you're in an Arabian daydream. Karim, one of our expert local guides, says, ‘In the old medina, lanterns illuminate the narrow alleys, at the end of which you will discover our riad. It's a hidden treasure. The décor inside recalls the Medersa Ben Youssef, one of the finest monuments in Marrakech.'

We had a fantastic evening that was above and beyond what we were expecting. We were dropped outside of the restaurant. The staff were just brilliant, funny welcoming and warm. And, the food was delicious and there was masses of it! The entertainment was good and we had front row seats!! The setting was beautiful. Transport to and from the hotel went smoothly. What more could you possibly need for a great night out. I was travelling with my 85 year old mum and she loved it.
