You'll spend an unforgettable 30 minutes soaring over the city at 135 metres on the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 40-kilometer panoramic views in all directions (that’s as far as Windsor Castle on a clear day!).

Vooraf geregeld, scannen en doorlopen. Wij zijn in het donker geweest, focussen. Denk dat je overdag meer ziet in de zin van, dat je weet wat je ziet. Gondel is groot, 15 man erin en dat verliep voorspoedig. De sfeer was vrolijk. Leuke ervaring. Kleine kinderen genoten.

Wij hadden prachtig helder weer, we konden een heel groot gedeelte van Londen zien. Wel jammer dat je de mensen niet kan kiezen met wie je in de cabine gaat. Wij hadden het geluk dat we met zeer luidruchtige grote groep zaten opgescheept. En dan is de cabine een enorm kippenhok. De ramen waren ook niet echt schoon, dat was jammer.

Fabelachtig uitzicht rondom over de hele stad. Ondanks dat je met meerdere personen in een gondel zit is er ruimte genoeg om leuke foto's te maken en te genieten van het uitzicht. Begeleiding vanuit deze organisatie op locatie is prima en correct. Wachtrijen zijn overzichtelijk en gaan snel.

Das Event stand zur gebuchten Zeit nicht zur Verfügung (außer Betrieb). Die Hilfe vor Ort war nicht befriedigend. Über den TUI Service konnte jedoch schnell und kompetent eine Ausweichmöglichkeit geschaffen werden. Die Wartezeiten waren überschaubar und ok. Das Team welches die Gondeln zugewiesen hat, war sehr unfreundlich. Leider wird man u.U. anderen Gruppen zugewiesen...da hatten wir etwas Pech. Wir saßen mit einer Horde lauter und unhöflicher Jugendlicher in einer Gondel.

L'attrazione simbolo di Londra è certamente il London EYE.
Con i ticket on-line ci siamo subito messi in coda, ma comunque è possibile acquistarli senza prenotazione. La capsula è climatizzata e con molti controlli di sicurezza.
La durata del giro è di circa 24 min, più rapida del previsto.

Geweldig uitzicht, weerbericht vantevoren checken is handig.kan tegenwooordig al 2 weken vantevoren vrij nauwkeurig. Ondanks drukte waren we met ons tijdslot snel.en.op tijd aan de beurt. In de caBine is vdoende ruimte om heen en weer te lopen. Heel leuk !!

Gehört zu einem Besuch in London unbedingt dazu. Wir hatten die 17:30 Uhr Tour gebucht um den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen und wurden mit einem fantastischer Ausblick belohnt. Die Buchung über die TUI App war wie immer super, auch für kurzfristige Entscheidung zu empfehlen.

GUT gefallen hat uns die gesamte Technik der Anlage und verbessern könnte man noch beim einlösen der Tickets die Beschreibung an den einlassen für intnationale Touristen, die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich aber man musste einiges erfragen.

The eye is geweldig, maar nooit meer boeken via Tui. Wij hadden in november geboekt voor eind december, bleek een dag tevoren dat zij vergeten waren het te boeken. Na een uur telefonisch contact te hebben gezocht, doorverbonden, ander nummer etc….kregen wij na een paar uur door dat de geboekte tijd en avond vol zat, maar we konden wel op een andere dag. Daar maar voor gekozen. Maar moesten wel en andere planning maken. Boek via The Eye zelf… gaat veel sneller.

I really enjoyed the sites, the line moved quickly and staff was very organized. The only disappointing thing was the picture they take of family inside the ferris wheel. My family would have loved a picture but there were only two spots for the 25 people in the car with multiple different parties.

La verdad es que es muy amplia la cápsula del London eye, y las visitas son muy buenas.
Puedes comparar el londres, el del Big Ben en toda la esencia londinense y después del puente el sky garden, un innovador edificio juntos con bloques futuristas.
Es media hora pero se pasa súper pronto.

Het uitzicht vanuit de Eye is fraai. Ik had overigens verwacht een kaartje te hebben gekocht met een vast tijd, zodat ik niet in de rij hoefde. Dit had wat mij betreft iets duidelijker tijdens het boeken gekund. Ik moet er wel bij zeggen dat de rij vrij snel gaat, dus je staat niet heel lang te wachten.

het is een aanrader maar de tickets vooraf kopen had geen voordeel. we dachten dat we niet in de rij hoefden te staan maar dat was wel het geval. we konden zodoende nooit om 14.00 u instappen tenzij wij fast track upgrade namen. dit hebben we alsnog gedaan. Waardoor het vrij prijzig werd maar nog steeds de moeite waard. hoewel wij na aankoop zagen dat de normale rij flink gekrompen was.

The Eye voegt eigenlijk helemaal niets toe. Er zijn legio mogelijkheden in Londen om vanaf een hoog punt over de stad heen te kijken. En dan voor niets. Vind het entreebedrag 29 euro of pond niet in verhouding tot wat er geboden wordt.

Pour parler de l'hôtel . Les chambres sont très bien . Propre également . Petit déjeuné au goût de tout le monde . Sécurité top . Garde aux entrées, carte pour entrer sur les paliers des chambres heures plus critique il faut également une carte pour sortir de l'ascenseur . Parfait .

Very busy on a wet Monday, unfortunately there was an evacuation of the area about an hour before we were due to go on and when we came back it was difficult to find toilet facilities before joining queue.
The experience itself was very good, would love to go again on a clearer day.

We had 3 ladies jump the que, we trusted the queing system would work, however when we got to the next check point they just went back got the pink highlighter and got on the pod after us, it was most annoying having them so near knowing they had pushed infront of hundreds of people, including us.

Muy buena. Reservamos unos billetes con musement para una atracción en Londres y fue fácil, cómodo y sencillo. El coste muy competitivo frente a otras opciones. Además con una reserva pagada que luego no fue posible obtener los tickets resolvieron el problema y realizaron el reembolso en el mismo día!! Muy contentos con la experiencia que seguro repetiremos.
