Please note that the official entrance ticket (without the audio guide) costs €14.00 for adults and €7.00 for EU citizens aged 18-25. Also, please note that from 4th September 2025 to 3rd May 2026 the official entrance ticket (without the audio guide) costs €16.00 for adults and €9.00 for EU citizens aged 18-25 on the occasion of the Jago exhibition included in the price

The audio guide can be picked up at the ticket office on-site
The venue's box office will be open from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, while the venue will be open to the public from 09:00 am to 04:45 pm. Last admission at 03:30 pm
On the first Sunday of each month, on the 10th of March (Cultural Heritage Day), 25th of April, 2nd of June and 4th of November, the entrance to the sites of eastern Sicily is free and tickets will be issued exclusively on-site, at the ticket offices
Entrance is free for children (age 0-17) and persons with a disability (plus one person to assist them) and can be requested at the ticket office on-site

Thoroughly enjoyed our day walking around ourselves. I feel having a tour guide can rush you around because they have to stick to a time schedule. You can download an app to listen to the history, we was happy to walk around and read the information boards. So worth the time here, some amazing views to look at. Highly recommend.

Booking the tickets was very easy and the actual visit was also excellent. I would recommend musement and visiting the Teatro Greco in Taormina.
