What we expect
Home to the world's largest penguinarium and countless other animals, Loro Parque is a wild day out in Tenerife. You'll be picked up and dropped off at Loro Parque or Puerto de la Cruz from your hotel, where you'll then have the entire day to freely explore the exhibitions, shows and animals. Afterwards, your transfer will take you back to your hotel at 5pm. Just so you know, this is a transfer only, admissions not included.

2 hours to get there is far too long The end of day needs to be 4pm not 5pm to help elderly & tiny children cope & give mums a chance to get ready for dinner. Would make trip cheaper by only offering it to North side island holiday makers who are near it.....then perfect!

Simply unacceptable ! Meeting time was 7h AM, bus arrived at ... 8h20!! And icing on the cake the guide tld me that she was informed the pick up time was 8h10 ... well anyway 7h is not 8h10 and certainly not 8h20! I called customer service and got the simple answer that they did not know and could not do anything but in their opinion the trip was cancelled (at 7h55) ... Seriously I have NEVER seen such a bad organization and communication. What about refund?

The zoo was fantastic although very crowded. The bus journey was far too long with constantly diverting off to pick people up. We spent over 6 hours on the coach, which would make us seriously think about doing the trip again even though we thoroughly enjoyed Loro Parque.

Efficient transfer to the destination but we were not told to put seat belts on when on the coach. Loro Parque is an amazing zoo/sanctuary for animals. The staff are pleasant and seem to love their job. The grounds are really well kept. Going behind the scenes was amazing. The meal on the Diamond experience was first class.

We have been to this parque 5 times now and it is always a lovely day out. There is so much to see, along with some lovely places to have a bite to eat and drink. Would highly recommend a visit if you are holidaying in Tenerife.

Vi kom tidlig til bussen og fikk ikke slippe inn og sette oss før kl 16.40 :-( Vi var flere som sto der blant annet en dame med rulator. Bussjåføren gav ingen forklaring på hvorfor han ikke åpnet bussen tidligere.

Wir wurden pünktlich am Treffpunkt abgeholt. Die Reiseleiterin konnte sogar Deutsch, sodass die Verständigung perfekt war. Der Busfahrer hat uns gut ans Ziel gebracht und uns auch wieder sicher zum Hotel zurückgefahren.

We got there safely and the coach driver was very friendly which was nice. Clear guidance was provided about pick up and drop off time. The coach arrived on time for pick up in the morning which was a positive start to the day. The only problem was that the journey took 3 hours each way, which we had not anticipated. We stopped at a hotel approx 45 mins from Tenerife south airport, and were advised to allow one hour for the journey so three hours felt long.

After paying for this I decided that the pick up time was way to early at 07.30 am and the transfer time was 3hrs each way, 6hrs in a coach is a ridiculously long time and tried cancelling the order only to be informed that it would not be refunded, disappointing and felt like I’d been robbed.

We were told this would take 1.5 hours per way. It actually took 3 hours per way. With some crazy right out of the way pick ups there and back. If I’d have known I was going to be sat on a coach for 6 hours I’d have never have booked this and made my own way!

Alles war soweit alles in Ordnung. Vielleicht waren 4-5 Stunden Aufenthalt ein bisschen zu kurz. Ich denke mindestens 6 Stunden Aufenthalt wären optimal gewesen. Der Fahrer ist sehr gut gefahren und ich habe mich zu jederzeit sicher gefühlt, obwohl ich nicht gerne Busreisen mache.

Bus driver was fine on the way there however was rude and scary with road rage on way home like he was in a rush a couple of people did not get off at hotel stops and we left 10 mins early leaving us to believe he left people at the parque in order to finish overall he was scary and not very patient and this came acros very rudely

Transfer insgesamt ok.Negativ war der Bus kam über eine halbe Stunde zu spät am Abholpunkt an,es gab keine Erklärung warum oder eine Entschuldigung für die Verspätung. Desweiteren hatte er danach noch so viele weitere Abholpunkte ,dass wir erst um. 10.45Uhr am Loropark ankamen,dieser öffnet um9.30Uhr.Die ursprüngliche Verspätung abgerechnet ist das immerhin noch 45Min. Nach der Öffnungszeit.Da müsste die Planung besser koordiniert werden.

Die Abholung hat super geklappt und sehr pünktlich. Der Fahrer ist sehr gut gefahren. Den Aufenthalt im Park habe ich sehr genossen, er ist sehr schön und einen Ausflug auf jeden Fall wert. Nur die Zeit ist knapp berechnet. Man könnte 1 Stunde mehr brauchen. Es ist ein hohen Menschenaufkommen im Park. Mit einer Familie kaum zu schaffen alles zu sehen. Ich war alleine da und habe alles gesehen, inkl. jeder Show. ????????

Bus was 25-30 minutes late from expected pick up time and no communication to say it was going to be late and no apology when bus did arrive. Due to the bus picking us up late we had less time at the park. On returning the bus wanted to leave 45 minutes before the park closed so we missed shows etc.

Uns wurden von Faye, der Tui- Beraterin vor Ort, falsche Öffnungszeiten vom Park und kürzere Fahrzeiten vom Shuttlebus mitgeteilt und oben drauf noch falsche Mietwagenpreise prognostiziert, nur dass wir diesen Bus mit buchen… geht gar nicht!!!

Der Bus ist nicht gekommen. Keine Hilfe vor Ort, da das Büro um 8:30 noch nicht geöffnet hat. Die Servicehotline in Deutschland hat die Beschwerde aufgenommen aber nie zurück gerufen. Wir mussten einen anderen Transfer nehmen. Sehr enttäuschend. Nicht das was man im Urlaub erwartet.

told to be at the bus collection for a 0755 pick up meaning no one could have breakfast, bus didn't arrive, As we were heading back to hotel having telephoned and been told to contact excursion people who weren't in, tried to contact number on email only to get automated system asking for holiday booking reference and holiday start date which was irrelevant bus finally arrived at 0833 hours, 38 minutes late with no apology or reason leaving all stressed for most of day and worrying for home bus.

Park was good although we were advised the transfer was 75mins which we considered just about ok for our 5 yr old. Outbound was 2 hours 25 mins and return 2hours 30 mins, way too long for our boy who was in severe discomfort. If we had known we would have to spend almost as long in transport as in the park we would not have booked. Overall a potentially good family day out spoilt by the excessively long transport. Please be honest with future guests with infants

The journey itself and the guide we had on the coach were absolutely fine, my only gripe is that we have paid a lot of money to go to Loro Parque, however, the transport got us there over an hour after opening, and the coach collected us half an hour before the park closed, so I feel we didn't get as much time as we could have, and would definitely suggest Tui at least make sure you arrive for park opening (although it appeared the transport was leased out and not solely a Tui coach)

The coach used was in poor repair with several broken air vents and the overhead liner falling off. Driver was erratic. There were several delays at pickups which lead to our journey being 3 hours and 10 minutes there (exceeding the 2 hours advised). There was no guide/rep on the bus after the 5th stop and the driver spoke limited English. Information on how many stops/how much longer would have been helpful with children to keep settled

Vorig jaar ook deze transfer gedaan, toen was de reistijd 5 kwartier, nu 2 uur en 15 min... hierdoor minder tijd in Loro Parque gehad, erg jammer. Dit terwijl we vanaf dezelfde locatie vertrokken. Er zaten mensen in de bus met bijna 4 uur transfer tijd! Wellicht hadden er beter 2 kleine busjes kunnen rijden en de pick-up beter verdeelt kunnen worden zodat alle reizigers minder transfer tijd hadden. Toch jammer dat de extra reistijd af ging van de tijd die in Loro Parque gespendeerd kon worden.

Um 7.50 Uhr sollte man starten 20 min zu spät. Ankunft Loro Park 10.40 Uhr da kann man trotz gekaufter Plätze im Park nicht alle Shows sehen und die Tour machen. Dann ist der Eintritt zu teuer wenn wegen dem Bus die Zeit fehlt.

Only enjoyed getting back to hotel safely! Foreign rep who got dropped off and left us with coach driver. On rtn we got to coach at 1655 as was in a different location and different driver who made us feel like we were late when we were not! She was on the phone talking the whole way then picked up a male who we assumed was family. She kept slamming brakes, taking corners and speed bumps very quickly was not an enjoyable ride at all! Would not recommend

I booked a transfer to Loro Parque. I arrived early, 15 minutes before departure (the bus was supposed to arrive at 08:20) and waited for over an hour, and they still haven't picked me up! Disappointment for the whole day!

Transfer hin und zurück hat prima geklappt. Der Park und die Shows waren toll. Ich fand es aber ziemlich voll, was oft dazu führte, dass man im „Stau“ stand. Aber geschenkt, irgendwie muss das auch alles bezahlt werden. Ich würde der TUI empfehlen, die Rückfahrt von 17 auf 16 Uhr zu verlegen. Es standen schon viele Leute vor dem Bus und haben gewartet. Die Zeit reicht völlig aus um alles zu sehen. Bin zwei Runden durch den Park inkl. aller Shows außer Vögel.

Der Bus kam erst etwa 15 Minuten nach der vereinbarten Zeit am Hotel an; dafür waren der Guide und Fahrer jedoch super freundlich und haben uns sicher und bestens gelaunt zu unserem Ziel (und zurück) gebracht. Wir sind insofern höchst zufrieden mit dem Service. :-)

Sie hatten zur Auswahl Loro Parque o. Puerto de la Cruz. Da ich schon oft im Loro Park war, wollte ich mir Puerto de la Cruz anschauen. Wenn Sie die Auswahl anbieten, sollten Sie auch die Puerto Besucher nahe am Zentrum absetzen. Ich musste vom Park aus 40 Min hin u. wieder zurück laufen. u. auf dem Hinweg unterwegs nach der Richtung fragen. Kein guter Service.

Der Transfer hin zum Park hat über 3 Stunden gedauert, wir wurden um 7:40Uhr am Hotel abgeholt und kamen kurz vor 11:00Uhr am Park an. Das ist sehr schade, da man ja dadurch schon 1,5h Parköffnung verschenkt hat. Zurück ging es pünktlich um 17:00Uhr (Park hat bis 17:30Uhr geöffnet). An unserem Hotel waren wir dann schließlich um 18:40Uhr. Zurück waren wir also deutlich schneller.. lässt sich eventuell auch anders lösen

Geboekt 48 uur voor aanvang met pickup 08.05 uur, geen bus op het ophaalpunt met onze namen, 08.25 uur geappt naar TUI Rep, bus waarschijnlijk in de file. 09.00 uur opnieuw gevraagd om update, 09.10 uur jullie stonden niet op de lijst; full refund of andere dag…. Geen optie ivm verjaardag en 3 jarige (die ondertussen vanaf 07.30 uur vol spanning zat voor het uitje) pas 09.40 Ok voor taxi, zelf moeten betalen, wel teruggekregen maar niets voor betaalde transfer. Niets gedaan om ons te compenseren

Wurden über 30 Minuten spät abgeholt und mussten 1 Stunde früher als andere Busse zurück. Insgesamt fast 2 Stunden Zeit im Park fehlten dadurch. Man brauch, mit Führung usw die Zeit. Wir haben nur die Hälfte vom Park sehen können aber wenigstens alle 4 shows da wir Mittagessen aus gelassen hatten und uns nur für ein Sandwich beim Laufen entschieden hatten.

Excellent value for money bearing in mind it is a fairly long distance from where we were staying in Los Christianos, travel time around an hour and a quarter. Takes you right to the gates and allows all day for you to enjoy Loro Parque before picking you up again in the bus park at 5pm.

Ein 3 std Tranport Der uns abholte tat so als ob wir an der falschen Haltestelle standen und dann 3 hin 3 zurück jeder sagt 1.5-2 ist ok So waren wir erst 11:00 im Park. Und bei der Rückfahrt lies der Fahrer uns eine halbe Stunde in der Sonne stehen er machte ers fünf min vor Start auf ??

Found Tui Reps did not have enough knowledge of the trip. Read about trip and reviews before I booked to get more knowledge. Guide only stayed on coach until all passengers on board. Driver was very good and negotiated roads with consideration.

The transfer to the park was over 2hours. This was not told upon booking. The coach was due to pick us up at 0830am. We were heading to the bus stop at 08:10am. As we walked out of our hotel at 08:14 the bus drove past! I’m glad I waved at the driver to flag him down.

The transfer to Loro Parque was quick and efficient on the highway. The return was one of the worst journeys, took an hour longer than going on small winding mountain roads, not what you need after a long day. Was so glad to eventually get back. The coach was comfortable enough.

Op de terugweg stopte de chauffeur niet bij ons hotel, maar op een andere plek, hij noemde 1 keer heel onduidelijk blijkbaar de naam van ons hotel. toen er na 1 minuut niemand uitstapte reed hij aan. 17 kilometer verderop stopte hij. Wij vroegen hem naar ons hotel werd hij direct heel boos, we moesten de bus uit en zelf maar een taxi terug nemen. Dit hebben we gedaan en dat koste € 31,00. Op 24 maart hebben we bij TUI in ons hotel HD Parque Cristobal een klacht ingediend en niets meer gehoord.

When I booked online the transfer it showed only 1 option to get to loro parquet....it was the stopper that took 2 and a half hours to get from the hotel to the destination......only at the hotel did I realise from the rep there was a faster bus with less pick ups along the way,which given the choice I would've booked up...

Loro Parque oli elämys varsinkin 6-vuotiaalle lapsellemme, joka ei ollut käynyt siellä aiemmin. Suuresta alueesta ja valtavasta väkimäärästä huolimatta kaikki toimi, minkä lisäksi henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Myös varaaminen ja kuljetus sujuivat ongelmitta. Eläinten lisäksi löytyi paljon muutakin kivaa, ja lasten puumajat olivat jopa niin hauskoja, ettei lapsi olisi malttanut jatkaa niiden jälkeen kierrosta eteenpäin. ?? My wife and I thought we’d booked a trip thru the TUI rep to puerto de la Cruz., no mention was made that the trip was to Lori park. My wife has mobility issues and uses a walking stick so when the coach dropped us off at Lori park we had to endure a 45 minute tiring walk into town by which time my wife was exhausted and our day was truly spoilt plus we had to get a taxi back to the park to catch our return coach. I feel the TUI rep was very wrong to sell us this trip

Der Transfer ansich war in ordnung. Aber an einem Stop wo mitfahrende Gäste einfach nicht pünktlich da waren, wurde zum Nachteil der Anderen Besucher zu lange gewartet. Diese Zeit ging dann für den Zoobrsuch den anderen Gästen verloren, so das wir am Zoo erst eine Stunde nach Öffnungszeit eintrafen. Das war nicht in Ordnung.

Tenerife is a beautiful place have been many times before, but I didn’t like the hotel some of the staff where rude and miserable. I reported the electrics in my room as when I went to plug the kettle in it made a bang sound the socket is next to the sink I know I’m no electrician but I think it’s fair to say water and electric don’t mix the-switch on the socket near the bedside table is broke it was sparking every time I plugged my phone charger in. The meals where terrible .

Wir hatten eine sehr nette tui Mitarbeiterin, die uns kompetent beraten hat und uns wirklich viel im Vorfeld berichten konnte. Daher ist uns die Entscheidung der loropark Buchung leicht gefallen. Allerdings konnte sie kein deutsch. Für Leute die nicht so gut englisch verstehen, wahrscheinlich ein Problem. Ansonsten waren wir begeistert von der Organisation, da der Bus Verspätung hatte. Die Artenvielfalt des Parks hat uns auch sehr begeistert. Alles in allem ein toller Ausflug

Overall the experience was very good, and I will have no problem recommending the trip to Liro Parque to others. However, the lady checking the passengers on to the bus seemed to think us and the other passengers waiting to join the trip were booked on another bus, despite me pointing out my name on her schedule. The journey home was hard going with the large coach seeming too long for the roads especially when dropping off passengers at their hotels of which there were very many.

We purchased the transfer with Loro Parque tickets. It took us over 3 hours to get there. That definitely wasn't explained to us before. However, it took just an hour to get back as the transfer was circular. Not sure how I would have got there from the South West otherwise. The bus was on time, spotless and air-conditioned

Transfer brengt je waar je moet zijn - helaas op de terugweg veels te laat, kan gebeuren, maar bied dan je excuses aan of geef de reden van vertraging aan (en nog beter wanneer je er dan wel bent - iedereen liep een beetje verdwaalt rond). Het park zelf is vrij snel gedaan, dus een optie om (spontaan) te kiezen of je om 15u of om 17u wilt terug gebracht worden, zou wel beter zijn. Vanuit Costa Adeje duurt de rit trouwens ruim 2 uur naar loro parque.

Die Fahrt einmal rund um die Insel war gut. Die Kälteanlage im Bus lief auf Hochtouren und ich habe eine sehr starke Erkältung bekommen. Deshalb würde ich die Fahrt nicht noch einmal machen.

We hadden park al geboekt bij tui sneek. Bleek ter plaatse dat busreis voor 4 perzonen eertst 116 euro koste wat we duur vonden, toen kon het ineenas voor 96 euro. Der reis bleek vrij lang 1:45. Onze oudste zoon moest de nacht voorafgaande overgeven en had last van diarree, helaas geen restitutie mogelijk. Reisleiding geappt en voor entreekaartje Tui Sneek gebeld. Beetje jammer allemaal. Busreis was verder top geregeld.

Der Transfer war gut und auch pünktlich, allerdings war die Rückfahrt deutlich schlechter als die Hinfahrt. Bei der Hinfahrt ging es über die Autobahn, der Rückweg war jedoch über die Berge. Das bedeutet extrem hoch, sehr enge und viele Kurven und sehr sehr langwierig. Da wurde es so einigen Leuten schlecht, wer mit sowas oder eben mit der Höhe Probleme hat, für den ist die Rückfahrt eine einzige Qual. Wir hätten daher vorab eine Info dazu begrüßt. Das Team war sehr nett und professionell.

We were told to be ready for the coach at 8am (a time where we wouldn't be able to have breakfast in the hotel). If the coach had turned up on time, this wouldn't have been too bad but, as it was, it was late and we could have had something in the restaurant before seeing off. The roads aren't good for a couple of hours each way and it felt quite expensive at around £20 per person, there were 3 of us and it might have been preferable to take a taxi for a later start and more comfortable journey.

The bus was comfy, cool and quick, on the way there there was a longer stop but you could get off the bus and use the toilet, easy way of getting to and from a fantastic day out!

The only reason I didn’t rate this higher was because out of all the tours we did with TUI around the island this was the worse condition coach inside and most significantly the air conditioning was minimal or not working effectively.

Inbound trip couldn't fault but the return trip was a nightmare coach kept losing power and gears, the interior lighting/ventilation channel above the seats on the passenger side was leaking water over the first 6 rows of seats. The route the drive took would have been awesome if the driver didn't keep stamping on the brakes make everyone lunge forward.

Wszystko mi sie podobalo. Zwierzeta zadbane, czysto w miejscach w których przebywaly zwierzeta. Najbardziej podobaly mi sie pokazy na zywo fok, orek i delfinów. Polecam to miejsce do odwiedzenia z rodzina, znajomymi, przyjaciólmi. Miejsce godne polecenia. I polecam kazdemu odwiedzic to miejsce??.

Dojazd do Loro Parku byl droga kreta przez górskie tereny, kierowca super ale osoby z wrazliwa glowa mialy ciezko. Moze niewiele drozszy bylby przejazd druga droga (czasowo tyle samo tylko wiecej km). Moja rodzina nie majaca problemów w podrózy ledwo dojechala. Poza tym Loro Park to swietne miejsce dla calej rodziny.

You need to make clear whether the transfer is the round the island route or the shorter more direct route. The latter was long enough from Los Gigantes, 1.5 hours. We experienced the longer route on a previous visit and were not informed. There are elderly people on these trips who need a comfort break!

Both venues were very nice, clean, very good quality places. The food at both was good as well. The only negative was the cost as we were a family of 7 and it took a great deal out of our holiday money to just have these two days out.

Used tui transfer to visit Puerto de la Cruz. On a jet2 holiday but no option available so grateful to tui. Rep very helpful with advice, directions and map. Journey made longer by picking up from hotels at Golf resort which was a bit annoying though.

Der Transfer hat super funktioniert, der Bus war pünktlich! Allerdings wurden recht viele Stationen noch abgeklappert, so dass wir einen relativ langen Transfer hatten. Das war etwas ermüdend, aber wahrscheinlich dem Umstand geschuldet, dass natürlich organisatorisch viele Urlauber mitfahren sollen .

Wir würden wieder den Service buchen, da es einfach und entspannter ist sich fahren zu lassen… Der Bus kam nur zur Haltestelle ca 20 Min später, was uns etwas beunruhigt hat, da wir nicht wussten ob er schon weg war ( was eigentlich nicht sein konnte, da wir überpünktlich waren). Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit TUI um nachzufragen, wollte die Dame sich nach kurzer Zeit wieder melden. In dieser Zwischenzeit kam der Bus und nahm uns mit zum Loro Park. Alles in allem TOP

Transfer times need to be more realistic. Three hours is very long especially when two hours were quoted at booking. Had this been clear at point of booking, then we would not have booked. 5 hours + on a coach was not what we were hoping for

It was estimated a 2 hours drive. It was 3 hours. On the way we got nervous if we where going the wrong way as we where heading south from Los gigantes. All the gathering of people on all the hotell where pretty exhausring for our son Who easy is getting car sick. All the movement back and forth, up and down made it impossible for him to not get sick. There where no info about this on the forehand. If this was imformed it would be a better experience because you know what to expect.

Tiden i bussen blev en smula lång. Runt 2,5-3 timmar dit och samma tid tillbaka till hotellet. Men med tanke på att det är en bit till själva parken från där vi bodde (Los gigantes) så är det såklart inte så konstigt. Men trevligt bemötande från alla inblandade, tydlig info och bekväma bussar. Kan dock vara värt att framförallt vara förberedd på restiden om ni reser med mindre barn. Vägen till parken är lång och om man väljer den här resformen så är det inte så mycket man kan göra åt det

Bus kam pünktlich, Reisebegleiter kontrollierte Anwesenheit, stieg allerdings nach letztem pick-up mit Anweisungen für den Zielort wieder aus. Kein Schlange stehen am Eingang war also nicht garantiert. Ein Autobahnstück war gesperrt, der Fahrer musste Umweg nehmen (aber keine Umleitung für Bus ausgeschildert). Resultat 30 min Verspätung durch Feststecken in enger Straße. Klimaanlage im Bus zu kalt - ließ sich nicht abstellen- ergo Schnupfen. Rückfahrt prima, für alle die pünktlich im Bus waren.

Comfy bus, friendly, helpful guide. Good driver. Arrived on time. Only downsides was that we were the first pick up and it took a full hour until the last pick up before we then had the 1 hour 15min onward journey! The upside to this was that we were the 1st drop off and I really appreciated the driver doing the journey in reverse so that we at least had one shorter journey! He also dropped us right outside of our hotel door instead of at the top of the hill where we were picked up!

Insgesamt war der Transfer gut und auch empfehlenswert. Allerdings haben wir einen deutschen Guide gewünscht, er sprach aber nur Englisch. Die Hinfahrt dauerte 2,5 Stunden (ausgewiesen waren 2 Stunden) was schon sehr lange war. Aber verständlicherweise müssen ja auch noch weitere Fahrgäste abgeholt werden,

The park was immaculate the animals all very well looked after which was very important to me and all the staff really cared for the animals , there wasn’t one thing I didn’t like , the orca show was amazing and also the dolphin show only down side was three euros for a can of pop , so please take your own , however I get it as the upkeep of the park must be expensive so I didn’t mind paying overall the experience was excellent well done Loro park your park is fantastic

Die sprachliche Verständigung auch mit Englisch war schwierig. Der Bus kam leider eine Dreiviertelstunde Stunde zu spät, diese Zeit geht leider von der Zeit im Loro Park ab. Sonst war alles in Ordnung hat uns hingebracht und wieder abgeholt.

when booking Loro Parc from the hotel, find out how long the transfer takes compared to where its location is. The Tui staff failed to let us know that with the other pick-ups from other hotels this would take 2 and a half hours even though Loro Parc was only an hour way. With this being the case when you arrive it's a mad rush to get in and to make use of the shorter time you now have. If you can drive and there's other places to travel I'd suggest hiring a car, especially if you go back there.

Transfer verlief problemlos. Morgens wurde in unserem Ort nach unserem Hotel noch zwei weitere Hotels angefahren, danach ging es aber direkt auf die Autobahn. Fahrzeit nur etwas länger, als wäre man die Strecke beispielsweise mit einem Mietauto gefahren. Dafür keine Parkplatzsuche vor Ort. Hatten in unserem Urlaub auch ein Mietauto zur Erkundung der Insel, würden aber immer wieder auf diesen Bustransfer zurückgreifen. Empfehlung!

Der Reiseleiter sprach leider kein Deutsch und Englisch ist bei mir nicht so. Wir wurden als erster abgeholt danach alle anderen Urlauber. Die Reisezeit betrug 3 Stunden zum Loro Park und zrück 2,5 Stunden. Sollte mal geändert werden auf den Ausschreibungen. Im Loro Park selber waren wir ca 6 Stunden.

It would have been better if we had been collected earlier to get to the opening on time. The queue was large and we felt that we had to rush around to be at the coach park on time. We were there in plenty of time and the coach was late. We could have had an hour more in the park and more if we had been there at opening. The driver didn't communicate much, which I understand there may be a language barrier, however just a have a good day or see you later would have been nice. The coach was clean

Grundsätzlich hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt. Wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und zum Loro Park gebracht. Allerdings würde ich das nächste mal einen Mietwagen nehmen oder einen privaten Abholservice. Für eine Strecke von 1-1,5h wurden durch das Abholen anderer Gäste aus anderen Hotels 2,5 Stunden Fahrt (pro Tour). Und das war mit Kindern einfach zu lang!

The transfer was really smooth, arrived on time. Transfer there was just under 2 hours as I was the last drop. Coming back was about 2 hours 40 minutes as the last drop. The route back was very scenic and saw parts of the island you wouldn’t necessarily see.

We used the normal service , it's a long way from the south of the island. 1.5 hrs, we were second to last pick up so others were on for longer. Only quicker way would be to drive yourself or take a taxi which would cost a lot more than the coach.

Der Transfer zum Loro Parque hat super geklappt! Die Tickets vor Ort zu kaufen war auch absolut kein Problem, wir sind 5 - 10 Minuten an der Kassa angestanden. Der Transfer eignet sich auch perfekt für Personen die nach Puerto de la Cruz möchten, ohne sich ein Mietauto zu nehmen. Man kann vom Loro Parque direkt in Richtung Stadt spazieren, sollte man sich nicht für den Loro Parque interessieren. 5 Minuten vom Loro Parque ist der Playa Jardin, ein wunderschöner, sehenswerter Vulkanstrand! :)

Guide was only on coach for pick ups then got off. Bus driver took a 30 minute detour to pick someone up and eventually got to loro park at 11:50. After detour to drop her off. Deze transfer optie was prima. Wel chaotisch bij het opstappen aangezien er enorm veel bussen vertrekken van hetzelfde punt en het niet heel duidelijk is welke bus van jou is. Bus ging op de terug weg kapot maar was ook zo vervangen voor een nieuwe bus.

Parque Santiago 111 has been refurbished since we last stayed. The pool restaurant was very modern and the whole grounds are very picturesque. The rooms have also been upgraded and are now more modern than they used to be. Only down side is a salt water pool.

Der Transfer hat ohne Probleme hin und zurück funktioniert. Bei der Abholung erhält man einen Flyer, auf dem nochmals die BUS-Nummer steht und die Abfahrtszeit am Loro Parque. Leider war unser Bus nicht pünktlich und wir kamen dadurch leider später am Loro Parque an. Dadurch war leider schon sehr viel dort los.

Once inside the park, it could not be faulted - everything was great, the food was good, waiting times for shows were wonderful (open well in advance of the shows) - only niggle was getting in - we purchased the tickets through our contact at the hotel but don't think we were warned that we would still need to queue up to get QR code tickets - there were a number of other guests in the same boat so maybe it can be explained when selling. Otherwise great!!

Great park to visit, well kept and animal shows superb. Animals seem well looked after. Good places to buy food and clean areas to picnic if taken own food as we did. Der Transfer ist sehr praktisch. Man wird direkt am Hotel abgeholt und Abends wieder zurück gebracht. Für den LoroPark bleibt genug Zeit. Leider klappert man einige Hotels ab, was die Fahrtzeit unheimlich in die länge zieht. Die Fahrerin hat während der Fahrt immer wieder am Radio rumgespielt, so dass es im Bus viel zu laut war. Vielleicht hat sie nicht bemerkt, dass das Radio bis in die letzten Reihen eingestellt war.

Es hat alles super funktioniert. Der Bus war pünktlich am Abholpunkt. Der Guide hat den "Check-In" in die Hand genommen und uns freundlich alles erklärt, was wir wissen mussten. Uns war direkt klar, wann wir wo wieder abgeholt werden. Der einzige Wermutstopfen war die fehlende Klimatisierung bei der Rückfahrt - entgegen anderer Bewertungen war es eher zu warm als zu kalt während der Fahrt. Auch der Pick-Up an den anderen Hotels ging schnell und zügig voran. Es ist verständlich, dass noch mehr Gäste aufgenommen werden müssen und der Bus deshalb noch ein paar Stopps einlegen musste, bevor es dann in Richtung Norden ging. Auch hier waren die teilweise negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehbar. Alles in allem war die Tour eine unkomplizierte Alternative zu einer Fahrt mit den Linienbussen - entspannt und sicher.

Went up one side of the island which gave us a chance to view parts of the island also a few pick ups on the way so nice to view other towns.On the return we travelled back down the mountain side of the island with spectacular views.We got to view practically the whole island and this was just a bus transfer but it was more like a tour in its own right.

Während der Hinfahrt wurde noch kontrolliert, ob jeder eine Maske trägt. Als der Reiseleiter den Bus aber verlassen hat, haben die meisten Gäste im Bus leider die Maske abgenommen und auf der Rückfahrt gar nicht mehr getragen. Das ist für Leute, welche sich gerne vor Corona schützen möchten nicht schön, wodurch die Fahrt mit dem Bus teilweise auch nicht mehr angenehm war.

it would of been handy to have a small map on the ticket to show where the coach pick up point is. It would of also been better if we had been told a coach number or what branding would be on the side of the coach as many coaches use heading to the same destination use the same bus stop.

De transfer was ruim 20 minuten te laat, en dusdanig veel stops dat wij pas na 2 uur in het park waren. Al waren wij hiervan op de hoogte gebracht hadden wij ons hierop in kunnen stellen. Terugrit ging gelukkig wel sneller.

Ik boek deze transfer en er staat op, geboekt 2u verplaatsing, verder geen uitleg, dus ik denk 1u op en 1u terug. De dag breekt aan en we staan ter plaatse van 8u15 (zoals gevraagd), om tegen de pick-up tijd van 8u30 aanwezig te zijn. Bus komt toe om 9u !!, met wat ongerustheid bij de enige 2 koppels. Ok, we vertrekken, bus direct op autostrade en tegen 10u15 zijn we er. NU, bij teruggaan, bus stipt om 17u vertrokken, maar...............wat gebeurt er, bus neemt volledige binnenwegen langs ravijnen (wat ik zéér onveilig vond) en de rit duurde 2,5u ??? Iedereen in de bus werd een beetje onrustig. Daar kwam nog bij dat de afstanden om mensen af te zetten ongelooflijk uit elkaar lagen. Dit kan niet. Ook zo uitgelegd aan TUI medewerker in hotel, waardoor een tussenkomst van jullie door mijn klacht, waarvoor dank. Maar dit boek ik nooit meer. Ga nog liever met een taxi. Ter attentie, de TUI medewerker zei dat het nooit kon dat we in het opgaan op 1u15 min daar aanwezig waren. Toch was het zo en ik hou er niet van om een leugenaar genoemd te worden. Ik klaag ook het gebrek aan enige uitleg aan van de route die ze nemen. De buschauffeur sprak enkel spaans, dus er zou iemand van TUI enige uitleg moeten geven op voorhand. Sorry, voor mij verdiend deze transfer feitelijk een nul

Der Park war sehr schön, aber die Anreise eine ziemliche Strapaze. Es wurden zunächst 90Min (!) andere Touristen eingesammelt, bevor wir zum Loro-Parque gestartet sind. Da ist bereits die Anreise mit zwei kleinen Kindern eine Tortur... Es wäre schön, im Vorfeld über die Dauer des Transfers informiert gewesen zu sein, dann hätte man sich überlegen können, ob man den Ausflug wirklich buchen möchte...

Inhalt der Buchung war der Transfer aus dem Süden nach Puerto de la Cruz.Der Ort der Abholung war sehr ungenau beschrieben, so dass wir nicht wussten, auf welcher Straßenseite der Bus halten würde.Dass es kein TUI-Bus war, machte es nicht gerade einfacher. Es wäre also gut gewesen, die Nummer der Haltestelle oder die Fahrtrichtung anzugeben. Bevor die eigentliche Fahrt über die Autobahn los gehen konnte, fuhren wir über eine Stunde rum, um Mitreisende einzusammeln. Das war unverhältnismäßig lange. Der Fahrer hat den alten Bus sicher hin und wieder zurück gefahren und der Preis war günstig.

De chauffeuze die gebruikt was was een van de slechtste die ik ooit gezien heb. Ik voelde me nooit eerder zo onveilig in de bus. Zowel op de heen als de terugreis erg misselijk door de rijstijl van mevrouw en als kers op de taart hield de bus er mee op met rook onder de moterkap(had ik ook gedaan met haar rijkunsten en rijstijl) waardoor we een half uur levensgevaarlijk op de halve vluchtstrook op de snelweg hebben gestaan. De reis zou maximaal 2 uur duren. Op de heenweg bijna 2.5 uur onderweg geweest door haar rijstijl en de terugweg was ruim 3 uur.

Helaas klopt de opstap punt niet helemaal. Het hotel waar je op moest stappen, heet nu anders. Bus was niet duidelijk. Er kwamen twee bussen tegelijkertijd aanrijden. Maar welke nu van tui was, was niet duidelijk. Terugweg kostend kind in de bus. Werd vrij weinig aan gedaan.

Bij Opstappunt staat Isla Bonita. Nergens te vinden, na navraag blijkt t n hotel te zijn dat nu Suites Labrana heet. Aanpassen dus op de voucher!! Heenreis vis santacruz, la Laguna prima, snelweg. Nergens staat vermeld dat de terugreis via Tanque, Erjos, Tamaimo enz is. Haarspeldbochten, door de bergen , afgronden. Waarom niet dezelfde weg terug via autosnelweg?

If you're in one of the first hotels to be picked up, the transfer time is in excess of 2 hours. That's excessively long for the journey from Costa Paraiso to Puerto de la Cruz. TUI should really have a number of smaller busses rather than 1 big bus to reduce the transfer time.

Leider durfte man im Bus weder Essen noch Trinken, was bei 2 1/2 Stunden Fahrt doch fraglich ist. Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut informiert, sehr pünktlich und haben alle nötigen Infos parat gehabt.

Het Loro park is prachtig.
De reis volgens Google map zou 1.15 uur zijn, de route die de bus nam was 2 uur met het ophalen van andere mensen dit was heen en terug het geval. Misschien handig om dit in de advertentie te vermelden

Knapp 15min Verspätung. Hinfahrt in knapp 70 Minuten (üblich, ähnlich wie mit dem Auto). Rückfahrt hat über 2 Stunden gedauert und wir haben einmal die ganze Insel umrundet.
