Reisleding niet van toepassing Lange rijen bij de ingang. Zou fijn zijn als het park hun processing van al gekochte kaartjes sneller zou maken of als er iemand vanuit TUI al bandjes zou ophalen bij het waterpark en die bijv in de bus aan de bezoekers zou uitdelen

Really fun day out. Be warned lots of steps when entering park and some steep slopes to get to slides. Plenty of sun beds all round the park. Ninja warrior costs extra and the water **********. Lots of food choices in restaurant and use wrist band to pay for everything and at the end pay for everything at once. Good area for younger children.

As water parks go this was one of the best we have been too, quick transfer, easy access to the park, plenty of time to enjoy of the slides, hardly any queues and free sun loungers. We spent about 5 hours in total there and the kids said it was the best day by far!

This was the kids favourite day out. Great waterpark, easy to find your way around and so easy with the cashless wristband system. It wasn’t busy at all so no queueing and we went on everything we wanted multiple times. Definitely recommend for a fun family time.

The price with transfer was 3€ cheaper than the gate price and was quite a distance inland from Hersonissos so glad of the transport. We loved the waterpark, and great anything you buy gets scanned onto your wristband and pay at the end so your money can stay in your locker. The park closes at 6pm but pick up was at 4pm and that was my only critism. I think 5pm would have been much better as felt like a rush at the end. Other than that, a fantastic day.

Het was heel erg leuk, alleen staat er open tot 18:00 maar ze gooien om 17:00 alle glijbanen dicht en werken iedereen er voor 10 voor 6 uit. Ze vegen je letterlijk naar buiten.

Wat ik jammer vond voor mijn kleinzoon is dat we al om 16u werden opgehaald. Verder was er genoeg te doen in het park, kun je een kluis huren om je spullen veilig in op te bergen. Werd er goed gelet op de veiligheid mbt het gebruik vd glijbanen.

I am extremely disappointed by this service. We had arranged a pick up meeting place. Our meeting place was Malia Church. We got there early, and there was no tui rep. We tried to call the number on our ticket and the call wouldn't go through. We proceeded to wait there for 40 minutes and no bus came to pick us up. As a result we were unable to go to the water park. I am extremely unsatisfied and frustrated with this service.

We had an enjoyable day at the water park, but unfortunately when settling our bill at the end, the cashier lied and said the card machine was not working. It was still on the home screen she didn't even try to process our card. The people immediately before us, and after us, were able to pay by card. It was very unprofessional behaviour and spoilt the day.

The excursion never happened. I had already been contacted to say that the booking needed to change, but no one contacted us to let us know that the waterpark was cancelled. My partner and I were stood at a bus stop for forty minutes, and had to call TUI ourselves to find out that something we’ve paid nearly £70 for. This is our first holiday together and my partner hasn’t been on holiday in 15 years, so we’re massively upset that the only thing we booked, we can’t do and no one told us.

Lovely little water park. Good variation of rides and too our surprise there was a photographer there and we managed to get good pictures of us going on the rides which was nice. Overall good experience!

He park is brill with loads of slides of all sizes, suits all ages from little ones to us older ones! (And it never felt unsafe or too silly) and the the crazy river is exactly that! There are very clean showers and changing rooms and you can hire a locker. Food at the cafenis very nice with loads of choice and sensible prices. There are plenty of beds and shades for free too. You pay on a wristband and pay on the way out. Spent 6 hrs and never bored

Door gebrek aan onderhoud waren de glijbanen zeer pijnlijk. De aanhechtingen van glijbanen haalden de vel van je rug en kleding ging kapot. Buiten dit al heeft het wel potentie om een mooi park te zijn. Maar er moet echt onderhoud uitgevoerd worden.

The transfer was on time and also there at 4pm for the return journey. The waterpark was good, but made it better for us as it wasn’t busy and barely any queues which obviously made it enjoyable. The park could do with a refurb and the floors are slippery, but overall a good day out.

Vesipuisto oli ihan mahtava ?? vesiliukuja löytyi kaikille meidän perheestä ja alue oli hyvän kokoinen. Ainut miinus pitkät jonot ruokapaikkaan. Bussi kulutus oli hyvin järjestetty ja kuskille iso plussa palvelusta.

There is a good range of slides available for all age groups. Last year we went to Water City and there is definitely more to do at Acqua Plus.

The trip overall was great, only a 15 minute trip from our hotel. It was a great way of working with a wristband that gets scanned so tou can buy food and drink without needing your phone or cars. At the end you settle your bill. The photographer was also a bonus on the day.

Je krijgt bij de ingang een bandje waar al je aankopen op worden geregistreerd. Dit betaal je wanneer je weggaat. Je kan verschillende soorten kluisjes huren bij de shop. Tips: - Ondanks een aantal 'grasmatten' wordt de vloer naarmate de dag steeds gladder. Denk misschien aan waterschoenen (hiermee mag je de glijbanen af). - Je mag niet met (zonne)bril van de glijbanen. Als je lenzen hebt, zou ik deze indoen. Wij waren ongeveer 5u in het waterpark (exclusief reistijd).

As there are only 2 water parks on the island I am assuming this is the best of the 2. Compared to other waterparks visited on various holidays this one was fair. I was surprised there was no wave pool and that a number of the sunbeds were positioned on dirt as the grass had worn away but i guess that is outside your control

The park is in desperate need of renovation. It looks old and tatty. It's also very dirty. The sides of the pools were slimy and I was told there were faeces on the walls of the men's changing rooms. Some slides are closed and plants are overgrown. There was lots of people getting injured the day we were there and we could see lots of things that were unsafe. As we were leaving the park my 17 year old son slipped and fell hurting himself, the lifeguard passing by just laughed at him.

Staff rating relates to Waterpark staff as was spoilt a bit by not stopping half the people there from taking the floats meant for one ride and keeping it with them all the time instead of leaving the floats at the rides therefore the other half of the customers struggled to use these rides as all the floats had been taken away or not given up when the person had had their go. Upset families and children could be avoided by having staff preventing the selfish actions of half of the customers.

Main negative was the staff at water park didn’t manage access to floats to use float rides - loads of people were selfish and kept a float from one ride to the next instead of leaving them at the ride for the next person to use so half the customers struggled to get a float to go on those rides. No staff or system set up to stop them doing it so some kids had to wait ages for someone to let them have a float even though the queues to do the rides were short. Lots of non float rides which helped

Er zou een aparte rij bij de ingang zijn maar die was er niet, dus lange wachtrij. Tijd was dus vrij kort omdat we om 16 uur alweer in de bus moesten zitten. Ook was er een banden tekort bij de glijbanen omdat iedereen deze mee nam en niet bij de glijbanen liet liggen.

Good value but huge queues to get in and out! Also no room on the coach to take us home, a double decker to take us but only a single decker to take us back! Had to wait around for the coach driver to arrange a mini bus to take the rest of us back so poorly organised.

Abholung sehr pünktlich. Aber fast 1h Fahrt für 4km raubt viel Zeit. Und dann noch 20 Minuten anstehen um hinein zu kommen, war wirklich anstrengend. Rückfahrt schon 16 Uhr, obwohl der Park erst 17.30 Uhr schließt. Knapp 4h Zeit insgesamt für den Park. Rutschen machen Spaß, aber die Wege auf dem Gelände sehr sehr rutschig. Feste Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Kaum Schattenplätze, daher teilweise sehr anstrengend. Die Teenies fanden es okay, aber würden nicht nochmal dorthin wollen.

Het was goed georganiseerd ondanks de lange rit. De airco van de bus deed het niet goed waardoor het veel te warm in de bus was op de terugreis.

The minibus which picked us up was not fit for purpose, very old with no air con, made the transfer unbearable! We were told the transfer was 20 minutes but we ended up on the coach for 45 minutes coming back to the hotel again without any air con. The park itself was ok, however there is a definite shortage of donut rings for the slides which resulted in arguments with people over the rings who were trying to ********** them out of your hand!

We vonden alles leuk,toch zeker voor ons 13 jarige dochter. Ze kon ook makkelijk ergens alleen naartoe. Wat we minder vonden dat is dat er niet echt toezicht was,jongeren sprongen over de draad het water in waar het niet mocht,flesjes drinken werd het water mee ingenomen en daar ook achter gelaten,niemand dat er iets van zei!

The park was good as not too busy so there were no ques for the rides. However one of the slides was not fit for use and unsafe. The red four person race slide had Sharpe joints and my son got a nasty cut from this slide which also ripped his swim shorts. Every other slide was enjoyable and safe, I would recommend tui to inform future attendees of this park not to use that slide and maybe even inform the park owners.

Rannekkeet olisi voitu jakaa bussissa, jos opas olisi ollut mukana matkalla. Näin olisi saatu nopeutettua sisäänpääsyä. Emme saaneet matkan aikana mitään tietoa siitä, kauanko bussimatka kestää vesipuistoon. Onneksi retki oli maanantaina, niin puistossa ei ollut ruuhkaa??

Water park was pretty good and catered for all. Lazy river is poor, vehicles used for transfers could have been better, very basic, air con rubbish, however not a long transfer so not to bad.

The experience as a whole was great. When I asked the water park staff if some of the rides were safe, they drugged their shoulders and replied ‘ermmm maybe’ which put me off going on those rides if the staff can’t even say they’re safe

Good variety of rides. 10.30am to 4pm would be better. Coach very hot and stuffy - no air con! Prices not shown on food and drinks and payment required at end. Also expensive. Some paths very slippy - my son badly bruised his shin. Tyre rides would benefit from supervision - should only get to use your tyre once then queue again. Many people were re using their tyres again elsewhere on other rides.

Not enough people on the desk on the way out so queues to pay which made us a bit nervous for getting to the bus home on time. No explanation of the system of payment for foods etc given so had to figure it out (all items scanned to wristband then pay on way out so don’t need to carry money around with you) Great day out and would recommend.

Great day out for the price. Good slides and food. Ground was really hot walking around but couldn’t take shoes on rides. Very family friendly, a lot of the bigger slides were closed for a good chunk of the day but did open later. Some slides without supervision so hard to know if safe.

Wir mussten leider viel zu lang auf den Bus warten, dann war dieser voll und wir mussten auf einen neuen warten. Der Park selbst ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen aber Spaß hatten wir dennoch. Rückfahrt war problemlos

Warteten auf den Bus ind als der kam war er voll, dann mussten wir erneut auf den nächsten Bus warten. Der wasserpark ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Man sollte keine hohen Erwartungen haben. Gott sei dank war der Park nicht so voll so das man nicht zu lang an den Rutschen warten musste.

Water park was average - easily doable in 2 hours, full day isn’t needed. Mostly fun slides! TUI pick up was on time but driver informed us of an earlier pick up than was originally quoted. Fine for us as we were done quickly but may have hindered others.

Gaaf waterpark voor alle leeftijden iets! Bij binnenkomst krijg je een bandje met barcode waarmee je alles kunt kopen in het park. eten drinken foto’s zonnebrand crème, alles. Daardoor is je portemonnee veilig opgeborgen in het te huren kluisje.
