Know in advance:
Temporary Update (valid on some days between 18 April 2025 - 27 July 2025): every visitor to Venice is required to pay, directly to the City of Venice, a contribution to access, except for the different exclusions. For dates, payment methods, to benefit from exemptions, and for all related information, please check the official website for the Venice Access Fee. Please pay the Access Fee online before attending the tour
Please use the PNR code found in your voucher to pick up your ACTV card at the Venezia Unica agencies or at the ticket machines displaying the Venezia Unica logo
It is required to print and fill in your personal data on the Rolling Venice Card as it is strictly personal and must be shown in case of control
Please note that for the one-way transfer option, and the roundtrip transfer option, the transfer(s) from/to Marco Polo Airport must be within the 72 hours of validity of the TPL ticket
The validity of ACTV Tickets and Travelcards starts from the exact moment they are first validated
It is not possible to modify the tickets or ask for a refund
Tickets need to be validated at the start of each journey. The validity of ACTV Pass starts from the exact moment of the first validation
