Accessibility:
This activity is not recommended for pregnant travellers and for people with heart conditions
Extra fees to be paid on site:
A security deposit of 50€ in cash or by card is required for each child mountain or youth mountain bike rented (refundable)
A security deposit of 100 € in cash or by card is required for each adult mountain bike rented (refundable)
Helmets for people over 16 years old can be rented in the rental shop for additional 5€. Free helmet are only available for children under 16 years old
Know in advance:
Minimum age to ride a bike: 5 years old (children must be accompanied by an adult). Minors can rent a Mountain bike only if they are accompanied by their parents
Infant seats available for infants (age 1-6). Please refer to the calendar
Please note that assistance on the road in case of puncture or vehicle breakdown is available only in Maspalomas
It is possible to use the mountain bikes on asphalt road, promenade, bicycle paths
Mountain Bikes are not suitable to go off-roads or on sand

The mam who helped us checking in and getting the bikes was really nice. The bikes were a bit worn but worked great and got to see loads of the city. The bikes being a bit worn was the only let down. Everything else was perfect. Helped us book other experiences with them with a 10% discount for booking through them foe the bikes. Would 100% recommend if you don't mind the bikes being a little bit worn.

Vi ville afbestille vores leje af cykler, vi kunne ikke finde ud af det og guide hjalp ikke.
Vi valgte at hente dem alligevel. I beskrivelsen af lejen af cyklerne stod der bl.a. at der var hjelm og vejhjælp med. Hjelm og vest ville udlejer have ekstra 5 euro pr pers og vejhjælp fortalte han intet om
