What to expect
Home to the world's largest penguinarium and countless other animals, Loro Parque is a wild day out in Tenerife. You'll be picked up and dropped off at Loro Parque or Puerto de la Cruz from your hotel, where you'll then have the entire day to freely explore the exhibitions, shows and animals. Afterwards, your transfer will take you back to your hotel at 5pm. Just so you know, this is a transfer only, admissions not included.

When I booked online the transfer it showed only 1 option to get to loro parquet....it was the stopper that took 2 and a half hours to get from the hotel to the destination......only at the hotel did I realise from the rep there was a faster bus with less pick ups along the way,which given the choice I would've booked up...

Coach arrived a little late.We were the first pick up but all in al only took about an 1.5 hours to get there.The return was a totaly different route sp basically got a mini Tour of the Island... For the Price of the transfer..Totaly worth the money.

It would have been better if we had been collected earlier to get to the opening on time. The queue was large and we felt that we had to rush around to be at the coach park on time. We were there in plenty of time and the coach was late. We could have had an hour more in the park and more if we had been there at opening. The driver didn't communicate much, which I understand there may be a language barrier, however just a have a good day or see you later would have been nice. The coach was clean

Very friendly staff. We were one of the first pick ups (Los Gigantes) and the transfer took over 2 hours as we went the long way around the Island. Other than the extended length of the transfer, it was well worth it!

The transfer was really smooth, arrived on time. Transfer there was just under 2 hours as I was the last drop. Coming back was about 2 hours 40 minutes as the last drop. The route back was very scenic and saw parts of the island you wouldn’t necessarily see.

We used the normal service , it's a long way from the south of the island. 1.5 hrs, we were second to last pick up so others were on for longer. Only quicker way would be to drive yourself or take a taxi which would cost a lot more than the coach.

Guide was only on coach for pick ups then got off. Bus driver took a 30 minute detour to pick someone up and eventually got to loro park at 11:50. After detour to drop her off. We had to run around to get to shows and see the animals. Coaxh back was much better taking us through the norhb of the island with amazing scenery. Transport not great but park lovely

Parque Santiago 111 has been refurbished since we last stayed. The pool restaurant was very modern and the whole grounds are very picturesque. The rooms have also been upgraded and are now more modern than they used to be. Only down side is a salt water pool.

Once inside the park, it could not be faulted - everything was great, the food was good, waiting times for shows were wonderful (open well in advance of the shows) - only niggle was getting in - we purchased the tickets through our contact at the hotel but don't think we were warned that we would still need to queue up to get QR code tickets - there were a number of other guests in the same boat so maybe it can be explained when selling. Otherwise great!!

Overall the coach journey was fine. The only issues we had were poor instructions for the pick up point and no information about the rule for mask wearing on the coach. A member of staff was selling these to all passengers when entering the coach. At 1.5 euro’s

Great park to visit, well kept and animal shows superb. Animals seem well looked after. Good places to buy food and clean areas to picnic if taken own food as we did. Visitor photo very reasonably priced at €6.50 and good quality photo. Coach transfer was a little longer than expected as you travel anti-clockwise around island from the south west area but views were great and it’s to do with avoiding slower single roads. Great day for all ages

Went up one side of the island which gave us a chance to view parts of the island also a few pick ups on the way so nice to view other towns.On the return we travelled back down the mountain side of the island with spectacular views.We got to view practically the whole island and this was just a bus transfer but it was more like a tour in its own right.

it would of been handy to have a small map on the ticket to show where the coach pick up point is. It would of also been better if we had been told a coach number or what branding would be on the side of the coach as many coaches use heading to the same destination use the same bus stop.

If you're in one of the first hotels to be picked up, the transfer time is in excess of 2 hours. That's excessively long for the journey from Costa Paraiso to Puerto de la Cruz. TUI should really have a number of smaller busses rather than 1 big bus to reduce the transfer time.

The journey took 2hours 20 minutes to get there & about the same on the way back so 4 hrs 40 mins traveling for just over 5 1/2hrs at the zoo ! The journeys were a lot of back & forth & waiting over 15mins fir one person who strolled up late on the way there.

Everything was excellent except for the transfer, I think the TUI ran transfers should give you more info on the app, like the transfer to the airport gives you. I had no clue what bus I was getting on and like 3 lora ones showed up while I was waiting there.
