Hop on board the iconic London Eye and admire the stunning panoramic views of the UK capital from the top. You'll spend an unforgettable 30 minutes soaring over the city at 135 metres on the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 40-kilometer panoramic views in all directions (that’s as far as Windsor Castle on a clear day!).Take in London’s most famous landmarks such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Fabelachtig uitzicht rondom over de hele stad. Ondanks dat je met meerdere personen in een gondel zit is er ruimte genoeg om leuke foto's te maken en te genieten van het uitzicht. Begeleiding vanuit deze organisatie op locatie is prima en correct. Wachtrijen zijn overzichtelijk en gaan snel.

Das Event stand zur gebuchten Zeit nicht zur Verfügung (außer Betrieb). Die Hilfe vor Ort war nicht befriedigend. Über den TUI Service konnte jedoch schnell und kompetent eine Ausweichmöglichkeit geschaffen werden. Die Wartezeiten waren überschaubar und ok. Das Team welches die Gondeln zugewiesen hat, war sehr unfreundlich. Leider wird man u.U. anderen Gruppen zugewiesen...da hatten wir etwas Pech. Wir saßen mit einer Horde lauter und unhöflicher Jugendlicher in einer Gondel.

L'attrazione simbolo di Londra è certamente il London EYE.
Con i ticket on-line ci siamo subito messi in coda, ma comunque è possibile acquistarli senza prenotazione. La capsula è climatizzata e con molti controlli di sicurezza.
La durata del giro è di circa 24 min, più rapida del previsto.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Lediglich der Preis finde ich etwas übertrieben, wenn man dies zum Beispiel im Vergleich zur Bootsfahrt sieht. Einmalige Sache, die ich kein zweites Mal mehr tun würde.

Geweldig uitzicht, weerbericht vantevoren checken is handig.kan tegenwooordig al 2 weken vantevoren vrij nauwkeurig. Ondanks drukte waren we met ons tijdslot snel.en.op tijd aan de beurt. In de caBine is vdoende ruimte om heen en weer te lopen. Heel leuk !!

Gehört zu einem Besuch in London unbedingt dazu. Wir hatten die 17:30 Uhr Tour gebucht um den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen und wurden mit einem fantastischer Ausblick belohnt. Die Buchung über die TUI App war wie immer super, auch für kurzfristige Entscheidung zu empfehlen.

GUT gefallen hat uns die gesamte Technik der Anlage und verbessern könnte man noch beim einlösen der Tickets die Beschreibung an den einlassen für intnationale Touristen, die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich aber man musste einiges erfragen.

The eye is geweldig, maar nooit meer boeken via Tui. Wij hadden in november geboekt voor eind december, bleek een dag tevoren dat zij vergeten waren het te boeken. Na een uur telefonisch contact te hebben gezocht, doorverbonden, ander nummer etc….kregen wij na een paar uur door dat de geboekte tijd en avond vol zat, maar we konden wel op een andere dag. Daar maar voor gekozen. Maar moesten wel en andere planning maken. Boek via The Eye zelf… gaat veel sneller.

I really enjoyed the sites, the line moved quickly and staff was very organized. The only disappointing thing was the picture they take of family inside the ferris wheel. My family would have loved a picture but there were only two spots for the 25 people in the car with multiple different parties.
