Palmitos Park is superb. Loved the place. However, the transport to and from was not so good. Bus there was 20 minutes late, with no updates from a rep or by an app message. When it eventually arrived the rep on the bus gave no explanation or apology. She then told us the return pickup would be at 15:45, despite the ticket saying 16:00, and confirmed 15:45 when the discrepancy was asked about. We then had to wait 15 minutes in the sun until the bus came at 16:00. Really poor.

Liked- the layout , kids enjoyed the animals and the birds of prey and dolphin shows. Missed the other shows as needed to leave for the coach. Food was pricey for a large family and the snack bar prices were not immediately displayed. Would have been helpful to know about the pushchairs and buggies for hire at a reasonable cost. A great day out and time flew by.

Tui transfer and guide on the bus was excellent. Palmitos Park is probably Slightly over priced for what it is. Was really hard work pushing a 5 year old up hill in a disability buggy, I would dread to think how hard it would be to push an adult yo those hills in a wheelchair.

Price is little bit high if you still need to pay for sunbeds, we thought is included so for family of 4 is another 20€ plus food about 55€ and locker for 7€

We went to Palmitos Park and it was smaller than I expected, but there are shows such as the Birds of Prey, Exotic Birds and the dolphins to see, which take up some of the day so it doesn't feel too empty. There is plenty of different animals to see, and you can easily see everything in one day and still see all the shows. Be aware, the bird shows are at the top, make sure to get there a bit early to guarantee a decent seat and be prepared as there is no shade. Rest of the park is pretty shaded.

Host on coach was fantastic! great fun and shared interesting knowledge of the island as we were passing places on the coach which no other coach service had done. Aqualand was amazing but make sure you allow a decent amount of spending money, extras inside are expensive. Lockers €7 and small. We booked this package for the coach but we were told it’s a courtesy bus and it took over an hour from our hotel. Between us it would have been cheaper in a taxi. Better to book without coach and get taxi

Park was great and the shows were very good and interactive for kids. Park layout easy to navigate and essentially one way system that means you see everything. As per other comments, buying anything at the park is pricey so suggest taking own food and drink. Transfer service and guide were excellent. Overall very good day out.

Palmitos was great! as stated before the 2 hour coach for a 30 minute journey with a 20 minute coffee break in between was not ideal....didnt think it was fair palmito visitors was the last to he dropped off and then first to be collected

Transfer to Palmitos park was excellent with a great guide. Took a lot longer going than coming home, not sure why! The park was excellent and we had just the right amount of time to see all the shows and get round to see the other animals and birds. Dolphin show was good and the kids loved the whole day! Seemed to be longish queues for food but we had taken our own. It is quite hilly so be aware of this especially if you're pushing a buggy or wheelchair! All in all a fantastic day

Great park!, lots to see/do, quite hilly so can be a bit of a rush to see all the attractions/shows, restaurants very busy at peak times between shows. the dolphin show was excellent!

The bus stop was confusing as there are several roundabouts in Taurito do we missed the bus and had to get a taxi! The park is expensive and then they rip you off for lockers and sunbeds so we were not impressed. A small fee round be OK but €5 for a locker and €4 per sunbed is a total farce! Some of the park walkways are worn and hurt your feet when walking around and need repair.

Great coach transfer on well air conditioned coach with friendly informative guide. Palmitos park was fantastic ! Wonderful setting and the dolphin experience was just outstanding ! Myself and my 2 children age 15 & 10 took part and although it is expensive it really is worth every penny for the experience … best thing we’ve ever done ! There was lots for every age group to enjoy … bird shows and a fantastic dolphin show . The main outdoor restaurant offered huge portions of lovely food too .

Palmitos park was great. Picked up on time by the TUI coach, guide offered information on journey there. Dolphin show and bird shows were amazing and lots to see walking around too, would love to go back.

The park had something for all ages but only 4 rides that adults and children could all do together. I went with my one younger child and 2 older children. It meant I was watching him most the time in the childrens area and was unable to do much swimming/rides myself. The food was very expensive and poor quality. I would advise not to eat here but bring your own picnic if you can. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We chose Aqualand- Great water park, lots to do and you get there early enough to miss some of the big queues but very expensive even if you pre pay. Lockers cost €5, each lounger costs €4 and the food was extortionate- €15 for chicken strips and chips. If you can, take a packed lunch with you and take plenty of water too. Be careful of burning, I went around the lazy river 2 consecutive times and I burnt really bad even after applying sun cream. Overall good excursion but still lots to pay for

This holiday far outweighed my expectations. The room was lovely, the food was outstanding, the Tui staff went out of their way to be helpful and I can’t believe how hard they work. The entertainment was brilliant, there was something going on all day, my son loved all the football and the two singers in the evening, especially on musical night were exceptional. A little over crowded maybe but then it is august so it’s expected. Highly recommended.

Fantasic day, very safe and clean water park. Easy to rent locker and sunbeds. Lots of rides for different ages. We have 3 children age 11, 9 and 2. We did have to split up as a family alot as my 11 year old was too tall to play on smaller slides and some of the medium slides. The floor gets very hot later on the afternoon so need to walk to slides in flip flops and little ones be better with pool shoes. Only downside was price of food. Cost €15 for a meal of burger, chips and a drink etc.

Good value for money as guide got us straight in. First in line for lockers which are 5 euros. Waterpark is brilliant and got on most rides within 15 minutes but would recommend fast pass as waited around 40 minutes for one slide when it was busy around 1pm. Only negative is that the bus takes 1 hour and 30 minutes because of the amount of hotel pick ups.

The bus was well driven and although there were a few too many stops for our liking that was fine and understandable as we know busses need to have seats filled. The timings were also perfect as it just took enough time to go round the full park and then get the bus. It was perfect.

Some rides closed and others unable to access due to needing at least 3 people to ride. With two of us this meant we could not go on.
Transfer and pick up was on time and simple- TUI guide was also helpful and informative.
The only down side was that we had to pick up the bus from the bus stop.

Really great day. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and the day was well organised. It may be worth knowing that lockers and sunbeds are not free in the park. It is around 5€ each.

Our trip was cancelled without us being told, Thus meaning we waiting an hour and a half at a bus stop for a bus that wasn't coming.
However, a quick call to TUI, we were told it was cancelled but they didn't know why. Managed to change it with our rep, but had to pay again, and await the refund..
