At Henkell Freixenet, there's always been a fervour for producing sparkling wines using time-honoured bottle fermentation methods. These techniques have been preserved and progressively refined over the years. The Celebrate Life tour begins in the grand marble hall at the winery's headquarters in Wiesbaden. The journey then descends seven floors into the depths of the wine cellar, where you'll learn all about the various methods used to produce Sekt, Cava, Proescco, Champagne and Crémant.
