What to remember

Know before you go:

The app is available in Czech, English, German, Italian, French, Spanish and Korean
After booking, you'll receive a voucher with a 1-year validity from the date of purchase. This isn't your Pass. Please note the Prague Visitor Pass must be activated before use, which can be done through the app or visiting one of the Tourist Information Centres listed in the meeting point section. Once activated, the Pass won't be refundable and will be valid according to the selected duration, that is 48, 72 or 120 hours
The pass is available in 2 formats: choose either a physical card (Pass) - to be redeemed at one of the Tourist Information Centres - or an electronic version (e-Pass) directly on your smartphone
On Mondays, many museums are closed. All buildings in the Jewish Quarter are closed on Saturday
Students aged 15 to 25 years (included) must present a valid student ID card
Children between 0-14 years of age are obligated to present a valid ID if requested by a transport inspector
