- Car: Maximum 2 passengers with small luggage or 3 passengers without luggage
- Van: Maximum 3 passengers with small luggage or 5 passengers without luggage
- Bus: Maximum 8 passengers with small luggage or 15 passengers without luggage

Not allowed:
Extra luggage or luggage larger than permitted based on vehicle space
Extra fees to be paid on-site:
If vehicle space is full, extra luggage fees are to be paid
Over time (per hour): 11/11/14 USD for Car/Van/Bus (pay to transfer operator)
Late/early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 7/9/11 USD for Car/Van/Bus (pay to transfer operator)
Know in advance:
Each passenger is allowed to have one 60cm (56cm x 28cm x 23cm) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
The driver is Vietnamese-speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
Please provide pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), and year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes. For domestic flights, 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel - 30 minutes
