What we expect
While ramen may have originated in China, the Japanese version of the noodle soup has grown to stand on its own two legs internationally in recent years. Learn the in-depth history of this dish’s journey across borders and how it has evolved into the flavours that are now so loved.
Join Shu, a professional ramen chef, in a real ramen restaurant in Osaka. Begin with a 15-minute introduction to essential ingredients and tools, then enjoy a 30-40 minute hands-on cooking session guided by the chef. Choose from 4 types of ramen, from broths made of soy sauce, chicken and even clams....
