Guide was disinterested and rushed the guests through every aspect of the tour. She walked ahead talking without turning around meaning no one could hear a word she said. Whilst the places visited were all interesting and good to see, not enough time was spent at any of them. All very rushed and feel too much was trying to be cramped into the day meaning that for cost I do not feel this experience was value for money.

Great guide - Andrea and fabulous driver - Leon. Informative, fun, and didn't feel rushed. The blue mountains are beautiful, the guided tour and talk at the coffee plantation were great. Thoroughly enjoyed. Bob marley museum - our guide was fun and informative. Drive through the areas of jamaica, Kingston and emancipation park, great info from our guide. The only negative was the travelling. Trip was 13hrs in total pick up to drop off which we didn't realise on booking as web site says 8 hrs.

Our guide Jerome was a beautiful soul, he told a lot about Jamaican culture, the people and their philosophy on life and your surroundings. We had a great group and we sang a lot of songs together. It is a long day out and it takes 3 to 3.5 hours to get to Kingston but once there it’s a fantastic experience. Loved the Blue Mountains, the coffee plantation and visiting Bob Marleys house. Thank you again Jerome for making this day so special

Leon the bus driver was fab. Our guide who I remember as Bestie was the font of all knowledge. Without them it would not have been the same. It's a long ********** day, apart from a walk through a park we didn't see a lot of Kingston other than cars being bumper to bumper. Bob Marley museum was amazing. Coffee plantation on the ????? was great but felt it was a long time on the bus and not long enough at the destinations. Felt rushed but understand there's a schedule to follow.

Our tour guide Keisha was friendly, helpful, full of vibrancy and was knowledgable when telling stories about the Jamaican history whilst on the bus route to the Blue Mountains and in Kingston. The journey there and back was long however her positive energy made time fly by. Our bus drivers road experience kept us safe. Our tour guide Ricky at the Bob Marley Museum was great. We are fans of true reggae music and being in a space where music and history - made our trip extra special - Thanks

We absolutely loved our guide Keisha and driver Christopher. The food was delicious, the bob Marley museum was great, and the coffee plantation was spectacular. We felt that the visits to emancipation park and the wall of fame were very “drive by” with no real time to stop and look properly. although we enjoyed this tour a lot and learned a lot, we felt that it was expensive for what it was in comparison to other Tui tours we have done in other Caribbean countries.

The whole trip was 12 hours (staying in Montego Bay). Guide was difficult to hear over the music on the bus. Bus driver was fantastic. Coffee experience was fantastic and guide there was excellent. Lunch was rushed as too many groups booked in to a tiny restaurant. Bob Marley museum fantastic but felt was rushed to get us back on the bus. On the bus between 7-8 hours.

Don’t book via TUI - go private for better value for money.

This is a 15 hour trip - 11 hours of that is spent in a rickety bus with no air con and no leg room. You are asked to sign an insurance waiver form the second you are first on to allow Caribbean World to waiver any insurance that TUI supposedly provide. No water or anything is given in all these hours - just a small lunch around 1pm (bear in mind you get picked up at 5, miss breakfast and don’t return until 9pm…). Not worth the money - go private and do it yourself via another tour company!

The transport, driver and guide were not up to TUI standard. The Blue Mountain visit was not as described and a non-event. The lunch was terrible and some of it inedible. Bob Marley House as the highlight of the visit. We were rushed into Emacipation Gardens and out without being able to see them properly.

We loved the trip overall, tour guide and driver were fab kept us entertained and informed. The bus was in great quality and was not over crowded which meant we had 2 seats each which was great. It is a long day leaving around 5:30am and arriving back at 8pm but it’s worth it!

Mountains were excellent, really enjoyed walking up to the coffee plantation. Traditional breakfast (not included, but only $1700 Jamaican (about $10 US) absolutely fantastic. The Bob Marley house/museum was OK - not amazing, but I'm not his #1 fan! 'Souvenir Shop's stop was a complete rip-off. Kicking myself at being so stupid to buy rum and Blue Mountain coffee there, they are SO much cheaper everywhere else! 15.5 hours door to door, with only about 4.5 hours 'content' though (05:30 til 21:00)

On booking we never got told how many step you would be climbing up the mountain, climbing from the bottom to the top was not what we had planned so needs to be written better in the description, also stated 8hours duration we was gone for 15 hours which was not also planned and nearly missed dinner and was only given 1 bottle of water

Great overall experience of city and countryside. In Kingston, the Bob Marley museum was amazing, and there were two other very short stops at Emancipation Park and the wall of fame. The museum tour was over two hours, and although great, we would have preferred this to be shorter and to have seen more in Kingston. The lunch was delicious and the scenery in the mountains was stunning. However, the hike was very short, and the coffee talk was very long. Would have liked this the other way round.

The trip overall was good. A little expensive at £175 per person in my opinion. TUI charging more than others for the same trip. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the driver very skilled in driving. Both were very welcoming. The food options/drink options were poor. I am unable to drink pineapple juice and that was all that was offered and the same with food. So I had nothing to eat or drink other than a glass of water.

The day is very long, but our guide viv I believe her name, was fantastic occupying out mind and time with information and fun. Keith the driver was excellent can't thank them enough. Went above and beyond. Stopped for breakfast if anyone wanted some authentic Jamaican cuisine. Food in the mountain was a nice touch.

Blue mountains trip , was a very good experience , with a great expert on coffee . Kingston ? You saw very little of . Marley museum was good . I don’t like , the excuse of the bus driver having to drop you off at a store where you are constantly hounded to buy souvenirs as he pretends to go for fuel .

This trip should be a ‘MUST DO’ for everyone! Our guide Nadia told us so much about Jamaica, its history and culture. It was interesting and enlightening. It’s a very long day but ‘no pain, nothing gain! I’d recommend to everyone. If you’re a Bob Marley fan the museum won’t be a disappointment to you! Our guide was Ricky Chaplin from the movie ‘One Love’. He was excellent! So passionate about Bob Marley and Reggae music.

Good, Bob Marley museum. Not so good, coffee plantation. Terrible journey to and around Kingston, and the lunch. The journey down and back along the toll road to Kingstoon gave no opportunity to see more of the Island. The sequencing was poor and lunch in the original location was suddenly switched to the Usain Bolt sports bar in Kingston, which was soulless and the food very poor. The trip could be improved by doing Kingston 1st and then traversing the Blue Moutains, returning via the coast.

Long day as expected from Negril, out for 15 hrs in total. Didn't think Emancipation Park was worth stopping for, but good to stretch your legs. Enjoyed Blue Mountain, tour guides were informative and we got to taste the coffee and have cake! Bobs house was great to look around, tour guide was a laugh, it has the usual gift shop and tipping obviously expected.

A good tour, but not exactly as advertised. I hoped and expected to see more of Kingston than the Emancipation Park (could have been inteeresting with a good explanation of history by the guide) and Bob Marley museum (90 minute tour could have been done in 30 mins} - and a lot of rush hour traffic. I measured a total of 80 minutes in traffic queues that might have been avoided if the tour had been done in the stated order (Blue Mountains in the morning, Kingston in the afternoon)

Loved the museum and coffee experience. Enjoyed break at emancipation park. Only issue was that our hotel was couples negril and we set off at 5.10am and returned at 9.10 pm so it took an exhausting 16 hours instead of the 8 we were expecting.

The tour bus, duration & content was accurate. The bus was on time, a friendly welcome by tour staff started off a fabulous day or fun, with a good mix of information and interaction - we were so happy we tipped the staff generously. Highlights included singing Jamaican songs, seeing Bob Marley’s house and great food. Would recommend this tour!

Overall a great trip. We felt we would have liked a little more time at the Emancipation park, we went in and walked to the next gate but there were a lot more statues we didn’t get to see. Also considering the length of the day maybe an additional food stop in the afternoon. We were collected from resort at 5:05am leaving too early for breakfast, had a nice morning stop for refreshments/snacks and returned back at 21:00 hadn’t eaten since around 12:30 which was a very nice lunch provided.

The trip is actually a visit to Bob Marley museum in Kingston and blue mountain coffee. Bob Marley museum was good, the blue mountain visit was TOTAL waste of time. Northing to really see, also did not have any coffee to buy, this should be removed from the experience, replace with some other things in Kingston. The guide and bus driver made the day even longer, turned up 30 minutes late, stopped for breakfast while we waited on the bus, then after long day stopped at gift shop, 14hr trip.

There was still no sign of our bus 45 minutes after our pick up time. We tried to contact Tui via the app. The chatbot was worse than useless, asking us how we'd enjoyed our trip!! We tried the phone number - presumably in the UK and so extremely expensive. The operator was totally disinterested and when the call cut off, he didn't ring us back. The bus arrived almost an hour late and the staff running the trip were then fine, though we should have been contacted to say that there was a delay.

Very long day and our bus broke down. Someone tried to fix it but couldn’t. We carried on until it was getting dark. We had to wait for a replacement. We left at 5.05am and didn’t return until 9.45pm. The bus driver drove way too fast there and back. He overtook everything. It was an awful ride.

Views at the coffee plantation are stunning! We enjoyed the overall tour. The blue mountains were spectacular scenery. I personally did not like the coffee. However, my husband did. Bob Marley museum was interesting but rushed. You couldn’t take photos inside. Our guide was good fun! The trip is too long and should be considered for an overnight stay to include Bib Marley home and place of burial.

We had no hot water & the toilet leaked it took 2 days to get fixed, also somebody managed to access our room and leave there belongings in our room( was not the maid) complained to reception but they didn’t seem to care, not a great hotel for the money we spent.

I cannot thank them enough. They both engaged with us very well throughout the entire journey and made everyone feel at ease. The Bob Marley house visit was awesome. Our guide "Irie Sue" was full of life and knowledge about Bob Marley and the history of the family. She sang along to us in every room and made it so much fun. The Blue Mountain coffee experience was very good and informative, with a presentation and a little climb up to the plantation. Unfortunately our bus guide was very dull and didn't engage with us much and was very poor at telling us what was going to happen. Definitely not a people person.

The entire tour was lovely - the guide Kacey and our driver Mr D were very knowledgable and could tell they were passionate about the tour. The mountains are the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t manage the entire hike but the coffee was amazing at the end. Kingston was also fantastic, the museum was quite moving and our guide (cannot remember his name) was so great. The day took 9 hours in total and was worth every minute.

Overall a great day, our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable, she made the experience really enjoyable. The Bob Marley museum was fab and the guide there was fantastic. The blue mountains were beautiful and looking around the coffee plantation was really interesting. given a great presentation about the coffee and the opportunity to buy some genuine blue mountain coffee. The only down side was that it was a very long day mainly due to the traffic in Kingston and that our hotel was in Negril.

The activities on the excursion were fun! I really enjoyed the museum and moutain tour HOWEVER, I absolutely hated the bus. The bus does not accommodate tall people! The bus was also overcrowded so there was nowhere to strech our legs out. My mother has mobility issues and the drive around messed with our joints. I struggled to walk for each activity and had to ice my knee when I got back to the hotel. May I suggest to Tui, to book a more comfortable and spacious bus for a 10hour day tour

A very good tour. A lot to see and take in. Some people complain about the length of it but it is explained before it is an all day tour plus sometimes you get stuck in traffic. That is just travel and life. My only slight criticism is the very late lunch but overall definitely worth doing.

What a fantastic experience although a long day was so well worth it. What an experience being able to walk around the house of Bob Marley, seeing lots of his personal belongings and learning so much about his life. Enjoyed a walk through Emancipation Park and guide giving us a brief history on the 7 heroes. all in all ... a great day out. To seee Kingston & the blue mountain experience was a must. The guide, Tanya, was brilliant & made the day special. My only surprise was the choice of meal venue. The Usain Bolt sports bar was just that. A sports bar. No atmosphere & somewhere I would never choose to eat in. I was expecting somewhere typically Jamaican. Other than that. Very good.

Bob Marleys house and recording studio was amazing. Coffee plantation was good. Unfortunately due to our tour guide on the bus we did not go to emancipation park as it was a blatant NO from her. What we were allowed to do was take pictures from the bus as we drove by. We had an amazing time with Andrea as our tour guide and Kitt as our driver. The blue mountain coffee experience was just fabulous, the views are incredible, a once in a lifetime experience. Bob Marley's House museum was brilliant also, such good energy and interesting artefacts. Lunch in Cafe Blue in Irishtown was so tasty. We god some chocolate and banana cake to go.

The young lady tour guide was very knowledgeable, really enjoyed the coffee and the walk to the top of the blue mountains Most of all we really enjoyed bob Marley's house/ museum, the gentleman that showed us round was brilliant we had a little sing song in each room to remember bob, definitely worth the price overall really enjoyable

Kacey was very knowledgeable and a great tour guide. She kept everyone engaged. I enjoyed the 3 in one experience. The museum was great and again the guide was very engaging and friendly. I liked climbing blue mountain and getting to taste and learn about coffee. Of course I loved tasting the rum cake. It would have been nice to stop off in Devon house. This would have completed the experience for me. But overall, it was great

To preface, the driver was fine if a little bit of an aggressive driver. He actually gave us more info about the places we visited than the guide. The guide did not tell us anything about the places we were visiting nor about Jamaica. She was taking photos and generally behaving as if she was a tourist. We did not get information about the itinerary from her and were left to our own devises in the location - notably Emancipation Park.

Overall a good but long day. A good opportunity to see a bit more of Jamaican countryside and towns, rather than staying in the resort. Bob Marley museum very interesting. Pick ups and drop offs seem to take an age as hotels are spread out. Smaller pick up areas would improve the day.

I would highly recommend this excursion to coffee lovers and those that are fans of Bob Marley as you will visit his home which is the Bob Marley museum. You will also visit emancipation park. In the blue mountains you visit one of the coffee growing estates and get to taste authentic blue mountain coffee

Be aware that from Negril it was a 15 hour day. The bus left before breakfast and the only place to eat was at lunch on the Blue Mountain.

The journey was long but the tour guide kept us entertained so it didn’t feel so long. She was so knowledgeable about the areas we visited and considering we visited five places in Kingston the price was cheaper than if we just took a taxi. The only thing that would make this a great trip was to get some ice-cream from Devon House. Plus meeting other people was great too.

The trip was great and we saw lots, but the travelling was a bit of a pain. It might be a good idea to go via the north of the island, but return on the south side, so you get to see more of Jamaica

Quite a pricey trip, guide was great and knowledgeable Lunch was quite late in the afternoon but was really nice and the venue Tracks and Records was perfect I would recommend the trip but like I said it was a little expensive

Tanya was excellent. Very informative about the history of Jamaica. Very good at bringing the group together and interacting. Remembered all our names.. amazing!! Really cannot fault her in any way at all. The driver Barry made our trip as enjoyable as possible despite the length of the journey.

All the places visited were interesting especially the coffee plantation and Bob Marley’s house. Only downside was it’s a very long day as a long drive to Kingston from Negril.

Transport was 15 minutes late. The vehicle seated about 20 people and was cramped. When we boarded in Runaway Bay, others had already journeyed an hour from Montego Bay. It was a further 2 hours to Kingston. Coffee plantation tour was professional and informative but word of caution to anyone taking on the climb as many in our group found this quite challenging. Bob Marley museum tour was excellent and very moving but they do not permit any photography whilst in doors which was disappointing.

An all day excursion but it didn’t feel long at all, from the start the tour guide was entertaining and incredibly knowledgable of Jamaica, the driver was incredibly skilful across tricky roads, particularly going up/down the blue mountain. The Bob Marley museum was definitely the stand out of the day, so much to see and take in. Don’t let the travel time put you off as the wait was truly worth it.

Our guide Dorita was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Jamaica. She had a great sense of humour and kept everyone entertained on a long day. The trip to the blue mountains was incredible. The scenery was incredible and the cafe we had lunch at was an experience like no other! A truly amazing day from start to finish

Shanique and Archer were excellent as our tour guide and driver - they really looked after me when I fell ill on the trip. Can't thank them enough for taking care of me, which allowed me to still enjoy our trip. The only downside was the length of the journey, but it couldn't be helped staying on the other side of the island!

Going to Bob Marleys museum was a good experience but you shouldn't advertise Kingston if your not actually going to see Kingston. We only went straight to bob marleys museum and then straight to blue mountain. That is not seeing Kingston

This is definitely NOT an 8 hour trip. It was more like 14 hours. We booked because I really wanted to see Redemption Song in Emancipation Park, but the trip had been mis-sold as this was not even mentioned.

This tour is mis-sold. You advertise it as an 8 hour trip. In the event it took 17 hours from start to finish, partly due to how far away from the resort the attractions are and partly due to horrendous traffic. It took us 2 hours to get out of Kingston on the way back. The guide and driver were excellent and most of the stops on the trip were fantastic. The stop at New Castle and the drive by Emancipation Park didn't add anything to the visit and could be cut for time. Overall, the reason for giving a low rating is that you should not advertise this as an 8 hour trip if in fact it takes over double that time to complete. We missed dinner and no food was provide for the evening. One gentleman on our trip had diabetes so this was a real problem for him. We ended up having unexpected expenditure of expensive petrol station snacks.

The trip is good but everything was rushed, to many things packed into 1 trip that probably needs 2 days. It’s a long trip so be prepared for lots of time on the bus. Highlight of the trip was the beautiful venue for lunch but again to rushed and not enough time to enjoy the Jamaican hospitality.

The coach driver(called captain Kirk) and the tour guide(Jerome) were absolutely brilliant. Superb driving by Mr Kirk and the mastery of all areas we went to by the guide Mr Jerome was top knotch. Entertainment on the bus due to Mr Jerome's guiding style was 1st class.

The Bob Marley museum was interesting but we would have liked more time to look around. We didn’t see anything much of Kingston, just drove past the Bob Marley statue and Wall of Honour. The coffee plantation was quite good but several members of the party couldn’t manage the climb up to the top to see the plants. Lunch was ok but in a modern sports bar, not very authentic. The menu choice was limited to jerk chicken, jerk pork or vegetarian. Our guide was very good, knowledgeable and amusing. Overall a very long drive there and back, made worse by having to pick up at several hotels, one of which was 22 miles from us. The trip was advertised as eight hours but in fact door to door it was nearly eleven. We also had to make a very early start.

Our guide gave us a comprehensive history of Jamaica full of detail and interesting facts. She also told us so much about Jamaican culture and way of life from food to superstitions and traditions, using lots if her own experiences which added so much to the tour. Blue Mountain coffee was brilliant and worth buying the coffee there, nearly 3x expensive in our hotel. And we loved the Bob Marley museum. Only real downside is due to the traffic in Kingston the tour was over 11hrs and whilst the lunch stop wasn't quite what we expected it was tasty and the Sports Bar was interesting.

Everyone had hoped to see more of Kingston. Only saw the rather boring National Heroes Park, drove past the infamous statue at Emancipation Park and passed the end of the street where the market was and then went into the Blue Mountain area to the Craighton Estate. The great house is lovely, the presentation about coffee was informative however climbing hundreds of steps to the lookout (same view as much lower down) on what was supposed to be a plantation tour was a total waste of time. From there it was back into Kingston and lunch at Usain Bolt's ultra modern "Tracks & Records" bar/eatery. The visit to the Bob Marley Museum was the highlight of the day (even for non music lovers) and the last stop was the beautiful Devon House, sadly not to see this beautiful old building but to buy an ice-cream cone???

Didn't like driving past Bob marley museum when supposed to be doing that 1st and doing blue mountains instead. Also went to different park than advertised. Very long day. More than advertised time.

Tour took place on Friday when traffic in Kingston was terrible. Guide said this is normal for Friday so why run trip to Kingston on Fridays. We queued for hours to get anywhere and it took over 2 and half hours to get back to the hotel. In all We spent 7 hours out of 12 hour trip on coach. The coach itself was very small with poor air conditioning which had to be switched off when the poor van could not climb hills to give more power to the engine. As for the actual tour component, you drive thru Kingston with one 10 min stop at the memorial park so you don’t really see or “feel” Kingston. The coffee plantation is next stop and interesting. Lunch is at a bar that has usain bolts name, not really authentic Jamaican. You then drive the half mile in 40 minutes to bob marleys house, after this and at 1700 which by now is high rush hour, you battle the traffic to “go get an ice cream” before queuing lime the m25 on a Friday to get home. Not a trip I would recommend on a Friday in Kingston. This trip was not worth £130 per person.

The trip is a long one- be prepared for traffic jams but well worth it. Our guide was excellent as she talked about her life in Jamaica, her family and linked the stories to what we were seeing as we drove along. the trip to the Blue Mountains was amazing. I wish I'd bought more Blue Mountain coffee as they sell it for a very reasonable price and it is a stunning drink. The highlight was the Bob Marley Museum and we had a superb guide who was knowledgeable and very approachable, keen to answer our questions and give us time to look and enjoy the experience. I would have liked time at Devon House to experience the grounds but the ice cream shop had very strict COVID protocols so there it was a bit of a wait- you can go online for free so I downloaded a book to read on the journey home. It was along day but well worth it.

This is a very long day! It's packed full with lunch, ice cream at Devon House, stop at a supermarket for snacks as well as Bob Marley's House in Kingston and Blue Mountain plantation tour but so much so that hitting traffic on return meant a 14 hour day trip! Enjoyed the tours but the Blue Mountains was a climb (about 300 steps) to the top, great views but then a talk about their coffee making and a small sample of coffee and cake. Bob Marley's House is great for avid fans, although short snd sweet.

We were picked up at our hotel by car and taken to meet the minibus. The guide on the bus, a Rasta named Jerome, was lovely. He told us lots about the area and of course, Bob Marley. He sang to us while we drove to Kingston and pointed out interesting areas. We went to the coffee estate and had a informative talk then went on to The Bob Marley museum where another guide took us round. We then went for lunch and ice cream. All the guides were really knowledgeable and enthusiastic! We had a lovely day!

Fun and informative guides. Great views and content. Capable bus driver but could have been smoother and shown more caution up the mountain roads. Could have done with a refreshment break on reaching Kingston or as soon as arrived at the coffee plantation before climbing up to the villa as some had been on the bus for 3 hours at that point. I tripped on the uneven ground up to the villa and cut my toe. Lunch was too late (4pm!).

Fantastic driver and tour guide, very competent and made the journey interesting, informative and fun!. A long drive to Kingston but great to get a flavour of the City. Lunch was at Usain Bolt's restaurant which was good. the coffee plantation was really interesting and the walk through the fields. Bobb Marleys house in Kingston was really great a real taste of his life and style.

The coach was an hour late picking us up and the rep in the hotel was no where to be found! But the rep on the bus was fantastic and very knowledgeable about jamaica. I was really disappointed in the ice cream (£18 for 3 icecreams is extortionate) and the lunch which was at 3.30pm (we were literally starving!) i was disappointed the lunch was at usain bolts chain restaurant and not a local jamaican cafe, the food was ok but no choice??!! And the toilets were absolutely filthy!

Fantastic guide and driver. Really great tour. Loved the blue mountain coffee and Bob Marley's Musium. Really nice lunch and ice cream on the way back. I would say a bigger bus is needed due to the distance you are traveling 3 hours there nearly 4 back due to traffic.

Enjoyed talking to the tour guide, she was friendly and informative. The lunch was not as advertised. No choice of drink at lunch. Did not tour Emancipation Park. Would of been nice to of received a complimentary cold bottle of water at some point during the day as drink stops were lacking. Trip was much longer than expected, it would of been nice to have known the journey would 3 hours each way.

The trip to Bob Marley's Museum was amazing, and the trip to the Blue Mountain was stunning, so that would be an excellent. Very bad, trip was long and made longer by 2hr travel to pick up from all hotels, made the journey terrible. The hotel we stopped to eat was bad, wanted authentic

Good day out. Need to have bigger bus with more leg room, due to a 5 hour bus ride to get to Kingston and then a 5 hour bus ride back, makes the journey very uncomfortable. Other than that an enjoyable day.
