You have the freedom to choose one from each of the following categories: A (Yamazaki 12y, Hibiki, Hakushu, Ichiro’s Malt Wine Wood Reserve, Yoichi), B (Yamazaki, From the Barrel, Chita, Taketsuru, Kurayoshi) and C (Ao, Kaku, Riku, Akashi). Please note that some items may change due to availability or seasonal reasons.
Alternatively, you might prefer the second option (Option 2) which is a comparative course of three types of Japanese Sake. Choose any three from the following options: Kokuryu, Tanaka, Rokujugo, Hiroki, Chochin, Senkin, Daina, Sohomare, Denshu. Again, please bear in mind that some items may vary depending on availability or seasonality. Both courses include service charge, mixer charge and all-you-can-eat Japanese snacks.
