Enjoyed the lounge very much, however out of the 2 lounges we would have been better located to the one near our gate. I have a priority pass and wished I used that on the day instead of pre-booking through Tui. Had that not been offered it is what I would have done.

As Tui offer this why don't you put all the luggage for VIp passengers together in the hold so that it comes off first and we can actually have some time in the arrivals lounge. We have to stand and wait for luggage, we, take our own luggage off the belt while the staff meme watches and waited for a tip and by the time you finally get it and go to the lounge you've 20 minutes maximum. Hardly value for money. It says VIp but you're really missing a trick with the luggage

My daughter and I arrived at Club Mobay and ordered a drink. We only had an hour as check in took so long. The most expensive diet cokes of my life as our names were called for random bag checks so unable to use the facilities. We did check out the food when we arrived but there were a few sandwiches with flies on, lots of patties, some salad, an empty dessert tray and crackers. For me personally, I wish I hadn’t bothered.

I booked the airport lounge at Manchester Airport but when we got to the vip lounge in Terminal 2 I was told that there was no record of my booking an was told it might be in Terminal 3 which was too far away so I had to pay again £110 to gain entrance to the lounge. Was not happy at having to pay again I already paid £83 originally. I would like a refund of the £83 please. Booking Number ********** i have the bank statement showing a paid £110 21/06/26 Original was booked with Tui fort Bham

Everything was great. Food serving staff very professional and helpful. Regrettably the young lady in the departure hall at the start of the vip experience was very brusque and offhand. I tried to get her to smile but nothing!! Pity as this will be a lasting memory of our holiday. Additionally I remembered her from our trip last year when she was just as impersonal.

Dropped bags off and it was straight to the mobay lounge. Fast tracked through security and then in to lounge. Unlimited food and drink and plenty of choice from sandwiches to pasta and patties. Lovely chilled experience before the dreaded flight home.

Was a great experience in the Lounge with lots of food choices to choose from. Staff were welcoming, great bathroom service - please leave a tip!! The coffee could have been hotter from the coffee pot but used the machine instead. The addition of fast track security was great. Better instructions with the voucher for the fast track security would be appreciated

It was like going into Gatwick 20 years ago. The food was very basic and the seating was all worn and dated. Staff were rude and ignoring us. We were made to feel uncomfortable as if unconvincing them.

Loved this service and would definitely book this experience again. It could only have been improved by the luggage arriving more quickly to allow extra time in the VIP lounge. Loved the meet and greet aspect and getting priority access through security. Our guide was amazing.

Finding the rep to get through security was a challenge! Lounge was very busy having to wait for seats to become available. Food was very basic and dry and crusty, clearly been out under the heat lamps for a good few hours. The 'runway' views were just scaffolding and boards! you could not see out of the windows.

Club Mowbay offers a place to sit and relax, the food choice was underwhelming and there was a need for the dishes to be restocked. Lots of the options contained cheese which my partner is allergic to, so his choice became very limited and he was only able to have the Jamaican patties which were ok.

We were fortunate that immigration wasn't busy when we arrived, however, the meet and greet made things SO much easier. Skipped any queue there was and we were guided through the whole immigration process. Ilydia, our rep was amazing and explained everything and gave us an amazing first impression of Jamaica and I'll definitely get this again. She even packed us off with a rum punch and jerk chicken wrap for our hotel transfer! If you don't upgrade anything else on your trip - go for this!

It would be nice if someone could guide you instead of having someone at each check point to find out where you go. But once to get to the gate lounge and get to the lounge you can’t fault the service. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was nice and the cocktails put a smile on your face before going to the plane!

The offer is quite misleading saying you miss the queues and go straight to the VIP lounge. But yet you have to get in line for your baggage drop off. In turn this then stops you having the full time you paid for ie I booked 12.00 - 16.00hrs but checking didn’t open until around 13-40hrs. Then you have to find the desk only to be told to find another desk. Then your pointed out the way to go in the add it makes out you are escorted on arrival. All in all miss leading

I didn't think the food was very good. Not a lot to choose from as choice was limited. It appears that staff were preparing to not put too much out as we were last flight out of Montego bay. We left lounge for flight but staff were busy cleaning up to close for the night.

Firstly we was delayed taking off ( nearly 3hrs) The flight its self was okay. Staff on board were lovely. Once we arrived in Jamaica its was nearly 2hrs getting through immigration and baggage reclaim. Coming home to Manchester was a lot more smoother and was very impressed with the new E gates. From landing to clamming bags and to picks up its was 20mins, very pleasant experience.

There was nothing I didn’t enjoy and it was well worth the money. If I had to make a suggestion it would be that on entering all food options are pointed out. We arrived and were seated next to the small buffet, this buffet was great but when we went to the loo we noticed there were other larger buffet offerings. This is definitely not a complaint as the small buffet was lovely, the service was excellent and put the London Gatwick Premier Lounge to shame.

Premium economy on board is great. The lounge at Gatwick is a nice start to the holiday. We were only disappointed at the baggage reclaim at Gatwick when our premium luggage took 40 minutes to appear.

Poor interactions from staff. Were sent from place to place with no clear direction of where to go. The VIP security line was much slower than the regular line. Ended up in the smallest lounge with poor food selection and due to the delays we had less than half the time allotted before boarding. Absolute waste of money

Fast track was convenient. Good was a good standard. Drinks were very good. What we found best was the small children's play area which meant that we could relax before the flight whilst the children were able to play safely. Would definitely book again

The young lady was amazing, whisked me straight through to security, jumping all the long queues, introduced me to the TUI Rep and then took me to the lounge for a grateful Red Stripe. As a Neurodiverse person, airports are extremely anxiety provoking, and this service took all of that away. I can't thank you enough ????????

From start to finish, was fast. We were picked up on exiting the flight and walked through the airport through fast track and helped with our luggage - without this you will be among the confused at Mo’Bay not knowing where to start. Only thing they have no control over is the speed of when your luggage arrives so a lot of people that didn’t have this caught up. Still, I would highly recommend and would defo do again.

I think if the offer was to be longer in the lounge that would have helped. As although I was there 3.5 hours before departure it took so long to get through check-in, security and duty free I only had an hour. It didn't feel like enough time.

The only positive that I enjoyed was our pick up transport from the airport to our resort in Montego Bay at Catalonia. We booked an excursion for Sandy Bay and that was cut short therefore we did not get the full value of what we paid for. We booked a return trip to the airport and that too was paid for but we never used it because the airport in Montego Bay was destroyed due to hurricane Melissa. We tried reaching out to TUI, however we were unsuccessful. I would like to know about a refund

The transfer coach arrived late to pick us up from the hotel and when we arrived at the airport, we were queueing at the check in desks for over an hour and a quarter. By the time we were checked in, got through security and finally arrived at the lounge, we had 20 minutes - $70 for 20 minutes is not good value at all. We managed to grab 1 drink but didn’t have chance to finish it. Most of the food dishes were empty so overall a very bad experience. Tired, rushed, hungry and thirsty!!

I booked for my departure. The queue at check-in was enormous. I told staff at the queue I had booked the lounge. No one met me at security to 'sail through'. I had to ask at a shop where the lounge was and directed to the lounge nearest my departure gate. It was full and was instructed to go to the other lounge, I got there at 15:30 and they were calling to board 5 minutes later. I threw some food down and left feeling extremely stressed. Not the relaxing experience the description evokes

We were met at the air bridge by Monday staff escorted straight through immigration instead ofa nearly 2 hours wait unfortunately although we had paid to go fly premium our cases were one of the last off so that held us up for half an hour but then went straight through security and guided to a lounge for a rum punch while our guide went outside to make sure our taxi was there absolutely fantastic service shame about our cases taking so long

Only used the VIP for departure. Comfortable seating. No pushing and shoving to get a seat. Good supply of savoury food - lacking in deserts though. Drinks freely available from machines and can help yourself to as many as you want. Would highly recommend.

Ground staff at the departure gate were ineffective in managing a last minute change of aircraft calling customers back and forth to the gate to check their boarding passes to check if the seat they reserved was still available. This caused confusion on the ground and when passengers boarded the aircraft. Cabin crew (one in particular) lacked a friendly approach and by his facial expressions when I requested a refill of wine at my meal, made me feel I was asking for something unreasonable.

On departure there should be more visibility / directions of how to get start the VIP journey. For example, after bag check the signage needs improving so passengers are clear on how to proceed. The signage at the entrance to security also needs improving.

Very good and glad we booked it. Food selection is decent, nice beer and beverages on offer and nice places to sit. One point I would make is the possibility of if you are picked up late from your hotel to go to the airport, or there are traffic problems on the way to the airport, or the airport is very busy (which it is and is a surprisingly big airport contrary to what I was expecting) then you may not have time to enjoy this experience. Maybe this should be called out before booking

The information given by TUI is not correct and wrong. The Rep told us when u arrive at the airport, a TUI agent would assist with check-in and skip the lines and guide u to the lounge. Wrong! U check-in in yourself and wait for long time when u final done and go to the lounge, time is almost ready for boarding. Not worth it, waste of your money. Won't do it again and will tell my family and friends not to do it.its a rip off.

Queue so long to book in by time got through departures had 5 minutes exactly in lounge no time to eat and had 3 drinks of coke before had to leave lounge to go queue again at boarding ... I paid for 4 people myself and 3 daughters do this was very expensive for 5 minutes and a sip of coke in the Monday lounge yet completely different in Birmingham lounge had time for breakfast and a cup of coffee and relax. I did not mind paying for BMH lounge but Monday lounge in Jamaica was expensive

staff on the flight out seemed very off, I asked for 2 cups of tea as we had been missed and you’d have thought I was asking for gold, the man that came was off and rude, I said plz could we have 2 teas we got missed, his words “well tea and coffee has been given” and he walked off….. 10 min later come back with 2 little cups of tea, just shoved them in front of us. On the way back in our cups was a little pot of creamer, I asked for milk and the lady lady said “that’s all” and she walked off

The boarding process was a shambles particularly leaving Jamaica, no separate lines, clearly able people saying they required assistance at both Gatwick and Montego Bay to gain early boarding, leaving Jamaica was a free for all, no organisation at all, group should be specified on tickets and boarding refused until your group is called, I travel with various airlines on my job and if you try to board before your group then you are sent to back of the queue

The choice of food within Club Mobay was quite limited, however the speed and ease for us to get through security made up for this. We bypassed the long queues and went straight through. I loved the service. When we arrived they assisted us through immigration and to the car park. Our driver wasn’t in so he took us back inside the airport and gave the driver a call. He waited with us till the driver came to pick us up and also confirmed the drivers name even though we didn’t book the transportation with them.

When arrive at the airport we dropped luggage off then we were said we would be fast track through security there was no fast tracked ,everyone went through all security the same way ,I wasn’t happy after paying for a service I didn’t receive.Then we ask where to go to the VIP lounge,and was sent to the wrong one away at the other end of the airport, when it was actually at the end of the duty free shop .Once in the lounge the service was good but choice of food wasn’t .So I wouldn’t recommend.

Mobay lounge was very nice but we were put into a small room to begin with, then they said they were closing and moved us into a much bigger better area. i want to know why we were not put in the the better area to begin with, I do not understand. I doubt any one will get get back me regarding this matter The staff were great and the toilets were clean. The food choice was better in the the bigger area. I believe we paid money and were put in a second class room that's how Tui made us feel

Calvin our “meet and greet” was a true professional. He introduced himself and guided us with no effort through the arrivals procedures. He really made us feel comfortable and safe. He collected our cases and guided us through immigration then onto the lounge. He booked us onto the transfers while we ordered a drink. Personal item stolen from room, security and staff informed no resolution or apologies, TUI rep reported several times the issue to RIU manager, still no response or communication. Cockroach issue, roaches in rooms and all parts of hotel. Food cold and same dishes reused over and over again. Rude wait staff excluding breakfats, orders for.drinks wrong repeatedly and a distinct lack of interest.

We were supposed to have fast track in with the price of the lounge. I had already booked assisted boarding and due to the heat thought it would be better for me in an a/c room. We got Cold unappetizing food !! But hardly any choice only got 2 drinks . Rude staff very unpleasant lurking about for tips & got asked for tips by the assistance guy who pushed me . He waited till we were in the lift with no one else making us feel very uncomfortable . A complete waste of $70 feel completely cheated

Overall a good experience. However, check in was ridiculous the queue was so long. That shouldn't happen if booking premium. The flight going home is not value for money as drinks were not on offer as much. Also an economy passenger was able to leave the plane while premium passengers were coming off and he was not spotted.

It was lovely to use the Club Montego Bay VIP departure service. Checked in my bags as normal went to the VIP desk and checked in with the lovely ladies who were very helpful. breeze through fast track security saving a lot of time. Went to the lounge opposite gate 12 which was very nice and clean with lovely food and drinks worth every penny. The only thing I would do to improve the service is to partner with duty free so more time is spend in the lounge than waiting in the duty free line.

We arrived at the airport late as the TUI bus picked us up at 1.30pm. There was then a long queue for check in and bag drop. It took just over an hour and a half to check in. We were not able to check in online and the self service check in did not include TUI guests. We went straight to the lounge as we only had 25 minutes before boarding. Ideally I would like our money back.

Arrived at airport 11 am for a 3.20pm flight. Check in was not scheduled until 12.20 pm. Told to joined general long line and did not get through here until around 1pm. Then we had to proceed to the club mobay desk to register there which took another 15 min Then the long priority line for immigration which and took another 40 mins. Then long walk to specific gate no. to check in another club mobay desk. Tired and exhausted now, no time to enjoy lounge as boarding was 45 mins. Need a refund tnx.

Very quick and smooth arrival process although once through and around the club Mobay lounge it was clear it is all for the tips, very friendly guide but kept hinting about tips for the service, although lounge was pre booked it was busy and no space in either do a table was made up and plonked in the middle of a doorway. If it’s not busy time of year, would prob say not to book it.

The transfer bus turned up late. We were not given fast track through security. When we got through duty free and arrived at the Club Mobay information, we were asked what flight we were on, I told her that we were on the Tui flight from Gate 18 so she advised us to go to the lounge opposite Gate 12. We made our way to this lounge where we had to wait as there were a few people in front of us. We were then told that there was no point in us going into this lounge was about to close.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct of a TUI representative named Jackie at the Riu Aquarelle resort during our recent stay. From the outset, Jackie’s behaviour was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked about our transfer time—a detail that had not been provided to me nor was visible on the TUI app—she shouted at me and said, “I don’t care what you think,” before accusing me of not reading my messages. Unfortunately when we arrived at the airport we had to wait 30 minutes for TUI check in to open. Once we checked in our suitcases the process through security and customs was smooth. The Mobay lounge was good value for money with comfortable seating. There was a good choice of food and snacks, along with hot drinks and alcoholic drinks. We were very pleased with the service and thought it was good value for money.

I found staff asking for tips a bit intrusive there was a shortage of plates and bowls and too many staff just standing around talking to each other. It was very clean and the toilets were spotless. We did however enjoy the food. As for our bags coming off the plane first ours were the last off at both ends!

Unfortunately our cases didn’t arrive for around 45mins so we didn’t have much time in the arrivals lounge (I rushed a small beer but my wife couldn’t finish hers) but this wasn’t the fault of the organisers it was purely due to the baggage delay. The experience on our return trip was much more relaxing

On arrival it took 2 hours to get our suit cases. When we got to the hotel our room was not catered for 3 people only 2. The sofabed had very dirty sheets on. As we had been awake for nearly 20 hours this was most distressing. But once this was rectified we had an enjoyable time. The shows and entertainment were brilliant. The food was lovely. The staff were friendly. Had an enjoyable boat trip.

The lounge was lovely, comfortable and clean however due to the transfer taking much longer than scheduled and bag check in taking over an hour we only ended up being in the lounge for 15 minutes before boarding. This is why value for money was a 1. If we were there longer I’m sure the food and drinks would have been fantastic and we would have given a much higher rating.

We enjoyed our vacation in general in Jamaica lovely hotel staff and meals. Didn’t feel the need to meet up too much with the TUI representative as it was my 2nd time staying in the same hotel. Our only disappointment was the Checking in of our luggage’s, dispite weighing all our luggage. Overweight fees were applied, Did not have this going. We cleared customs going through the X-ray security. Was stopped randomly for more checks before boarding. Embarrassing and frustrating to say the least.

We've used the Mobay departures lounge near gate 18 a few times & it's been excellent. Same one this time but the experience wasn't quite so good. We arrived later than expected due to 1) late arrival of TUI transfer and 2) Mobay priority lane at security being closed (major benefit of using the service). On arrival we were initially told they were closing so we'd need to use another lounge some way from our gate which was impractical. They did admit us in the end service was great once in there

Was met off plane with a sign which was lovely. Luggage took ages not club mobay fault but got 15 mins in lounge and all food would take longer than that so had one drink. Better system needed for this. Departure no one to greet you was just directed by signs so a lot less personal. Food was good as it was already out buffet style however as ours was last flight out felt like you were being rushed as staff stood and stared and asked several times what time your flight was. The service and amenities in Mobay lounge were great, our main issue was that our taxi transfer from the hotel was 12.15 for a 3.30pm flight so when we arrived at the airport there was a massive queue and we didn’t get to the lounge until 2.50pm so we could not make much use of the food, drink and facilities! I would suggest taxi transfer should have been at 11.30am.

On arrival after getting through security and getting our cases, we were told we had 10 mins in the VIP lounge before our coach left. We left the lounge to be made to wait outside in a rain storm for the coach to leave. The lady that greeted us and got us to the lounge was excellent and helped us navigate. Be sure to email with correct timings prior to customer use. I had a friendly email from you stating the wrong time causing all manor of stress on the last day of our holiday. Thankfully, the great team behind the app message service got it all sorted for me in what could have lead to an unnecessary cancellation or moreover me losing my money. We arrived, walked off the plane and our rep was waiting for us. She escorted us through the airport from immigrations/customs and baggage claim. Skipped to the front of ever queue even had our own lanes through customs. Whole process was 10 minutes rather than the 2 hours it took others. Then we sat sipping cocktails while she organised and found our transport - WELL WORTH THE PRICE!!!

Great lounge area with a mixture of food on offer. Curry patties were lovely. Nice little play area for the kids. Possibly more signage when you first get into the airport is needed but airport staff pointed up in the right direction in their usual friendly manner ( yes I am being sarcastic). Once in there it nice to relax, eat and wind down ready for the plane flight I have booked this experience before and would definitely recommend it.

In the way home the departure services were a relaxing end to our holiday and we were able to use the vip lounge for as long as we needed despite our flight being delayed. There are no negatives!

Had to go to three different location before getting to lounge check in for airline ticket and Drop bags, then go to check in for the lounge, through security. Staff on the lounge check in were rude in Jamaica. I think the lounge is a great idea but they are over booking the lounge which means not everyone can be seated straight away. Food and drinks were ok, not a great deal of choices but a good spot to wait if your flight has a 2 hour waiting time. I would book again.

We used Club Mobay in 2022 and the service was very good then , but there has been improvements made within the layout and it is better than before . Well done I would highly recommend anyone to use this facility.

I booked this experience through Tui as it was offered as a viable option . Our transfer to the airport collected us at 12:55. It took us 90 minutes to drive to the airport as we stopped at 4 hotels to collect other guests. Upon arrival at Sangster airport we then took a further 90 minutes to check our luggage in as there were only four desks in use and they had separate scales to weigh cases which were not connected to the conveyer belt. We were left with 20 mins in the lounge.

Service was amazing absolutely incredible - friendly and drinks refilled at Morbay. When we arrived we didn’t need the lounge but the service shown through the airport was really helpful

We booked club Mobay for travel to our honeymoon and was the best decision. The process was so easy and we saved so much time cutting all of the lines! The departure lounge was nice and food was excellent.

Always use Coub Mobay ViP meet and greet. It makes things move quicker, similar and easy The lounge in Jamaica is fabulous and love finishing our holiday there

Excellent

Staff guided us to our seats in the Mobay lounge - quickly explaining to us where everything was prior to taking our drinks order . Throughout our stay staff were attentive asking us if we needed more beverages or anything else . Departure boards throughout lounge to check on flight updates .

Club mobray was full on arrival. We only got a bottle of water. The Tui rep put us on the wrong bus. The only good thing was the girl that met us she was very good
