Extending from the very north of Majorca out into the Med, Cape Formentor is a jagged finger of land – and one of the most scenic parts of the island. On this tour, you'll visit a village market and enjoy time on Formentor beach. Plus, there's a stop Es Colomer viewpoint and a boat trip along the Formentor coast. Boat can be taken to or from the Port of Pollença and is subject to weather conditions

Der Markt war sehr schön, wir haben viele nette Dinge anschauen und kaufen können, die eingeplante Zeit von 1,5 Stunden war für uns völlig ausreichend. Danach sind wir zum Aussichtspunkt gefahren, dort hatten wir 20 Minuten Aufenthalt zum anschauen und Fotos machen, es war wunderschön dort! Der Busfahrer hat viele interessante Dinge erzählt während unserer Busfahrt und wir haben uns sehr sicher aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch der anschließende Badestop von 1 Stunde war toll, ein super Ausflug!

Schön war die Schifffahrt von Formentor nach Pollenca Doch der Markt war nicht sehr interessant. Auch hätten wir gerne den Leuchtturm gesehen,hierfür hätte man diese Zeit nützen können

This was a nice shorter day trip. Can't fault Tui, their service is very well run. Enjoyed each part of the day. The bus drivers have a tough time driving to Formentor. This trip is great if you want to see some sights but don't want to spend too long on a bus.

Wir haben eine Reise mit dem Bus gebucht, Formentoro, es war alles schön, nur die Bucht war total überlaufen. So viele Menschen, das Meer war sehr schön. Das Hotel war sehr gut, die Reiseleitung vor Ort sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, alles in deutsch. 👍😊 das Personal Hotel sehr freundlich und haben uns den Urlaub sehr angenehm gestaltet. Sehr netter Tourguide. Wir hatten an jedem Stop ausreichend Zeit, da nur in unserem Ort Hotels angefahren wurden. Baden wollten wir sowieso nicht zwingend, somit war eine Stunde am Strand für uns auch völlig ausreichend .

Très jolie excursion avec de chouettes arrêts. Un peu de temps libre au retour au port de Pollensa aurait ètè le bienvenu même si on avait visité le marché à l'aller. Bon repas. Un plus pour le guide qui a fait des commentaires en Français même si l'Anglais et l'Allemand étaient les seules langues ptèvues pour cette excursion. Il s'est aussi montré bienveillant.

Bei Abholung bekommt man mitgeteilt, das man schon eine Stunde an Informationen verpasst hat, weil man der letzte Abholer ist. Auf der Fahrt von Portblue nach Port de Pollença "erfährt" man einzig, daß das Hotel Mirador das Älteste im Ort ist. Nun...eine Info, die ich vorab aus dem Reiseführer hatte. Weiter: der "Bauernmarkt" war der gewöhnliche Wochenmarkt der Stadt. Also echt. Das war schwach. Zudem befand er sich um diese Zeit zum Teil noch im Aufbau. ÖPNV dahin kostet übrigens 2,60. ff

Das Essen nimmt noch einen Teil der ohnehin knapp bemessenen Strandzeit. Den (einfachen) Imbiss als typisch mallorquinisches Essen zu bezeichnen erfordert sicher ein komplettes Marketingstudium. (Auf deutsch: Das Essen war enttäuschend und weder Geld noch Zeit wert).

Der Markt hat aufgrund von starkem Wind kaum stattgefunden. Es wurde keine Ersatzleistung angeboten. Man musste fast 90 min überbrücken. Die Katamaran-Fahrt ist ebenfalls ausgefallen, Busfahrt ist kein adäquater Ersatz. Gerade für unsere Kinder war das schon enttäuschend. Highlight bleibt der Aussichtspunkt, den die Kinder aufgrund des starken Windes nicht ausreichend nutzen konnten.

Ausflug halbtägig war interessant. Vielleicht wäre es schön, etwas mehr Zeit in Pollenca zu haben für Markt, Kaffee trinken, zu bummeln. Aussichtsplateau Formentor war wunderschön, ist weiter zu empfehlen. Unser Guide hat interessant erzählt in gutem Deutsch. Treffpunkt mit Uhrzeit mehrmals erklärt. Insgesamt gesehen eine gelungener Halbtagesausflug.

The trip was ok but it felt like time was limited. Basically it was hop on and hop the bus and spend what you can and then go home. The boat ride back was nice but there was no commentary about the area. We did something similar in Greece and they were constantly talking about the area.

Ich fand es besonders gut, dass der Ausflug nur halbtägig war. Man hatte genug Zeit den Markt und Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Aussicht von Formentor war sehr schön, genauso die Bucht. Die Fahrt mit der Fähre war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Unser Guide Juan war sehr charmant und informativ. Unser Busfahrer Tomae (oder so ähnlich) hat uns sicher heimgefahren. Der Ausflug war einfach wunderschön, wir waren sehr begeistert.

Es war ein sehr schöner Ausflug mit einem tollen deutschsprachigem Guide. Der Markt war den anderen Mörkten sehr ähnlich und die Zeit völlig ausreichend. Die Aussicht am Cap Fotmentor ist absolut überwältigend und definitiv einen Ausflug wert. Der Strandbesuch im Nachgang war auch sehr schön, nur leider sehr überfüllt. Alles in allem eine sehr schöner und vor allem kurzweiliger Trip.

Driver forgot two groups so doubled back to collect. This meant only 1 hour at market and area which is no where near enough time. Mountain walk wonderful but rushed due to time. Beach was not used as by time you had lunch you were then rushed onto boat for return trip. Back at port, loaded back into coach and dropped at hotel. Not enough time to do all things mentioned. Staff very friendly though. Just need more time.

Wir wollten eigentlich zum Leuchtturm. Die beratende Reiseleiterin teilte uns mit, dass eine Zufahrt mit dem Bus derzeit nicht möglich wäre und hat uns diesen Ausflug empfohlen. Sie sagte uns, dass wir mit dem Boot dort vorbeifahren würden. Leider ist dies nicht erfolgt. Ich war etwas enttäuscht, weil das ja mein ausdrücklicher Wunsch war. Ansonsten war der Ausflug gut.

Ist ein wunderschöner Ausflug. Ich würde aber das Baden streichen zu kurz.habe beobachtet es waren nur 2 oder 3 Leute. Bei den Buchungen sollte man aufmerksam machen ob man mit Kindern unter 2 Jahre das machen sollte. Man hat fast nichts verstanden da bei diesen Temeraturen diese nur geweint und geschrien haben. Loved Pollensa, loved Formentor, hated the coach journey as too many pick ups on the way. Could have done with longer in Pollensa and Formentor, lunch was quite rushed, would have liked enough time to walk and explore the beaches. The guide was a nice man and very knowledgeable, excellent coach driver negotiating hairpin bends. This trip spoiled for us by screaming infants on the bus. I think some trips should be adult only.

Da ein bereits gebuchter Ausflug abgesagt wurde, konnten wir Dank der TUI Reiseleitung im Hotel (Vielen Dank an Maria), kurzfristig diese Halbtagestour buchen. Es war super, dass die Tour nur auf einer Sprache stattgefunden hat und nicht auf zwei Sprachen übersetzt worden musste. Unser Guide war Juan (rote Mütze), der die Tour sehr spannend gestaltet hat und sehr humorvoll war. Wir hatten einen Mann an Bord, der ein wenig beeinträchtigt war, was das Gehen betrifft. Juan hat ihm extra Spots gezeigt, bei dem er gut hinkam, ohne, viele Treppen o.Ä. gehen zu müssen, sehr aufmerksam! Eine tolle Tour, angenehmer Bus, zeitlich wie angegeben. / 14. Mai 2025

Im April eine sehr schöne, entspannte Halbtagestour mit wirklich schönen Aussichtspunkten. Der Markt ist klein und unspektakulär; wer noch nicht gefrühstückt hat, kann das in Pollença auch tun ;-) Der Guide war super, freundlich und hat viel über Formentor und die Umgebung erzählen können. Die Bootsfahrt war eher ein kurzer Transfer, aber immer mit sehr schönen Aussichten!

Eine der schönsten Touren, die wir bisher gemacht haben. Wir waren sehr früh auf dem Markt in Port de Pollenca, daher konnten wir an alle Marktstände gut herankommen. Danach mit dem Bus zum Aussichtspunkt Formentor, ein Muss auf Mallorca. Anschließend Aufenthalt (1h) am Strand von Formentor: Karibikfeeling und Zeit für Fotos und einen Spaziergang. Anschließend mit dem Boot zurück nach Port de Pollenca, ein weiteres Highlight. Der Reiseleiter Juan ist besonders zu loben, kurzweilig und witzig.

The first stop was Pollencia to visit the market. We arrived early, about 9.30am. There wasn't much of a market and what was there hadn't finished setting up, this was a little disappointing. After an hour, we were back on the bus heading for a viewpoint, great views but quite rushed, we had 20 minutes. Older people may have struggled to get up and down in 20 minutes. Formenter beach next stop. Beautiful beach but were only given an hour here before the boat back to Pollencia. Felt rushed.

Unser Reiseleiter auf Deutsch Hans war ein sehr netter und interessanter Mensch. Er hat uns viele Details erzählt. Selbst auf der Rückfahrt auf dem Boot ist er zu uns gekommen und hat uns Dinge über die Insel erzählt und die Region, in der wir waren. Was mir sehr wichtig war, er hat überall dazu gesagt, wo es öffentliche Toiletten gibt. Fand ich sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern unterwegs denen hat der Ausflug auch sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt

Im großen und ganzen waren wir seht zufrieden! Ich würde mir aber ein wenig mehr Zeit bei den einzelnen Stationen wünschen. Es war doch schon sehr durch getaktet. gerade am Badestrand, eine Stunde Freizeit von ankommen bis abfahren, finde ich zu wenig um das wunder schöne Wasser zu genießen.

There is nothing to complain really, such a lovely time spent , the only thing that I would like to say is those kind of trips over lovely Formentor Bus and Boat could be transformed into a all day trip. I do think it is worth it every single penny and i would not mind to pay more for a all day trip instead of half day trip. Die Zeit insgesamt war sehr knapp bemessen. Es kam für mich in der Beschreibung nicht rüber, dass Kap Formentor überhaupt nicht Inhalt des Tages sein würde. Eine Änderung der Abholzeit erfolgte für mich nicht ersichtlich über TUI, sondern über die Mailadresse Carlos. Unbekannte Mails lösche ich grundsätzlich. Missverständnis bei der 1. Frage: Ich dachte es geht um den Markt. Die Tour war gut. Der Führer sehr informativ, sehr bemüht, sein Deutsch verbesserungswürdig, aber gut verständlich. Vielleicht könnten Sie mit den Hotels vereinbaren, dass es früher Frühstück gibt, nicht erst um 1/2 8 h!

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Pools da sie regelmäßig die Wasserqualität geprüft haben. Die Guide waren sehr hilfreich besonders Nina die für deutsche Gäste zu ständig war . An der Rezeption wäre auch eine deutsch Sprechendes Personal nicht schlecht den es kann nicht jeder Englisch. Ausflüge die auf deutschsprachiger Reiseleitung mit ausgeschrieben ist sollte auch sein. Es nützt uns nichts wenn man im Bus Sitzt und nichts versteht.

L hôtel Hexagon parc est très bien situé, endroit très calme, personnel très compétent, serviable et sympathique, très grande piscine, grands choix aux buffets et en ce qui concerne la chambre, c est bien la première fois qu il y a assez de cintres et de place pour ranger les vêtements.

Busfahrer und vor allem der Reisebegleiter haben es sehr gut gemacht. Waren sehr nett und haben sehr viel gezeigt und erklärt . Für meinen Geschmack hätte die Bootsfahrt etwas länger dauern können. Das war recht kurz. In der App wird beschrieben das man am Hotel abgeholt wird. Das ist allerdings nicht so. Erst mit dem Beleg erfährt man dann eine Bushaltestelle. Für mich war das kein Problem. Allerdings gab es auch ältere die sich damit schwerer getan haben. Sollte vorher genannt werden.

Super Ausflug an die wunderschönen Strände von Formentor. Da man dort im Sommer mit dem Privatauto nur eingeschränkt hinkommt, haben wir diese Tour gebucht. Der Markt war schön und die Aussicht oben atemberaubend. Auch wenn die Strände im Hochsommer in der Ferienzeit sehr gut besucht sind, hat sich der Ausflug gelohnt. Der Aufenthalt dort war ca. eine Stunde. Von dort wurden wir mit dem Boot abgeholt und konnten in einer knappen halben Stunde die Küste vom Meer aus genießen.

Een mooie tocht waarbij je veel van de omgeving ziet. De gids was goed te verstaan en zeer vriendelijk. Ze had het schema goed onder controle. De tijdsindeling zou wel wat beter kunnen. De eerste stop duurde 1,5 uur om een markt te bezoeken die door het vroege tijdstip nog deels in opbouw was. De volgende stops (uitkijkpunt en strand) waren juist wat aan de korte kant.

Der Guide war toll. Er hat 2 Sprachen gesprochen und im Vergleich zu anderen Guides, die wir diesen Urlaub hatten, war er tatsächlich lustig UND konnte viele Informationen geben. Dadurch, dass nur Gäste aus Can Picafort abgeholt wurden, war der Transfer hin- und zurück kurz. In Pollenca hatten wir ausreichend Zeit die Umgebung und den Markt zu erkunden, der Fotostopp in Es Colomer war atemberaubend und auch der Strand von Formentor war wunderschön! Zeitlich hat alles super geklappt.

Insgesamt, hat man alles einmal sehen können. Ich bin von einem Tagesausflug ausgegangen und hatte die Hoffnung, mehr Zeit an den Orten haben zu können, aber ich wurde um 8:20 abgeholt, und war um 14:00 zurück. Das ist für mich eher ein Halbtagesausflug, deshalb finde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht so gut. Gerade in Formentor hätte ich gerne ein wenig mehr Zeit gehabt als eine Stunde. Hier hätte man ruhig länger verweilen können. Ebenso in Port de Pollença.

Helaas spoelde het die ochtend, daarom gekozen om niet naar de markt te gaan. Uitzichtpunt was prachtig, bijgeboekte lunch was slecht. Doe dit vooral niet, zonde van je geld. Een buffet van een matig hotel, koop liever een sandwich. Tijd om te zwemmen was er door de lunch niet. Er was ook maar een uurtje tijd voor lunch en zwemmen. Excursie wordt voor een dag aangeprezen maar duurt een halve dag. Heel jammer

Fab day and a beautiful part of the island, worth seeing. Would have liked a little longer on Formentor Beach... bought food for picnic and by the time we'd eaten, we swam for only 10mins and then time to change and get back to coach. Otherwise a good tour.

We enjoyed the trip; however, we were surprised at the length of time spent on the coach. We were under the impression that the boat would be a much bigger part of the trip than it was, but it was only 30 minutes and you spend the majority of the trip on the coach. We absolutely couldn’t fault the guide Vivi who was so friendly and provided very interesting commentary. The driver was also superb and got us to each location on time so we could make the most of the locations.

Uns hat das Hotel und das nette Personal super gefallen. Auch mit dem Flug und Transfer hat alles perfekt geklappt :-) was uns etwas missfallen hat war, das sich kein Guide, der für uns per App zuständig war, gemeldet hat. Wir hatten 3 Ausflüge gebucht, wo wir gerne etwas mehr wissen wollten, aber keine Rückmeldung. Gott sei Dank hat aber auch hier alles funktioniert.

Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant waren sie sehr hinterher alles immer gleich abzuräumen. Das Essen war sehr lecker! Man war sehr aufmerksam. Ein Manko gibt es aber... Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer baldigen Renovierung. Weiter war es jetzt in den Schulferien voll gebucht und der Pool für die Mengen nicht ausgelegt. Wir waren immer am Strand, aber dafür fliegen wir auch in Urlaub.

Wir haben wunderschöne Ausssichtspunkte des Nordens gesehen, die man selbst wohl nicht so schnell mit einem Mietauto besuchen würde (aufgrund der kurvigen Stra´ßen in den Bergen). Auch der Bauernmarket war ein tolles, einmaliges Erlebnis . Das einzige, das wir bemägeln konnten war, dass wir uns eine Bootstour erwartet hatten. Dieses Erlebnis ist jedoch mehr eine Bustour in den Norden mit einer kurzen Bootsüberfahrt zum Hafen Polenca (ca. 20 Minuten).

Guide war fantastisch - kompetent, freundlich und gut organisiert. Das Mittagessen für 15€ Aufpreis war jedoch unterirdisch: Stilles Wasser + panierter Fisch (kalt, da wahrscheinlich von Captain Iglu weggeschmissen) + misslungenes Rührei als Nachtisch (ohne Witz!). Vegetarierin am Nachbartisch bekam zuerst Fisch, danach Spaghetti Bolognese, ehe sie sich schlussendlich ein paar labbrige Pommes erkämpfen konnte. Fazit: unbedingt ohne Mittagessen buchen, dann ist der Ausflug perfekt!

Strand Fromentor etwas sollte man mehr Zeit geben. Wir konnten so ca 30 Min schwimmen gehen. Bootsfahrt war sehr empfehlenswert. Fotos Stopp war kurz aber sehr gut. Für Kleinkinder eventuell nicht zu empfehlen. Unsere Tochter 5J. Hat die Bootsfahrt und das Schwimmen gefallen. Bussfahrt etwas lange für unsere Tochter. Vieleicht gefällt es den anderen Kinder besser. Für uns Erwachsene war es sonst ok. Busfahrer und Tourbegleiter waren freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

A really nice trip. The boat trip and the viewpoint visit were my favourite parts. Both stunning! The beach at formentor was lovely but not enough time there, would be better with less time at the sineau market and longer at the beach, we had an hour and half at the market and it was too hot and repetitive stalls. The guide (Gonzalez) was very snappy when I asked a question and made it obvious he was annoyed if anyone asked something, even though he said any questions please ask! Great trip

I really enjoyed this experience. I would have preferred more time on Formentor beach and less time on Sineu to be fair. I had about 45 mins of wandering around the town after I had finished looking in the market. I would advise bringing your own food as if you have lunch, you won't have much time on the beach, which is amazing

Timely pick up, great market stop off and boat trip was wonderful. Guide was difficult to understand, gave conflicting times, mixing up to the hour and past the hour. People were left behind and this was possibly due to his lack of clarity on times. Maybe a board with time written down for people to see and photograph would avoid this in the future. The scenery was wonderful though.

Guide war toll, hat sich um alles gekümmert. Hatten mit Mittagessen gebucht, wie sich raus gestellt hat, waren wir die einzigen von 32 Teilnehmern, da es online wohl falsch angezeigt wird, denn auch die günstigstere Tour ist mit Boot Fahrt dafür einfach nur ohne Essen, an der Dauer ändert sich aber nichts. Aber dennoch der Guide hat alles organisiert und wir bekamen unser Essen, zwar nur in Kantinen Qualität aber hey besser als nichts :-)

Confusion at start of trip as to when we would return to resort. Eventually it was advised as a 430pm return as a mistake had been made over the ship's departure from Pollensa. The visit to the market could have been cut out as it was very touristy and selling the same things as the next stall. Time would have been better spent at Formentor (or Pollensa).

Der Guide hat uns viele interessante Dinge erzählt. Es war nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Die Tour im allgemeinen war sehr schön. Man hat in ein paar Stunden viele schöne Plätze kennengelernt. Wir würden den Ausflug an alle weiterempfehlen. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

The stop at Sineu and the market was great, as was the stop at Formentor beach. More time at Es Colomer view point would've been good - only 20 mins there.

The mountain top experience in the trip back to the hotel was wonderful as was the boat ride across the bay Unfortunately it was bookended by a coach ride that, as we were the first to be picked up and last to be dropped off was just too long, leaving us feeling exhausted. The journey was just too long.

tour guide super due to weather boat couldnt land so he arranged a different boat trip for us and was very appologetic that the cafe was not open due to being end of season but had the best day with lots of useful information

Eigentlich ganz ok, auch der Reiseleiter hatte ein sehr gutes Wissen. Nervig ist halt nur, wenn man mehrsprachige Reisegruppen im Bus hat, so dass der Reiseleiter auf 3 verschiedenen Sprachen übersetzen muss. Da strengt die Fahrgäste ziemlich an, macht die ganze gute Stimmung kaputt.

Die Zeit wurde nicht eingehalten, deutliche Verspätung. Dadurch wurde es ein 8 Stunden Tag. Die Tour an sich war sehr schön ! Toller Reiseführer und Fahrer ! Hat uns gut gefallen.
Der Bauernmarkt war etwas enttäuschend. Unter Bauernmarkt haben wir uns mehr vorgestellt. Keine Keramik oder Handarbeit

We hebben in totaal 5 uur op de bus gezeten door het ophalen van anderen in vele hotels. 2,5u 's ochtends en 2,5u 's avonds. Dat mocht wel wat minder zijn.

The trip is called "Formentor by Boat" but it is actually "Formentor by coach" with a return via boat.
It was alright for what it was but if you're specifically looking for a boat based excursion then look for something else.

It said 2-4 hours on the brief. We were picked up 8.30am and got home gone 6pm! We were totally unprepared. Didn't take that much money with us as thought we'd be back at hotel in time for lunch. Had we known it was a 9/10 hour day trip we wouldn't have booked it.

Great trip. Pallenca is a pretty harbour side town with a lively market.
The best part was the viewpoint overlooking Pallenca and the northern coast, spectacular scenery fir those with head for heights!
Formentor was nice for lunch & a chance to cool off in the sea before a scenic boat trip back.

Excellent tour, but an hour to disembark,listen to guide advice/10mins, change into bathing gear/15mins with 2 small children, swim,wash/15mins, a cuppa 10mins before boarding catamaran 5mins before departure at Formentor bay was rather stressful.
“Wear bathing gear” and info given in coach !

This trip was enjoyable and our guide was excellent, she had a fabulous knowledge of Majorca. The only downside was we didn't feel we had enough time at formentor beach. 1 hour just isn't long enough. I carried a bag with swimming gear in but there wasn't long enough at the beach to use it.

Der Transfer zum Hotel und zum Flughafen haben sehr gut funktioniert. Das Hotel entsprach der Hotelkategorie.
Die gebuchten Ausflüge über TUI waren leider nicht so gut organisiert (2x mehr als 1 Stunde zu spät abgeholt worden, Halbtagesausflug dauerte doch den ganzen Tag).
