Pets (due to hygienic reasons)

Know in advance:

Opening hours depending on the season: April until October from 10:00 to 18:00, November until March from 10:00 to 17:00. Exceptional closing at 16:00 on 24.12 and 31.12 (check cailler.ch website)
The ticket has to be exchanged at the arrival in order to provide the visitor with a time-slot
The audio guide is available in French, German, English, Italian, Spanish, Portugal, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean
Students need a valid student's ID
The museum is fully wheelchair accessible
The average duration of the tour is one hour

je pensais réserver sur le site de la Maison Cailler car le 1er site qui arrive sur Goggle c'est le votre, et avant celui de la Maison Cailler elle-même.....Comme on ne peut pas réserver la tranche horaire sur votre site, on peut se retrouver avec des heures d'attente avant de pouvoir entrer! Nul!
