Water park is great but shame about the transport. The park opens at 10am yet the transfer didn’t collect until 11:45 then it took 45mins to get there, 15 to queue up and sort tickets plus longer to get changed etc so for £168 to send 4 hours at a park is quite frankly ridiculous. Won’t book a TUI trip again :(

The whole process was smooth from start to finish, lovely minibus collected us and was waiting to pick us up at the time allocated. Waterpark was fantastic, good choice for all ages.
