Each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
The driver is Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
Please provide: pick-up date & time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time may vary. For international flights: 90 minutes, for domestic flights: 60 minutes, for train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
