Really annoyed after paying all that money and leaving the resort so early before breakfast, we were walked through without communication, my friend wanted to buy some gifts to get rid of her dinar and we were taken straight through security without knowing what was going on. My friend had to surrender all her currency. Then when we got to the lounge the coffee machine was broken, no morning coffee available which is a poor do. Lady gave us a hot chocolate. Food was ok

Fast track security was great also the girl who met me and took me through was lovely friendly and efficient. In the lounge however the WiFi was intermittent at best, the food and refreshments on offer was poor. Absolutely not value for money at all.

The prices have gone up significantly and it is not worth it. The food was stale on arrival and we had to let staff know to change the food over to fresh. The selection was poor and not labeled adequately, so id any allergies or dietary requirements, good luck because it's all mixed up. Chairs were crumby and unclean we didn't have any assistance finding the lounge or VIP treatment like we have previously.

The instructions were not clear, all lounges are usually after passport control. We went through to be told they were the other side and we couldn't go back. This was not clear in instructions. There was no rep at our hotel, and no info of their visit shared with us on app We were also dropped off by TUI at 5.10pm, and we were called to gate at 6pm so even if we had got in we would have had no time to enjoy it. I would like a full refund please

Food choice very poor. Coffee machines & WiFi not working consistently. Not met at check-in (as previously). Escorted down to flight in large group of people on different flights…all passports taken causing significant delay at passport control as officials could not see individuals; would have been MUCH quicker to go through individually. Then told to join the massive queue to get into gate. Overall, extremely poor value. Used lounge before & Service deteriorated. Very poor value.

Lots of comfy seating, aircon! Staff very attentive couldn’t be more helpful. We were escorted through security which was good, but would have been nice if we could be taken to gate so we can board. So relaxing sitting in lounge then suddenly plunged in to extremely busy two gate room where we couldn’t sit or move.

Appalling service! We were not met at the airport and I approached someone with my paper and was told to joint the queue outside! He eventually came back and said the only way was to put me in a wheelchair to get me through when we reached the lounge we were served cold tea and coffee had to ask for food as none on display hot food of toast orders was a pack of dry crisp breads! It was terrible the WiFi code didn’t work and then when they got us to duty free it was time too board!!

This was a great experience - staff were very attentive, it made the wait for our flight very pleasant and the process through the airport very easy. We asked at check-in and were told down there, pointing to departures. As we had never been before we went through customs only to be told by a lady that worked for the airport that it was the other side, she even went out of her way to phone and ask if we were able to be escorted back through. Very little choice, the sandwiches were dry and my first coffee was cold. I booked the VIP lounge because we travelled from Tunisia in November 2023 and the airport was in chaos. This year 2024, the airport was better organised. I felt it was poor value at £90 for two passengers.

There was food and drinks available but once the things that were on display were gone they weren't replenished, you could ask a member of staff but there was nothing to help yourself to. Our flight was delayed by seven hours and we were allowed to stay in the lounge and the lounge staff kindly fetched food for us using our allowance from Tui.

As a solo traveller this was a bit of a treat. I'm not sure I'd pay if I'd had the kids with me. You still have to queue to get in the front door of the airport -but then over to desk 3l with its red carpet! No queue and then an escorted around to the cool and quiet lounge and drinks bought to you. No watching the screens - just politely requested to follow me and escorted straight through passport control, security and to the gate. Felt like royalty.

my 3rd time with this VIP lounge and this time was not the same good experience, previous occasions told 10mins before being taken to pssport control, by a gentleman with patience. Not this time, just hurried through all the way by a young man who had little compassion for us with a walking stick or another lady with a walking stick, he hurried off and left us trailing behind. no oppotunity for duty free. At the boarding gate he just disapeared without a word, leaving us shocked.

Did not have to queue to put luggage in or to go through passport control. There is food and drinks available. Only disappointing aspect was queue to go through to gate at duty free.

Inside the lounge was great but no TUI rep at desk to ask where to go when we arrived at airport. Lounge rep had to come to gate to locate us, he was very apologetic for no rep meeting us. Staff in lounge very helpful but because of lack of rep at gate we spent very little time in lounge

Lovely relaxing area, good choices of food and drinks and friendly staff. You are taken through security and passport control avoiding all the queues.

Due to a delayed arrival at the airport, we only had 45 minutes (not very cost effective) in the lounge before having to go to the boarding gate. Food and drink ok and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Staff amazing from the time we identified ourselves at the airport. Escorted to speedy check-in, airport lounge, and all the way to our boarding gate. Would have been nice to have more hot food breakfast options, however there was a wide range of pastries.

Not worth £35.00. Staff - good. Decor - no better than the rest of the general airport. Environment - quiet. Food selection - basic, no hot food only cold continental pastries, fruit, soft drinks, tea, coffee machine. I was offered a salami and cheese roll - great! The biggest issue - I was only in VIP just over one hour, before being taken to my gate an hour an a half before take-off. There were 2 security checks we had to clear with no queues, leaving us to sit at the gate for just over 1hr.

TUI staff are excellent at customer services. In resort TUI staff are are the best as they have local knowledge.

Check in desk 31 was perfect didn’t have to queue to check in and then escorted to the lounge by a personal escort Beautiful lounge , charge points and TV comfy couches that you sink into Tasty sandwich toasted given to you options ham and cheese or cheese one drink offered limited drink stock , Lounge before security when incoming plane arrives escorted through not a problem rather perfect

1. Hotel staff were wonderful - especially Lifeguard Momo 2. Food and Drink no issues 3. Flight times were poor. Not arriving until 21:00 and leaving at 05:45 loss of 2/3 of a day. 4. Excursion to Carthage was let down by "round the houses" hotel pick up. What should be a 1hr journey and Manar being first pick up ended with us being on bus for almost 3hrs before arriving at Carthage. No apology from TUI!

Would have give this an excellent except was a little confused as what to do once at the airport. Our passport where taken from us for passport control to check which was a little concerning. The food was limited to a sandwich each but unlimited drinks. Fast track through was a lot easier.

Excellent

The VIP service at the airport was brilliant and I would advise anyone to use it. From checking it we were supported and transported via a buggy around the airport so no queues. As soon as we were in the lounge all the paperwork was dealt with by the staff, we were given lots of food, cakes, drinks, free WiFi, escorted to change money back to Stirling and then to departure. Only downside it ended there but as we’d booked assisted service too they supported to assisted services. (We had to explain this as they didn’t know)
