What to remember

At the time you pick up your audio guide device, you must leave a deposit of 50 euros as a guarantee. This deposit will be returned to you once the device is delivered, after verifying that it is in perfect condition

Infants (age 0-5): free admission. Please remember to reserve your free ticket when you book the tour
For safety and requirement of the Patronage of the Alhambra, you'll be asked to write the full name, ID or passport number, age and nationality of all participants (including minors) when you confirm your booking

Waar het m'n omgaat is dat je in het Alhambra gebouw komt met deze excursie. Dit is dus niet het geval met deze excursie. Alleen erom heen lopen is leuk, maar het mooist daar loop je aan voorbij. Lees dus heel goed wat de tour inhoud. Wij waren teleurgesteld.

Es wäre besser, im Vorfeld zu kommunizieren, dass man sich eine App runterladen muss, das würde Wartezeiten vor Ort verkürzen. Mit der App fallen dann keine weitere Kosten an. Möchte man aber den gebuchten Audioguide fallen neben der Kaution noch 5€ weitere Kosten/ Person an. Ich mag es nicht, wenn man vor Ort mit solchen Sachen noch kofrontiert wird.

Leider fühlte ich mich nach dem Besuch schlecht beraten da die Nasridenpaläste - weshalb ich nach Andalusien reiste! - nicht im Eintritt enthalten waren! Warum nicht? Ich wollte die gesamte Alhambra sehen und ging leider davon aus von Profis beraten worden zu sein. Zudem konnte man die Besichtigung auch nicht mehr hinzu buchen!! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und würde für die Buchung in diesem Reisebüro auch keine Servicepauschale mehr bezahlen wollen!

Ticketübergabe lief am Ende problemlos. Allerdings ist die APP, insbesondere die Lösung der jeweils gewählten Sprache, verbesserungsbedürftig. Der Audioguide funktionierte sehr gut, aber die jeweiligen Spots sind auf der Karte nicht markiert. Meinen frühen Slot um 09.00 habe ich nicht bereut, denn ab Mittags wurde es schon arg voll.

wees duidelijker dat het niet gaat om het alhambra als geheel maar benoem dat het gaat om een deel daarvan. B.v. bezoek een deel van het alhambra de tuinen generalife alcabaza en het paleis van karel 5 met uitzondering van het nazrid paleis. Het tourist office maakte ons erop attent maakte dat we geen volledig ticket hadden en zeiden dat veel organisaties van deze onduidelijkheid gebruik maken om te misleiden en dat zij daar ook last van hebben. Het ophalen van de tickets was op zijn Spaans: onduidelijk, welke rij, duurde lang. De audiotour was heel goed. Tip: download ook de digitale kaart, dan weet je waar je bent. We liepen door een poortje en waren er ineens uit. Als je nog iets wil bekijken dan goed opletten. Restaurant met terras en uitzicht op Albaicjn is een aanrader.

Via de mail keurig de tickets ontvangen. Waarbij vermeld wordt dat je deze niet hoeft uit te printen. Bij aankomst eerst ruim een half uur in de rij gestaan, en kregen we uitgeprinte tickets??. Daar zat onze audiogids niet bij en we konden niet binnen komen bij paleis wat wel op onze ticket stond! Heel jammer!

Guten Abend, es war sehr ärgerlich, dass der Audioguide nach nur 15 Minuten nicht mehr funktionierte. Der Weg war zu weit, um das Gerät zu ersetzen, so dass ich die Tour nicht wie geplant machen konnte. Nachdem ich die Alhambra verlassen hatte, wandte ich mich an den Info-Point, aber die Dame konnte mir keine Preisermäßigung versprechen. Let op: met deze optie zie je vrijwel niets van het moois dat wordt aangeprezen van het Alhambra. Ook: voor het ticketkantoor moet je nog een flinke heuvel op klimmen. Je krijgt geen routebeschrijving mee, maar kunt op verschillende plekken bij een nummer een verhaaltje afluisteren waarvan de tekst ook letterlijk op je scherm staat.

Ik kan echt niet begrijpen dat deze entreekaarten verkocht worden. Je mag overal rondlopen behalve in de paleizen. Dat is nou juist het mooiste onderdeel vd hele excursie. Het is zo ontzettend teleurstellend dat je 2 uur heen en 2 uur teug reist naar Granada voor het Alhambra, en bij het mooiste onderdeel buiten moet blijven staan. Ik had dit tijdens het boeken niet gezien. Heb nog wel contact gehad met iemand van tui, maar zij dacht dat er geen tickets zijn met entree vh paleis

Es wäre schöner gewesen, wenn vorher klar wäre, dass die Nasriden Paläste nicht mit enthalten sind. Das hätte deutlicher werden müssen. Zudem ist von der Buchung bis zum Besuch der Ort der Abholung der Audio Guides geändert worden, ohne das ich hierzu eine besondere Nachricht erhalten habe. Dies ist nur durch Zufall aufgefallen.

Die Angaben zur Abholung der Tickets sollte konkretisiert werden! (wir dachte es wäre ein fake Angebot) Der Abholort: Cta. de Gomérez, 41 ist zutreffend auch wenn in Google Streetview ein heruntergekommenes Haus zu sehen ist. Wir empfehlen oben zu parken (Parking PARKIA - La Alhambra de Granada), den kürzesten Weg (wie Kleinbusse durch Cta. de Gomérez hinuntergehen (100Höhenmeter) und mit Tickets wieder hochgehen. Dauer gesamt 40 Min. Der Audioführer ist ausführlich (auch als App fürs Handy)

Für den Eintritt in den Nasridenpalast hat man sich anstellen müssen, aber sonst nirgends. Die Bedienung des Audioguide war sehr einfach und zuverlässig.Der Audioguide ist ein Smartphone das man gegen eine Kaution erhält. Bei einem der Mobiltelefonen ist der Akku nach 3h leer geworden.sonst sehr gut

Nos billets se trouvaient à My Top Tours (Cta. de Gomérez). L'accès en voiture étant difficile, nous nous sommes garés au parking et sommes allés à pied à l'agence. On a supposé qu'elle ouvrait à 8h30, impossible de les appeler. Notre visite était 9h, donc stress d'être en retard et d'être refoulés.
