You must arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before departure time
If participants are late, participation in the tour is not guaranteed and no refund will be given

If you select the option 2, 5-day pass to visit the Uffizi Museum, Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens, please note that entry to the Uffizi Museum is scheduled for 2:00 pm on the selected day, except on Mondays. If your visit to the Duomo is booked for Monday, the Pass will be valid from 10:00 am on Tuesday and entry to the Uffizi will be scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday. If you wish to change the time or postpone the date of entry to the Uffizzi Gallery, please notify the local operator at the time of purchase. The notifications need to be sent within 48 hours of the start of the service, any later changes cannot be accepted
The Option 2, 5-day pass is activated on the day of your visit to the Duomo and remains valid for the following 4 days (for a total of 5 consecutive days). If the validity period includes Monday (when all museums are closed), the ticket is automatically extended to the sixth day. The same applies to 25 December and 1 January
The 5-day Pass is printed at the Uffizi, you must first visit this museum, then Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. The ticket cannot be reprinted: keep it until you have completed all your visits
When booking the 5-day Pass, you must provide the first name, surname and date of birth of each participant in order to access the Uffizi Gallery
