Be ready for the pickup from your hotel in Cusco. Travel to Ollantaytambo Station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. Enjoy a scenic train journey through dramatic Andean landscapes. The train has spacious seating with large windows that allow views of the surrounding jungle and mountains.

What to remember

Know in advance:

Tickets to Machu Picchu are subject to availability. You must send immediately your data (name and surname as it appears on your passport, document number, date of birth and nationality) to issue the tickets. Once the information is obtained, your reservation will be approved. Please note that, after your entry is issued, changes to personal data or the date of entry are not allowed

To preserve the Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, as well as its condition as World Heritage, the Ministry of Culture has established different circuits to visit it. Keep in mind that either Circuit 2 or 3 will be assigned upon availability

Do not schedule activities or return flights on the same day of your tour to Machu Picchu, as this tour ends between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM

Hotel pickup times are between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM. The exact time will be confirmed a day before

The guided tour lasts about 2 hours and a half and will be operated by a multi-lingual guide

Lunch will be included only if the option (with lunch) is selected

The minimum age to participate is 3 years old

Entrance to Machu Picchu is included (if included in the chosen option).

Von der Vorbereitung, über den Transport und die Erlebnisse vor Ort kann man nur schwärmen. Der Guide war einsame spitze. Wir können LimaTours nur empfehlen! - wurden im Vorhinein nicht informiert dass die Abholung im Hotel nur im Historischen Zentrum ist.dann hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gewählt.Wir mussten extra zu einem Treffpunkt fahren - Extrakosten - Busbegleiter zu wenig kommuniziert, in der Gruppe sind alle mit verschiedenen Zügen gefahren nach dem Aussteigen ist er beim Bus geblieben hat er nur gesagt hinten nach links der blaue Zug ist unserer andere Teilnehmer waren älter und ein wenig unbeholfen - wir haben geholfen UNSER GUIDE WAR TOP++
