What we expect
The Golden Triangle is where Myanmar, Cambodia and Thailand meet. After an early morning drive through tranquil northern scenery and a stop at the hot springs at Mae Kajan you'll visit the White Temple of Chiang Rai. After lunch, you'll spend some time at the confluence of the Ruak and Mekong Rivers - the Golden Triangle. There's an optional boat trip on the river payable on the spot.
