Poor

Paid 190euros booked through tui app all confirmed money taken. 10pm night before company called and said we do not pick up from your hotel you have to cone to catania. We don't drive taxi would cost 50 euro each way. Said we were not prepared to pay another 100 euros on top of the 190 already paid. Was told we'll if you don't we will not give you a refund as its classed as a late cancellation. No help from tui still waiting for a call back.

Es wurden uns in den verschiedenen Orten Dinge gezeigt welche wir wahrscheinlich von alleine gar nicht entdeckt hätten. Abholung am Hotel hat auch super funktioniert. Die Tour ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
