These days hobby (as well as professional) cheesemaking is being re-discovered, but production is on a very small scale. The place wasn't included in our cruise so we had to make our own way. 40 euros return in a taxi. Really enjoyed the wine tasting and Carlos the Sommelier was not at all boring but very amusing and full of information. Would definitely recommend ??
