What we expect
Bologna, the capital city of Emiglia-Romagna, is traditionally called “the Wise” thanks to its oldest university in Europe, “the Red” for the red roofs of its houses, and “the Rich” for its food traditions and culinary excellence which you will get to explore together with your local guide!
Try different dishes over five different food stops: ragù alla Bolognese, local Tigelle or Mortadella Cone, two of the most local street foods, Bolognese cotoletta, typical fried meat with cream, Parmesan cheese and smoke ham, a slice of traditional Rice Cake or Donut Cake, Gelato and/or high quality Italian coffee.

What to remember
You can purchase a Drink Card, a pass that will let taste one or more glasses of wine and/or beer at each of the 5 food stops (available to purchase on the day)
You will be asked to specify any dietary requirements at the time of booking
There will be a minimum of one food serving at each stop with drink including water, wine or beer/soft drinks (in fixed amounts)
