What we expect
Embark on a journey to the heart of the Basque Country. Your first stop is a 16th-century Basque farmhouse, once used as a cider press, where you’ll learn about traditional rural life. Discover how the locals lived, worked, and connected with each other, from their customs to their beliefs, food, and entertainment.
Next, participate in an interactive activity where you’ll step on apples with special tools, creating rhythms similar to the Txalaparta (Basque percussion), while singing and having fun. Afterward, enjoy a tasting of the natural, organic Basque apple juice you’ve just made yourself.
