The experience starts at Casa Esment, where an audiovisual presentation is projected that captures the essence of the organization's 60 years. You'll see how protecting the rights of the most vulnerable people has permeated the organization's work since it was first set up.

There'll be a tour of the workshops where people are involved in training, occupation and employment activities, as well as a visit to the printing rooms, the agri-food workshop, the organic vegetable garden, winery and greenhouses. The aim of the tour is to help visitors understand the approach taken by Esment, which has received several awards for its social innovation.

The visit ends with a meal which, weather permitting, will be held outside in a rustic, ecological setting. Menu: Char-grilled organic vegetables in season, rice with vegetables and meat or fish, homemade desserts.
