We were picked up before the alotted time, not a problem as we were ready. We were told that as they had picked up people from Montego Bay they would have a bathroom break. We were only on the coach for 5 minutes and were quite happy to stay on board but was told that we had to get off. Felt pressure to purchase in the shop and on the beach. We paid quite a lot for the trip that as a whole was good but too long. Also at drop off felt we were the only ones to be made that we should leave a tip.

Tour went by bus to seven mile beach, which was amazing. But then the pick up at 4 took us back to the hotel, we didn’t go to ricks cafe. Ultimately I’ve overpaid for what was a bus there and back about five miles. I could have paid a taxi cheaper

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. The small stop at the gift shop was wonderful with the staff being welcoming but not pushy. Seven mile beachstop for lunch was needed and nice despite the heavens opening up briefly. Rick's cafe was a different level!!! Drinks that scramble your brains, the food was superb( the ribs just fall off the bone), and the dj and tunes and vibe engaging. Definitely going back. Only thing but can't be helped is the journey back is tedious especially to Ocho Rios. DO IT

our tour guide and driver went above and beyond to spirts up, laughing tell us the history of things an how thinks are today in jamaica checking on us to see how we were and if they was anything she could do for us .we had a great day..even took us to KFC on the way home.

Natürlich muss man bedenken, dass man je nach Standort des Hotels unter Umständen eine lange Busfahrt hat. Durch unsere Guides, Titi und Jorge (Special Thanks to you both 🫶) war es aber sehr kurzweilig und informativ. Der Seven Miles Beach war sehenswert und toll zum Baden und Entspannen, Ricks Cafe absolut verdient ein Highlight. 👍Natur, Show, Essen, Sunset - Alles top. Wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Aber wir sind ja im Urlaub. Man sollte also Geld für Essen, Getränke und Souvenirs dabeihaben.

Journey is a little long and rest stops were poor. The boardwalk village was a good stop on 7 mile beach and Ricks cafe a joy. It would have been better to get us straight to the beach for a longer stay rather than stopping for fuel and an inadequate rest stop Guides were fab.

Na start 20 min spóźnienia - byliśmy pierwszym hotelem, więc jak się możecie domyśleć, opóźnienie było dużo większe. Pobyt na plaży ok, leżaki extra płatne. Dosyć mało czasu wolnego. "Lunch" dobry dla 6-latka. Dla dorosłej osoby to nawet nie przekąska. Jeśli zamówisz identyczną pozycję z menu to dostaniesz 2 razy większą porcję. No ale jest to oczywiście kolejny koszt. Podczas całej wycieczki zapewniony jest 1 "powitalny" drink. I to tyle. 0 wody itp. Ponad 3h w Rick cafe to zbyt dużo.

The coach arrived before the scheduled pick‑up time, which made for a punctual and stress‑free start to the day. Our driver, Chin, was kind, friendly, and contributed to a relaxed journey. Our guide, Odette, was outstanding throughout. She shared engaging historical information about the areas we passed, including the story of the famous clock in Lucea, which added real cultural value to the trip. Kevin our guide and Chin our driver made the experience. They gave us historical details of the country and explained the local landmarks in a fun and easy going way. Kevin engaged with the whole group, got us to know a little about each other and they both ensured we had clear guidelines and were safe. They made the experience unforgettable.

Rick's cafe was amazing absolutely no faults but the 7mile beach was very disappointing beach was very narrow no place to walk without disturbing others and the bar staff did not listen and got our orders wrong. Bus was half an hour late and the tour guide was stand offish and abrupt.

We had an amazing time from start to finish. Our guides were absolutely lovely and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about every area we travelled through. We enjoyed the whole experience, good to see the different parishes and learn so much from Kevin our guide who was very knowlegeable and witty. 7mile beach was gorgeous and although the included lunch was small portions, jerk chicken with rice and peas or fries, you could order extra and the staff at the venue were great. Ricks cafe was a brilliant vibe, great fun and music with a brilliant staff. Only down side was the long drive back, very long and tiring day, but would definitely recommend.

We arrived at 7mile beach to a welcome drink and our wristbands for our lunch. We had jerk chicken, rice and peas and chips. Followed by another free drink. We then spent the afternoon sunbathing, swimming in the sea. Was beautiful. Then onto Rick's Cafe.... This place is an whole vibe!!! Music, dancers, engaging with the audience ect. Myself and my daughter had the best day Our guide and driver were top notch

All in all, it was a good day out, but I did find it quite long. We spent around three hours at Seven Mile Beach, which for me was way too much. Personally, I could’ve skipped the beach entirely and gone straight to Rick’s Café. Rick’s Café was definitely the highlight of the excursion! The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing, and the vibes were just right. I only wish we had more time there because it was such a fun spot to relax and enjoy.

Trip was good but bus did not turn up at hotel.After over 1 hour waiting with Tui rep a taxi was arranged to drive us (at high speed) to 7 mile beach to rendezvous with the bus.This lost us around 2 hours of the trip.After returning home I received an email from Tui apologising and stating that i had turned down $40 compensation which is an absolute lie as no compensation was mentioned or offered.Instead,the Tui rep sent an email of complaint on our behalf.Again,no compensation was ever offered.

13 hr day - far too much time in the coach which was incredibly uncomfortable, had too many “rest breaks” -ie stopping to shop and no choice over location on 7 mile beach. Ricks cafe was enjoyable. What we enjoyed was the journey to our destination the tour guide kevin was very informative about our surroundings and kept the whole bus entertained with his great sense of humour. Rick's cafe was very lively, we would definitely revisit this destination again. Seven mile Beach was nice but the time allocated to it was too lengthy

The whole experience was poor. Pick up was too early and before the breakfast service at the hotel. A Patty and Juice is not breakfast. Seven Mile beach was OK but the trip did not provide us with Lunch. Pelican Bay was good. Ricks Cafe is expensive and designed to fleece tourists.

Considero a ********** de saída muito tardia, estava previsto sair às 9h10 mas na verdade saímos já próximo das 10h, o que reduz significativamente o tempo para usufruir da praia. O autocarro tinha bancos muito altos, o que dificulta a visibilidade no caminho. O almoço foi muito parco em quantidade e opções. A praia era lindíssima e a experiência no rick's café também foi espetacular.

Seven mile Beach resort was overall fantastic, Rick's cafe was as expected, cliff jumping and party atmosphere, our guide on the other hand was very disappointing, very opinionated, and late back to the bus ,not interested that the bus was over an hour late picking us up ,which when you make sure you are there ready t the agreed time and there is no bus in this heat was no joke, on a better note the driver Gregory was very good, more like a guide and driver, thankyou Gregory

Please ensure the pick up locations from your list are up to date . We were staying at St Ann’s and picked Jewel Runaway Bay Beach and Golf resort as a pick up location only to find Jewel does not exist neither does Club Ambiance or Jewel Cove all these hotels are closed. It was very difficult to locate someone to speak to about changing our pick up location in the end I managed to email Tui excursions in Jamaica who responded and changed it to Grand Bahia Principal …

The trip was unorganised from beginning no rep at meeting site we had to keep asking randomly if our coach was here! Paid for lunch was a rip off .. jerk chicken pork or fish was meal choice and chicken was so overcooked couldn't be eaten would gave cost less to choose any meal off the menu! Driver using mobile phone and drinking hot coffee whilst driving so safety was a concern, ricks cafe and beach was nice but went via gift store which was also a rip off, too long on xoach multiple pick ups

The tour guide KC was very informative about the areas we drove through, lots of history advised a few laugh's along the way, Ricks Cafe was ok but bar staff assumed our change was his tip, so not so good, seeing the cliff divers was good along with Negril beach stop off.

We visited the famous 7 Mile Beach and were instantly taken by the soft, white sand and crystal-clear water — absolutely perfect. We decided to skip the full 7-mile walk and just relax, soaking up the sun and the scenery. Rick’s Café was full of energy and fun — the cliff jumpers were amazing to watch, and the dancers kept the vibe going strong. The audience participation brought loads of laughs, and the cherry on top? A breathtaking sunset that wrapped up a truly unforgettable day.

Not told how long the tedious bus ride would be. Told that some people had booked a shop stop. This was false. Nobody on board had done this. Clearly an attempt to get commission for spending in the ship we were driven too which was not what we booked. The ‘pristine’ bit of 7 mile beach was as dirty, had old wooden sunbeds and they wanted $14 for some cushions. Not free to wander about the beach. No escort back to bus from Ricks cafe where locals were hanging around attempting to get cash.

The day in all was excellent but a really long day got picked up at 8.20am didn’t get back to hotel until 9.30pm we were on the coach for 3 hrs there and then another 3hrs back for some who were picked up before us were on even longer wish we could have had a little longer on the beach and also have the option to choose the food if you decided to pay as there wasn’t much option to choose except rice and chicken or chips and Chicken

It was a 3 hour journey and we stopped to shop at a reorganised place where they tried hard sell rather than going to shops where local people are. The driver sped back on the way home so we arrived in 2.5 hours rather than the 3.25 hours it took to get there (excluding time for shops). We stopped on 7 mile beach right next to a nudist beach which made us feel uncomfortable and were told we could see nudists by chance. Ricks cafe was great.

De bestemmingen waren prachtig en absoluut de moeite waard om te zien. Helaas viel de reis ernaartoe erg tegen: we zaten in totaal 8 uur in de bus voor slechts 4 uur ter plaatse. Onderweg werd bij 6 hotels gestopt om reizigers op te halen en we maakten een onnodige tussenstop van 20 minuten bij een dure souvenirwinkel. Zonde van de tijd. Een eigen rit regelen is aan te raden, zodat je meer kunt genieten van het strand in plaats van de bus.

This tour was far too overpriced, it was an extra £20pp for the lunch when you can in fact buy it yourself for less money. Our tour guide was very much pushing for tips. The coach was late arriving and due to all of the extra pick ups the journey from Montego Bay to negril took around 4 hours.

Our guide Kevin was amazing and driver chin was brilliant They both kept us amused all day. We even got Kevin twerkingy at ricks. Seven mile beach was stunning if a little bit overpriced. The only downside was under cooked food at ricks which we were unable to eat... So a waste of £25.... Sunset was awesome.

firstly the journey there was not 2 hours but nearer 3 hours. the tour guide told us that it wasn't 7 mile beach that you stop at that beach was a good half hour walk away but you probably won't have time to get there if you wanted to eat at the broadwalk bar. so you just get to be on a public beach which was expensive for food and drinks and told not to buy soverniers there as we would be taken to a cheaper place which wasn't any cheaper. ricks cafe ok but you have to return to coach as soon

We thought we’d have 7 miles of beach to choose a spot from but in reality everyone is crammed into one small section, all the rest took up by hotels private beaches. Kevin our guide was funny and very informative, the bar we stopped at on the beach served lovely food and had a great ambiance. Ricks cafe was expensive but a fun place to visit. The sun set was amazing and the divers very entertaining. It was a long day but very much worth the drive.

Amazing day out. Was pleasantly surprised with this trip. The beach was at The Broadwalk which was just stunning and felt so safe, left my stuff on the beach and did jet car activity. As a solo traveller I felt safe and I'm so so glad I did this trip. It's worth it. No stop at a gift shop ?? and ricks cafe was fantastic! Driver and guide so lovely and friendly thank you! Bus was on time too. I would recommend this trip.

Prompt pick up but rather frustrating that other guests were not on time which meant that it took longer to get to our first stop. Trinnity was excellent, fun, informative and friendly. She got all the guests engaged and made the journey enjoyable. One bit of feedback I would suggest is advise on the description that padding and umbrellas are an additional charge for the beach. Also slightly longer there would be better too. The journey to Ricks Cafe didn’t take long at all and that was an fun

It took 3+ hours to do a 1hr 40 trip. Absolutely ridiculous that you drive from one RIU Hotel to the one next door (a 5 min walk) which added around 25mins to the trip before we’d even left resort. We then stopped at yet another Rainbow store which wasn’t listed as a stop, everyone was going mad as this was another 30 min delay. We only had 2.5hrs on the actual beach in negril which deserved much more than that. We then went to Ricks Cafe which was brilliant but the guide hurried you again

I really enjoyed the trip. However, we were told the journey would be 3 hours and it turned out to be 4 and a half hours with all the pick ups. Had we known this we would not have gone ahead with the trip. Also we would have preferred to go to Margaritaville rather than the boardwalk. I also think the trip to the beach was too long. I would have preferred longer at Ricks cafe. Although at Rick 2 working toilets for over a 1000 people is just not good enough!! Our guide and driver were fabulous.

Die Tour war sehr schön. Auf der Fahrt nach Negril haben wir viel gesehen: Hanover, Usain Bolt Cafe, Down town..,toller Strandabschnitt am Seven Miles beach. Preise für Getränke okay. Liegen sind im Preis. Nur Auflagen und Sonnenschirme sind kostenpflichtig. Es gibt dort auch Schattenplätze. In Ricks Cafe Party pur,aber in Ordnung . Klippenspringer sehenswert. Preise sehr hoch, aber das weiß man vorher! Sonnenuntergang toll. Diese Tour ist zu empfehlen

The guide, Casey, and driver. George, were fantastic. They made the very long journey fly by and told us a lot about Jamaica. Rick's cafe was amazing, wish we could have had more time there but we only had 1 1/2 hours. The boardwalk was ok, took a walk down the beach and there were plenty of other places that looked more fun. Would have been good to have the option to go somewhere else instead e.g. Margaritaville or Jamwest. Stopping at the gift shop was a waste of time

Die Ziele waren so weit ok. Die Reiseleiterin war jedoch eine Katastrophe, wollte unbdingt schopping gehen, obwohl keiner der Gäste das wollte, hat kaum was erklärt, gab sich keinerlei Mühe, war hochnäsig und hat aus dem Ganzen einen Familiemausflug mit Tochter gemacht. Der Fahrer war ständig mit Handy am Telefonieren, tlw. auch mit Handy am Ohr. Wenn der Fahrer nicht telefonierte haben sich die sogenannte Reiseleiterin und der Fahrer durchgehend sehr laut unterhalten. Alle Gäste waren genervt.

With the ability of hindsight I would have cancelled this, the driver I found to be rude. Not to me directly but in general. First instance was when one of the passengers was talking to his wife and was told you pay to go on a tour to listen to the information being said, or words to that effect. In essence I'm talking be quite. Another time shortly after when no one would answer a question Sunset 5:38 officially. Return to the bus by 5:45. Even told to go to the toilet by 5:15 as its busy

We were collected from RIU Montego Bay at 09:25 arriving at the beach around noon. We had 3hrs 15m at the beach. We were picked up from the beach and taken to a shop en-route to Ricks so we could 'try' some rum and make purchases at the shop. I did not enter the shop as had already been in one on an earlier trip and found it to be overpriced (rum cheaper on Amazon!!). A bit annoyed that this took place, as wasted 25mins out of our day. We had around 2hrs at Ricks, leaving around 18:30.

The toilet was disgusting. You could not even flush them. But besides all that we had a good day I've been there before and it is beautiful sunset worth going even though it was raining.

Bus was late by 20mins, hit heavy traffic in Lucea which meant we didn't get to seven Mile beach until 2pm and then we left at 4pm. The beach was lovely and we ate at Jamwest. The food there was excellent ??. Ge beach is lovely. There were a few vendors trying to sell Ganja but soon moved on when tol No. RICKS Cafe was really good. A lovely day, the whole family enjoyed it. The beach and experience at The Boardwalk was amazing. I had a massage near the beach at a very reasonable price. The shops also have some lovely items to buy. Lunch was ok. Rick's Cafe was a great way to end the day. Beautiful views especially at sunset. However it was a very long day and if you are staying in Ocho Rios or other north/east resorts. We left at 7.30am and didn't get back until 10pm.

Really enjoyed the beach and also the vibes of Rick's Cafe. However, the drive there is too long if you're staying in Ocho Rios. The driver did not allow any comfort breaks on the return journey which was in excess of 4 hours. It was mainly women and little children on the trip. The bus was a mini bus and wasn't very comfortable.

The sights themselves were breathtaking, all round it was a brill day, a little disappointing to be told at Ricks the sunset was 17:48 & we needed to be on the coach back the hotel for 17:55. TUI caused confusion, First rep quoted $120 each, the next day another rep quoted $57 each & were told lunch wasn’t included. When we got on the coach all the other couples were given wristbands for lunch included & after conversing with 3 couples they’d paid the same price as us via TUI but with lunch

Amazing places visited. Great day relaxing! The worst part was the driver. Got into several near miss situations where I felt I was in extreme danger. Driving erratic, swerving into the oncoming lane to over take with oncoming cars visible and driving too fast. Felt like I was going to die! The tour guide on the other hand was amazing!

Tui guide a bit disinterested ,scruffy and had no engagement with passengers. Bus driver a good driver but not very happy and seem to like telling people off. I also speak and understand pigeon English and they were quite rude about passengers. The boardwalk was pleasant , food was OK and staff cheerful. Not my first time at Rick's, was very quiet but enjoyed the sunset.

I told the tour guide that the beach was amazing and needs to be advertised in a little more detail. Downside, we were 11.5 hours on the trip. The intinary said between4-8 hrs. Long long day and the music on the coach was so loud on the way back. Ricks cafe was very expensive for food but ok …it’s Ricks cafe. We never ate there as couldn’t really afford it for the four of us with drinks etc and because of time only just made it back for buffet dinner. Coach was also 30 mins late picking us up

No disabled access at Rick’s cafe. Should have longer time at nine mile beach as nothing to do for the four hours at the cafe. The bees and flies were disgusting at Ricks due to drinks not cleared regularly and surfaces not being wiped down regularly. Bound to buy from them as personal bottles of water not allowed. Can very uncomfortable due to lack of legroom

Though no-one controls the weather, this trip is worth nothing when it pours rain. Knowing it often starts to cloud over around noon, the trip should leave earlier or at least ON TIME. IF the staff would have picked us ON TIME, came with a FUNCTIONING BUS and kept to a schedule, we would have made it to 7 miles before noon. The bus broke down, making us join another group that was on a later schedule again. We just spent 4 hours in a bus and another 5 hours sitting in the rain. Totally useless.

The experience did not start in a positive manner. Having waited a good 20 minutes, it was well past the published 0910 pick up time. A rep from an American company advised that the bus was on it's way and would be picking up at 0925. Approaching 1000, still no sign of the coach. A TUI rep did appear (Tracey?) but did not acknowledge any of the people waiting around the reception area with an update. I had to speak to her to find out what was happening.

If you tell anyone you’re going to Jamaica they say “go to ricks cafe” so we did even though we were a 3hr drive away !! The only possible way the drive could be made bearable would be a ********** good rep !! Well we had the best Anna ?? honestly the journey flew past she shared knowledge of the island and had the guests trying “patwah” ?? we ended up on 3 excursions with Anna and we had a great journey every time . Thanks Anna ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Hopefully see you again soon

Was stuck on coach for too long considering seven mile beach resort was just up the tisd from our hotel. Coach went past venue on seven mile beach to go shopping then came back to venue, too go back past shopping outlet to get to Rick's cafe. Very long winded.

The trip overall we enjoyed immensely. The broadwalk village, which we stopped at on seven mile beach, had everything you could ask for, for a chilled out time there. A beach bar/sunloungers and beautiful seafront to stroll and enjoy the sea. Ricks cafe is a must visit, the atmosphere and vibe of the place, is amazing. Seeing the divers off the cliff, while enjoying the beach party surroundings, and the unforgettable sunset that is breathtaking. Great trip start to end.

It was not as advised by the rep, we were informed it’s was 1 hour 30 on the coach, however this turned into three hours. When we got to the beach we were just left with little or no information, just a time to meet at the bus. The trip did have an upside as the time at Ricks cafe was very enjoyable.

This trip was fantastic ! Was such a good day, long day but really fun. Definitely worth the money!! The guide she was nice however slightly rude in some aspects. Her tone and the way of speaking to people including myself could have been a little better as it did make me feel uncomfortable at times, including when we left the coach at the end of the trip with a face like thunder. Overall the trip itinerary was really well planned out.

We didn't like ..doing multiple pick ups from different hotels going out and returning, only 3hrs at the beach, stopping at shops for 45 minutes which wasn't supposed to be on the agenda so the driver and guide could get commission. The transfer of say was the only downfall, it took such a long time with all the pick ups we had! Also our pick up was late by half an hour and we were told that they weren’t rushing because of the pick up times in the last two resorts, in my opinion it would’ve been better to bring those forward for us to get more time on seven mile beach, we didn’t have long there really, just over 2 hours. No complaints at all with ricks cafe, it was amazing. Our tour guide was fantastic, fun and informative

Coach travel guide (Nikita ? Tropical tours) was excellent very knowledgable and interesting, also gave spot prizes for a little quiz she set. My main gripe and reason for lower rating is that she told us at our shopping stop to purchase rum here as would be much cheaper than airport, ABSOLUTELY NOT !! Rum labelled at $80 with 50 % discount so $40 which we duly purchased was about $15 at airport ! Absolute rip off ! Looking forward to your response ?

Amazing day out! Definitely a full day trip, 10.5 hours we were out, but worth it! Stopped at 7 mile beach for 4.5 hours, lovely beach and sea! Then to ricks cafe! Absolutely amazing, we didn’t want to leave! Only downfall was sunset was 6:16 and the tour guide wanted us back at the bus at 6:20 which was a shame! But overall amazing day out to go see another part of the island!

Long day 11 hours in total Trip to a gift shop was very expensive and staff very pushy 50% off but everything their was double price so abit of a scam can buy the items much cheaper at other gift shops also when u go to pay they try to add TAX refuse they will remove! seven mile was ok but had 3 1/2 hours their too long don’t buy the lunch option foods nicer at ricks cafe and cheap enough I would of preferred to go to ricks cafe for longer as was brilliant only got 2 hours :( rep was lovely :)

The guide Odette was knowledgeable so pointed out key places during our journey. The service from the bar at 7 mile was good and the staff friendly. The fresh lobster cooked on the grill from the sea was really tasty. Disappointed after paying for the trip we had to pay again for a cushion on the Sun lounger, which was wooden and very hard and a parasol.Ricks was a great place to see the sun set, but it was very rushed, arrived an hour before sunset and left straight away, more time here needed

Although it was a good day out, we thought that the timings were all wrong. We would not recommend the food option as we got a plate of bones under the disguise of chicken and had to wait over an hour for food and had it then practically thrown at us and told an issue with the kitchen. Cheryl was our guide and George was our driver. We went on this tour on Monday 11th September with pickup from Riu Ocho Rios. Not only did Cheryl and George get us to our destinations safely but they also made every effort to ensure that we enjoyed the excursion, even changing the day slightly when heavy rain threatened the beach trip. Cheryl and George were friendly, warm, and fun. They made us feel at home, safe, and like family. Their company was as great as the excursion itself.

The trip and experience going to the Rick's Cafe was very good, enjoyed seeing people diving off the rocks into the Sea, and spectacular scenery of the sunset, However where we stop for lunch was very disappointing, we didn't feel welcome on arrival, and taking into account that we were collected early by the tour guide from our hotel without breakfast, the portion of food that was served to us was very small and cold, they needs to make a big improvement on that front .

The weather was terrible but hey, that is how it rolls! The guide and driver were excellent and were very informative and had to make some safety related changes to the timings due to the weather conditions. We did not he to walk/swim at the beach because of the weather. Ricks bar was great! At 56 years old I didn’t plan to dive however the young boy inside me took over and I dived off the platform twice! I am feeling it today though. Overall a great tour!

The journey was very long. Having been picked up late and then stopping for nearly 45min at a tourist gift shop we did not actually get to the beach till about 1pm. 2hrs at a beach just to sit which you could have done at your own beach. It would have been better if there was a boat trip to show you the 7mile beach. Rick's Cafe was really good but as soon the sun sets (and I mean as soon as the sun sets) you are shepherded on to the bus for the 1.45hr journey back to Montego bay.

Fantastic trip. In fact one of the best trips we did. The guide on our coach was great!! Professional and friendly. I didn’t want to leave Ricks Cafe, the vibes were 10/10 as was the music. The only negative was the price of drinks (we didn’t get food). Nearly £40 for 3 x soft drinks and a cocktail. Same with the prices at the Broadwalk village. Service was 10/10 but I had to buy a separate dish for my autistic son (plain pasta) was was $18, so not the cheapest.

Quite a long journey for a relatively short few hours at the beach. Rick's Cafe was great, although not suitable for smaller children. Left the hotel at 7.45 to return at 10pm was far too much travelling time, almost 7 hours in total on not the most conformable coach. Our guide was lovely and our driver George was the best, very friendly, engaging and so knowledgeable. One let done was no Tui rep around for pick up, you literally had to go checking with each coach driver and hope for the best

Overall it was a good excursion. The journey wasn’t too long and the roads were quite good. We went to a beach club in Negril, we had the lunch and this was good. You need money for Sun loungers and umbrellas. We were then taken to Rick’s cafe. This was lively and can watch people jump off the cliffs. The sunset was great too. It is a long day trip but we are glad we went.

Once we got there it was perfect, however the coach ride took 3.5 hours and we didn’t stop once for a toilet break. We realised this was the norm on all the other excursions we did, one stop was as little as an hour into our journey. This was our first excursion so once we did a few more we realised how bad this coach journey was. We actually got a private taxi back to the hotel which only took 2 hrs.They could improve this by using separate coaches for the closer hotels to avoid all the pickups

The title is a little misleading as I was expecting a tour of the 7 mile beach, initiallly I thought via a boat - which would then end up stopping at Rick's cafe, what we got was just a bus ride from the hotel to RC via a stop at a gift store and a beach restaurant for those who purchased lunch with their trip. While nice enough this was also unnecessary considering most paid all inclusive at hotels that were already on the beach anyway. This trip should've just been lunch at RC in my view.

Wij zaten zelf in Negril (Riu Tropical Bay) dus het strand voegde voor ons niet veel toe (Overigens een leuke tent!). Bezoek aan Rick's café daarintegen was geweldig! Erg gemoedelijke sfeer! Lekkere muziek met een MC die de hele tent op de kop zet en daarnaast ook nog eens een prachtige zonsondergang!

What an amazing experience. We live near a few beaches in Norfolk but don't really like the beach so we was not sure how we would like the trip but we wanted to do this with our family and friends and it did not disappoint. It was amazing from start to finish. The only negative was a couple of rude staff members at 7 mile Beach but our waitress was amazing.

Our guide Odette & driver were friendly & informative, providing lots of local information. Seven mile beach was beautiful & amenities were clean. One Criticism would be the length of time it took to collect all passengers from their hotels & return them on the return journey, perhaps it would be better to use smaller coaches (mini buses).

Weather not in our favour so we didn’t get to enjoy the seven mile beach to its full potential. Paid for the experience with lunch and wasn’t much choice, portion was very small and food was dry - felt a ripped off there. The free punch was very small but it’s free. Felt £100 was overpriced for the day we had. The guide held out at ricks cafe for the sunset that didn’t show, which was gutting. Expensive drinks there so it became a very expensive full day out. 11 hour day in total - very tiring.

4 hours on 7 mile beach I feel wasn’t needed this made the journey alot longer than needed to be after an early set off and late return. Loved ricks cafe!! The vibes were amazing and there was a lot to do, although ‘fast food’ was not fast I was waiting over 25 minutes and then ended up not getting my food due to the bus picking us up.

Ricks cafe is a like 18-30 style club with them getting girls to do dirty dancing dance offs. We were there as a family with children to watch the subset. Not only that the staff were rude and stole tips, adding extras and overcharging on purpose and walking off and ignoring us.

This was a LONG day! The coach journey to Seven Mile Beach took 2 hours and we were given just 3 hours to spend there, including getting lunch, before getting back on the bus for a short drive to Rick's Cafe for a 3 hour stay there before getting back on the coach for the 2 hour drive back to our hotel. Exhausting! Seven Mile Beach was disappointing, a lot of it is taken up by hotels and the beach vendors are a little annoying. Rick's Cafe is great fun but very loud and busy.

Brilliant day out. Coach from Montego Bay to Negril was 2 hours there but well worth it. Opportunity to shop, sunbathe, swim, cliff dive etc - lunch included too. Rick's Cafe has a brilliant vibe - highly recommend doing this trip!

Tania and Devon White were great guides, Tania in particular gave some interesting insight into Jamaica. Very long journey (4 hours from Ocho Rios when considering hotel pickups). We were aware of this but it could have been made clearer. Could have cut the 'gift shop' stop to make the day shorter. If staying at a Sandals, we'd suggest walking a few mins down the beach to the Negril resort, as the Boardwalk area had quite a few sellers and less space. Rick's Cafe worth the journey as a one-off.

All of the prices were in USD and my sister only had jamaica dollars. when we left and my sister told me how much she had paid, i realised that they had overcharged her a lot when converting. Picked up on time by Denise and Bish and it took us about 1.45hrs to reach 7 mile beach from Montego Bay. Denise the guide gave us an overview of Jamaica on the way which was great. Good food had in the bar and stayed just over 2 hours in Negril. Then took about 30 mins to get to Rick's. Great vibe and we got there before the boats full of people turned up. The food there was excellent, huge portions! Cliff divers were brilliant ??. Took us about 2 hours to get back because of the traffic.

First of all the bus collecting us was 45 minutes late so cutting short our experiencing right from the start. We booked the lunch option but there were only 3 options and the potions were very small so we were still hungry. The drink on arrival at seven mile beach was a small glass of fruit punch so no options for anything else. We had approximately 1.5 hours on the beach which was no time at all once we had waited 30- 40 minutes for our lunch to arrive. We were then taken to a souvenir shop

The guide staff were fantastic once again, our bus broke down about 30 minutes into the trip and they stayed calm and reassured us while we waited. Seven mile beach was so pretty, something I didn’t imagine and some lovely gift shops on the beach too. Ricks cafe again, wonderful view but is expensive for food and drinks so if you don’t want to pay this I’d suggest having food on seven mile beach.

The seven mile beach experience was very disappointing. The beach is not “sugar white sand” as described, is fully corded and the restaurant we had paid included lunch was very bad. The only nice thing was Rik’s cafe but travelling from Runaway bay and paying all that money, the experience wasn’t worth it.

At Rick's Cafe a lady lost her watch jumping in the water. The Life Guard found it and charged her 50 USD before he would give it her back. Our Tour Guide negotiated him down to 10 USD. This was very upsetting, particularly to my 18 year old daughter who had a panic attack and felt really unsafe. This was totally unnecessary and upset everyone. The same Lifeguard spent all his time snorkeling for lost property instead of keeping people safe. Spoiled the evening but showed their true colours.

wanted to go to a stunning beach for a relaxation and chill before heading on to Rick's cafe which is rammed and lively, not to be taken 30 mins out of the way to a gift shop the whole 40 odd people on the Bus got out to buy souvenirs. That took 45 mins then anther 30 mins to the beach to que to get in through restaurant to get to the beach then have to pay more money for bed and umbrella if you wandered further on to a nice quiet part you got hassled by people begging for money and food.

The description of the excursion is poor. We were out on the excursion for around 10 hours total, of that we spent three hours at Seven Mile Beach, 2 1/2 hours at Ricks Cafe and the remainder on the coach. The description of the excursion gives one the impression that lunch will be taken at Ricks Cafe, In fact lunch is at an eatery on Seven Mile Beach. Entry to Rick’s Cafe and Seven Mile beach is free making this excursion appear incredibly expensive. Rick’s Cafe saved the day - incredible.

We booked this thinking it was a half day trip and that lunch would be provided (if you paid extra) at Rick’s cafe as that’s how it is interpreted in the advert - we had the paid lunch at Seven Mile Beach and then had to get extra at Rick’s cafe because we wouldn’t have made it back in time for dinner at our hotel in Montego Bay. The excursion is good - I think 3.5 hours at the beach is a bit long, ours was cut short because of a local bush fire so had long at Rick’s Cafe. The Cafe was good - drinks and food reasonably priced and the sunset was amazing.

We enjoyed the rum tasting at Sunnys although we were delayed leaving as the tour guide shopped and chatted to the staff. 7 mile beach was really disappointing! We were unable to explore beyond the resort we were dropped off at (Boardwalk villiage) and Ricks cafe was good although extremely crowded and once again we were delayed setting off back to out hotels as the tour guide made her way back to the bus almost 30 mins later than everyone was told despite everyone including the driver being on the bus and being ready to head back

Our guide was an absolute blast and a great time was had by all. We got spend just over 3 hours on a small section of the beach, but it was very relaxing and lunch was delicious. Bring water shoes though as sea urchins do lurk in these waters! After a brief rum tasting stop which loosened us up even more, we headed to the iconic Rick's Cafe. We had so much fun dancing and drinking and watching the sunset. The journey is about 2 to 2.5 hours to and from Montego Bay which is why we sadly only had a couple of hours to spend at Rick's. It would've been amazing if this could've been a bit longer but even after leaving straight after sunset, we didn't get back until after 9pm! It was a really fun day out though. Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff in all areas, loved the included water sports kit and activities the gym the organised fitness sessions were good You can find a quiet spot, area or pool where you didn’t get bothered by the enforced fun staff but equally if you liked that type of partying it was generally in a specific area …remember not everyone likes to eat and drink themselves to max on holiday only to come back to the uk feeling like you are out of shape …some like to use the opportunity to eat good amazing healthy food ,relax and do fitness and activities, explore get a tan, sleep also liked adults only environment I don’t have anything negative to say about any aspect ….. note it was that nice I dont do reviews but on this occasion how can I not …. The whole trip from the start was terrible. No information about a pick up location, the coach being late and then the tour guide. Lectured for almost 3hrs on the lack of minimum wage in Jamaica and how we should show appreciation to our tour guide and driver. We stopped off at an unplanned rum tasting experience, which was not mentioned on the TUI website. We thought it would be great, however it seemed like a ploy for the tour guide to lure us into “free tasting” and then having to buy something before getting back onto the bus. Having purchased a bottle of rum for $110 to then get back to our resort and to find out its actually worth $35!! We were also promised 4hrs on the beach of uninterrupted sun and views… the rum scam took 45 minutes off and then the wait for food at the stop of location on 7 mile beach also stole an hour! Completely wasted day of our holiday. And believe me, we NEVER moan or complain.

Nice short and informative journey from Riu Negril hotel to 7 mile beach. Time at the beach was fine. Menu and drinks for pre-paid meal very limited. Drink on arrival was nice. Journey to next destination was delayed due to waiting on passengers. Would rather the bus left. If you are not there on time the bus should leave! We waited over 30 mins for 2 people. Stopped off at tourist store on route to ricks bar. Shop was small, cramped and the bus sat waiting again for nearly 20 mins for people to eat food at a store. Would rather have not have had that stop and gone straight to ricks bar. The bar itself was great. Beautiful setting. Drinks were not cheap. The guide was nice. Overall the trip was expensive for what was essentially a taxi ride and a basic meal with a glass of water.

We really enjoyed the trip, the only issue being we booked via your app, the timescales were listed as 4 to 8 hours our trip was 14 hours! There was no disruption to the programme its just what it ctuall took due to.distance, which bring logged into the app and.lnowing where we were staying it should of reflected the correct time scales. Families with children 4 hours each way on a bus is a bit much or a family member with a.disability or the requirement of medication at times of the day could of easly been affected with a 6 hour over time scale.

Overall the experience was great, we really enjoyed seeing the beautiful seven mile Beach and Rick's Cafe was such a vibe! Our tour guide was really funny and gave us a good ride up. Couple downsides; we were taken to a private part of the beach and weren't encouraged to walk and enjoy the beach, we ended up running out of time so didn't see as much of it as we wanted. We were also rushed to leave the beach but then taken to a tourist trap shop which sold bits none of us were interested in/had asked for. This wasn't mentioned in the itinerary and wasted an hour of the day (which we could have spent at the beach!). We paid for welcome drinks and didn't receive these.

George, the driver was far more knowledgeable than the guide, in fact we could gave done without a guide and just had George run the trip. Long drive from Runaway Bay, spent many hours on the bus that day. 4 hours getting there and 2 hours 50 minutes on the return journey. Negril beach looks beautiful but it's not so good for swimming. Rick's cafe was a good place to spend a couple of hours and watch the sunset.

The bus was freezing cold because of the air con. We tried to open the windows but were told we are not allowed. We, and other people on the bus asked multiple times (we asked 6 times across the day) for them to turn off the air con, but were told that it can’t be turned off. When we were returning, we were told that other people want it on, which I took to be the staff because everyone on the bus was freezing to death. No exaggeration, I was actually in pain from the cold as the journey is long and I was so relieved to get off the bus when we finally arrived back at the hotel. 7 mile beach is nice but not amazing, the shopping trip is a joke because they say it’s half price but they charge double what you’d expect to pay. For example, a bottle of rum cream is $50 USD but with their ‘discount’ it’s $25 which is still more expensive than you would get back home! Ricks cafe is also nice and a fun location but not worth all the hours spent doing the other stuff that was boring and then being in the freezing bus for 4 hours+.

The beach bar and Negril was lovely and Ricks cafe was better than I thought. A long day out from Montego Bay however with all the pick ups along the way. Left at 9.30 and got back at 9pm. Saw some fab sights on the way

The day as a whole is fab, our tour guide - Trinity - was probably what made it even better! She was fun, inclusive and had so so much knowledge of the Island. A very proud Jamaican. She got involved, made the journey fun and taught us a lot about the area and gave tips about safety and how best to make the most out of the experience. The boardwalk at Negril beach was lovely, we paid for the lunch to be included which was nice if only a little small. Look out for “locals” on the beach trying to sell you anything and no taking ‘no’ for an answer. Rick’s cafe was an experience in itself; amazing views, cliff jumping for those brave enough, reasonably priced and fab music and entertainment. There was plenty of time here however I wish we’d had a touch longer at each place. We were collected from Montego Bay at 10:15am and returned around 8pm so appreciate it’s a long day for those who were first and last drop offs.

From the driver (chin) the guide (Marcia) the tour was made extra special. On the journey to negril we were spoken to about the history & traditions of Jamaica. Most of which I knew as I’ve been before and my family are from here but it was amazing to hear some lovely traditional history whilst on route to the amazingly stunning 7m beach & on to ricks cafe. All round amazing trip well worth the money & more.

Fantastic experience…. Ricks cafe is an absolute must and an experience we will never forget! Seven mile beach was lovely and peaceful! Hotel TUI guide was spot on and the guide on the trip was brilliant!! Please take the plunge and get jumping off those cliffs, you won’t regret it!

Worth checking how far your hotel is from the destination as we spent too much time sat on a coach and picking other people up. There was also some very annoying/arrogant people on the trip which can be difficult on such a long journey. Wished the trip was done privately to avoid such long journey time as we ended up with only 3 hours on the beach which wasn't enough when also having to fit in lunch there. Even less time was spent at Ricks café which was incredible. It was a shame to have to leave when you are told too, especially when you are enjoying yourself so much as it's cutting your experience short. However, the places visited were amazing, great food and drink as well as a unforgettable atmosphere at Ricks. Was just a shame not enough time was spent there, it was gutting after travelling so far. We also stopped at a shop which we weren't told about and as great as it was with the value for money that also took time away from the destinations we paid to see, so wish we were warned. as some people weren't happy to be told we are going shopping unexpectedly.

The lunch in the cafe could have been better and the stop off at the shop before wasted time. You also should have said that the bus journey was so long. That info wasn’t stated up front. The toilet on the bus did not work either.

We loved 7 Mile Beach. It was the Caribbean as I’d imagined. Ricks Cafe had amazing views of sunset, but was a little loud for us. A once in a lifetime moment though to drink rum cocktails and watch the sun setting over the Caribbean.

Great experience to go to Ricks Cafe & Seven Mile Beach. Really one to tick off the bucket list. The tour guide is absolutely amazing and will tell you everything you need to know about the local area. Really good. Only issue I had is there is too less of time spent at Ricks. Should also really be a complementary drink included at Ricks too. Otherwise really good! Thank you to our guide Mama!

Die Zeit am Strand war schön entspannend und absolut ausreichend. Bei Ricks Café war es auch super schön. Schade war nur das wir um zehn vor sechs los sind und es dann das schönste Abendrot gab. Aber an sich ein super schöner Ausflug und unser Guide war super drauf

Firstly, from Ocho Rios it is a 3 hour drive to Negril. The beach was disappointing - there was lots of water sports but also lots of people trying to sell you stuff, and honestly the beach at our hotel was better. Ricks Cafe was great tho, really fun atmosphere, and pretty sunset.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Der Strand war nichts Besonderes. Alle Speisen und Getränke waren dort kostenpflichtig. In unserer Situation (top Hotel und Strand) hat es da einfach keinen Mehrwert gegeben. Wir wurden wohl auch nicht richtig informiert über den Ausflug.

Lovely enjoyable day out on the beach with the various water activities etc. We decided not to go to Rick's cafe which was a part of it, as we had gone there the day before on a previous trip. Stayed on the beach instead, & coach returned to pick us up at a later time. Awesome!
