Great

Saxophone player was fab. Got really involved with the passengers. Only downside of this trip was the lunch. The teenagers that were on the trip didn’t eat any of the food served as they don’t like cheese etc . A bit more variety such as chicken and pasta would make this suitable for all. Really we just got served ham cheese and bread which was fine for the adults but not for all. If this was detailed more clearly on the description people could bring their own snacks etc

Well organised, friendly staff, very good lunch. We hadn't realised/ were not told that the return was by bus and we arrived somewhere we didn't recognise which caused us problems in locating a taxi (we learned afterwards that it was close to a taxi rank but we were not advised of this) On the whole though, a good trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip although we were not aware that it would end with a coach back to Magaluf and had some difficulty finding our way from the drop off point.

The live saxophonist was amazing-a very talented professional. Food was lovely. Crew were helpful and kind dealing with my mobility difficulties. Didn’t expect to be bussed back to Malaga. Had a long walk looking for a taxi rank.

Toller Ausflug mit dem Schiffchen. Kinder kamen auch auf ihre Kosten. Schwimmen, SUP, Aqua Scooter, Schnorchel. Essen war gut. Getränkepreise sind ok. Personal freundlich. Die Livemusik mit dem Saxophon war klasse. Beim Wasserspaß muss, und sollte man, selbst auf die Kinder (12, 9) achten.

I would highly recommend this boat trip if you are staying in magaluf. The staff are super accommodating and very friendly the whole day is such a relaxing experience there is live music from a saxophonist on board for the duration of the trip, a nice little guided tour from magaluf to palma and the food on board was fantastic. Very good also if you have children I found the whole experience to be very inclusive for everyone and the staff work very hard to make sure you have a 10/10 day!

The boat trip was great especially the saxophone player, there wasn’t enough equipment to accommodate the amount of people on board, we literally got 3 minutes on a paddle board and nothing else! The male staff were great but there was one female staff who was very rude, unfriendly and very very unapproachable! When spoken to she was very abrupt and clearly did not want to be there.The boat was full and different families were commenting on her attitude and rudeness during the trip.

De trip met de boot was heel fijn maar je hebt dus maar een uurtje om in het water te gaan. Eten was lekker. Uitleg bij sightseeing was er zo goed als niet. De saxofoon muziek was leuk maar heel luid en na 5 liedjes heb je het daardoor ook wel gehad.. Beetje miscommunicatie met Tui want volgens hen kregen we een gratis drankje bij het eten en dit was niet het geval. Resultaat was dat we te weinig drinken bijhadden en moesten betalen. Comfort van de boot was zeer goed en crew was vriendelijk.

Besonders hervorzuheben war die Livemusik durch der Saxofon- Spieler und die Unterstützung durch den Guide. Negativ sind die Unterlagen der TUI, da dort Leistungen stehen, die nicht erbracht werden. ( Transfer, Getränke beim Buffet) diese sollten dann auch aus den Unterlagen entfernt werden.

Staff were friendly, great saxophone ??. Food very nice and plenty of it. Only fault we had was, when we booked with tui, it was not explained that it was a bus transfer back from palma. We all assumed that the boat was going to return to our original pick up. Luckily some man on the trip was in our hotel,so we followed him.

Zware tegenvaller, maar 1 zwem stop in een te wilde zee, en snorkels die aanwezig waren, waren kapot. Tui verkoopt dit ook met onderwater scooters maar die waren niet eens aanwezig. Werd niet bij verteld dat we met een bus vanuit palma terug moesten, duurde het langer en bus was heel warm. Weinig mooie dingen gezien onderweg, niet wat we gevraagd hadden of ervan verwacht, al met al teleurstellend

Nothing negative at all, could not fault anything. Crew were very obliging and welcoming. Saxophone player amazing really enhanced the day. Even played a request we made. Food very tasty and plenty available. Swimming stop a decent amount of time. Water toys great fun. Overall a fabulous day.

Staff helpful Saxophone player amazing Music chilled ‘Toys’ were fab fun Food great Map from TUI rep a bit confusing as to meet up point. Wish we could boat back rather than bus.

Great trip but did not leave us back at the spot they collected us at instead we had to walk up the quays in the heat cross 2.main roads to get a bus and was left off the bus about 20.mins back to out hotel very disappointed with this arrangement and we were not told about this

I enjoyed the boat trip very much , which we got on at Magaluf Jetty but was very surprised when we got off the boat at where we presumed to be Palma......we were not told this is where we would get off the boat.. There were busses to take us back to Magaluf ,which was not a problem if the bus had dropped us near the jetty....We were dropped off in the centre of Magaluf, we had no idea where we were, As 2 elderly women it was distressing not knowing where we were ...we eventually got a taxi back

The food was not great. They had meats that I do not eat and some salad and quiche. Only one drink with the trip and others had to be paid for. Saxophone player was good, trip was good and not overcrowded.
