What to expect

Time flies when you're having fun – so this mini dolphin watching cruise will whizz by. You'll sail on a superfast boat off the coast of Puerto del Carmen and spend an hour-and-a-half searching for dolphins. Your captain will take you to waters famed for their dolphins. Sightings aren't guaranteed – but the expert skipper will spare no effort in finding them. During your outing, the captain will also drop the anchor in a quiet spot where you can go for a swim if you fancy it.

Geen zwemvestjes voorzien voor kleine kinderen. Een lus gevaren op de zee met amper uitleg onderweg en uiteindelijk niets gezien.

It was great it was only 2hr so perfect for children. The host was brilliant at informing what we were doing and local info. the boat was lovely and clean and had a toilet. Would have been good if they had sold cold drinks on the boat. Would have liked life jackets to be offered especially for the children under 8/ non swimmers. Would have liked it to be clearer we would be able to swim so I could have packed goggles etc. We saw lots of dolphins and a turtle! It made our holiday! 5 * trip!

Poor

Arrived 30 mins early as suggested. Man in shop was very brusque told us to go to gate 1. We went and then he came along 5 mins later and asked why we were all waiting there. Then he sent us away. From afar 10 mins later he arrived and marched other people to the far end of the quay, fortunately we saw this and didnt miss tge trip. Which failed to see any dolphins and docked 200m from the quay for a swim of 10 mins in a place where litter from the dock was floating by. Lovely.

Very short trip.. one hour to look for dolphins and 20 mins in the water rand been back. 1.30 hours total. Poor for the money

This experience was such good value for money! The guide was so nice and made a fuss of the children, making the experience so much fun for them by singling them out and taking them to the front of the boat. We saw loads of dolphins and spend lots of time surrounded by them which was fantastic. The only thing that would make it better is for life jackets to be given to the customers. I found it very unnerving to be so far out to sea without any safety equipment.

Het was een betaalbaar boottripje en we hebben vinnen van dolfijnen gezien. Er stond in de bevestiging niet dat we ons eerst moesten melden bij het kantoor van de boot. We hadden online kaarten maar hadden ons eerst bij het kantoor moeten melden. We kregen een telefoontje van Tui dat ze op ons stonden te wachten maar we stonden al 40 minuten bij de boot in de rij te wachten.

Die Tour war okay. Das beste daran war das man vom Boot aus ins Wasser springen durfte. Was vorher aber nicht gesagt wurde. Wir hatten zum Glück Badesachen dabei. Die reine Fahrt ging nur eine Stunde, und es hat ziemlich geschaukelt. Nichts für einen schwachen Magen;) Delphine haben wir leider nicht gesehen.

Really friendly crew. Found dolphins about 10-15 mins out to sea. Would have like to of spent more time here and possibly see some whales rather than the swim in the sea. We did que for the boat expecting to pick our seats on the boat but they told us were to sit

Great trip overall. Saw dolphins and had a little swim in the sea. Skipper was entertaining and took all the kids to the front of the boat to try to spot any dolphins which was nice. The only downside was that they didn’t offer life jackets when we swam in the ocean. Not a problem for me but some parents didn’t let their kids swim when perhaps they would have otherwise. I did hear several people enquire as to whether there were any available.

Dies war unsere zweite Tour da wir zwei Tage zuvor die gleiche Fahrt gemacht haben leider ohne Delfinbeobachtung. Diese Tour hat jedoch alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir konnten Grindwale und Delfine zusammen beobachten, was aber laut Aussage des Tourguides sehr selten ist.

Plus - the mini-cruise certainly delivered when it came to seeing dolphins; we got to see a playful pod within abut 20 minutes of setting off. Very pleasant boat trip Minus - didn't last the full two hours even with an unadvertised swim stop (that few took advantage of). Poor commentary, learned little about the dolphins

Great to go straight out to sea and almost immediately come across dolphins and pilot whales, not too bothered about the stop for swimming, the time could have been used to find more dolphins and whales. There are no transfers for this experience, I think almost 80 Euros for a taxi from our hotel and back adds a lot to the cost and could lose potential customers. Still a great couple of hours though.

Der Ausflug mit dem Boot war schön und kurzweilig, leider konnten wir jedoch keine Delfine sehen und beobachten. Niemand kann garantieren, dass die Tiere just zu dem Zeitpunkt vor Ort sind, wo wir es sind. Die Mannschaft war sehr freundlich und es bestand auf der Rückfahrt von der Beobachtungsstelle die Möglichkeit, kurz in Wasser zu springen. Ein netter Ausflug, aber leider auch nicht mehr.

Nice boat trip. We saw a few dolphins towards the end of the trip. The stop for swimming off back of boat was a waste of 20 minutes that could have been spent on more cruise.
