Absolutely awful, bus was late to pick us up, then the guide was rushing us about like sheep and spoke very loudly at us, got onboard and it was just a free for all kids running wild. Got to the stop area for the food and swimming area, but yet again the kids ran wild while the staff just looked on no control, then the food my wife had the piella which wasn’t cooked crunchy rice and was cold I had the pasta as not a fan of sea food and it was awful no taste and stone cold. Waste Of money

Der Ausflug an sich war schön und die Guides waren sehr bemüht. Allerdings habe ich die Tour mit Deutscher Sprache gebucht!!! Es war aber eine Tour in Englisch und Spanisch. Wir hatten Glück das unser Guide ein bisschen Deutsch konnte und uns die wichtigsten Infos nochmal übersetzt hat.

Deutsch gebucht, aber keine deutsche Sprache dabei. Busfahrt sehr lange da viele Stops. Busfahrer fährt ohne Sicherheitsabstand. Reiseleiter steigt schon vor den Gästen aus. Auf dem Katamaran war alles bestens.

Wir haben diese Tour gebucht, nachdem uns ein deutschsprachiger Reiseleiter zugesichert worden war. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass der Guide kein Deutsch sprach. Zudem wurden während der Tour nur wenige Informationen zu den besuchten Orten vermittelt. Auch das Essensangebot war für Gäste mit Allergien oder besonderen Ernährungsbedürfnissen wenig geeignet. Als Hauptgericht gab es Reis mit Meeresfrüchten, während Betroffenen lediglich Nudeln mit einfacher Soße als Alternative blieben.

Für mich war es eine angenehme Tages Tour ! Der Reiseleiter, sowie die Bootsbesatzung waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Service an Board war sehr gut und das Mittagessen sehr schmackhaft. Für jemanden der eine gemütliche Bootsfahrt mit Essen, Trinken und Unterhaltung, mit angenehmen Service mag, ist die Tour zu empfehlen!!

The catamaran was old, but well maintained and plenty of water sports equipment onboard for those who wanted to use it. Felt like a wasted hour in Caleta del Sebo waiting to board the Catamaran. Maybe 30 mins max? Wasn't really a paella as advertised - more like boiled rice Sangria without fruit?

This was a great trip especially if you love the water. We had an hour on the island which was very picturesque and then around four hours at sea. We anchored at a beautiful spot and we're able to jump off the boat, kayak and swim and snorkel with the fish that the staff fed. A great experience. Drinks were all included and a lunch of paella or pasta was served. This was great value for money and we all enjoyed the day, we would definitely recommend.

Es begann schon mit einer schlechten Abholung, man hat den Guide nicht sofort erkannt bzw. war am telefonieren und nicht sehr freundlich. Obwohl die Touren als deutsch sprachig verkauft wurden, wurde im Bus nur Spanisch und Englisch gesprochen. Der Guide ist ohne viel Erklärung aus dem Bus los gelaufen ohne auf die letzten Passagiere zu warten. Immer wieder ungenaue Angaben zu wenig Informationen. Zu großer Katamaran. Zu unpersönlich. Anderes Erlebnis als zuvor beschrieben.

Vond het leuk alleen werd er minder verteld Lanzarote. Op de boot was het gezellig leuke staf. Ze waren vriendelijk. Mijn zoon vond het geweldig. 2 xgesprongen in het water en ook was hij gaan kajakken. Eten was ook heerlijk.

Atmosphere on boat was brilliant. Music got everyone chatting, singing and dancing, o and the sangria helped too! Crew were amazing and really organised. Snacks and lunch served to all really well. We enjoyed swimming in the sea. I could have done with a life jacket or float of some sorts but will take my own next time! Not too fussed on time spent on the island as there was not much there. Transfer there and back went well. Overall we had a great time.

Schön war der kurze Landgang. Unerfreulich wsr, das kein weiterer Landgang an einen Strand auf die Insel erfolgte. Essen ging so. Getränke waren leider das billigste Limo etc.

Die Fahrt war rundum gelungen. Ein paar Details, die nicht alle in der Beschreibung stehen. - Baden war sehr schön. - Der Rückweg, mit dem Fahren durch etwas höhere Wellen, war ein tolles Erlebnis. - Der Stop, als Partymusik zum Tanzen aufgelegt wurde, war sehr spaßig.

De tocht was wel leuk maar de informatie werd soms teveel in verschillende talen (Frans, Spaans, Engels) uitgebreid uitgelegd. Beter zou het zijn in 1 taal, (Engels) zodat de uitleg voor allen goed te doen is. De aandacht van anderstaligen is gauw weg, zodat je je uiterste best moet doen om jouw (Engelse) taal goed te verstaan.

The guide on the coach gave very little direction, gave us tickets saying white for ferry blue for boat. We were last off coach couldn’t see our guide so headed towards the ferry where our tickets were accepted. Landed on Graciosa but didn't know what to do next. Saw the guide so asked what to do next as thought it was a catamaran trip. He was rude and angry and said you got on the wrong boat. We did end up on right one which was an amazing trip, great views, take a warm jumper/coat.

I was however not happy that there were quite a few younger children aboard when we specifically requested an adult only trip! We couldn't relax as they were jumping on the next & basically being children, not their fault at all but exactly what we didn't want on an adult only trip.

Je word echt stipt op tijd opgehaald op de aangegeven ophaalpunt, gids legt alles uit, trip is erg goed en mooi, ben zelfs doordat het zo leuk was vergeten in te smeren op de beentjes op de terugreis haha, echt een aanrader! I really enjoyed the whole experience. There is nothing better than travelling on a beautiful boat into the sea sipping a sangria with the sun blazing however the only thing that let the whole experience down was the transfer to the port. Overall it took nearly 3 hours,there was numerous pick ups all over playa blana and another town, over an hour drive to pick two customers up, who was then late and required the host to ring numerous times. The experience was 4 hours plus coach transfer.

Die Fahrt mit dem Katamaran war sehr gut. Auch die Besatzung hat alles sehr gut gemacht. Der Ausflug zum Badestrand hat mir ebenfalls gefallen. Verpflegung hat geschmeckt. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Die Infrastruktur auf Graciosa war unterentwickelt. Besonders Straßen waren nur eine Sandwüste.

Didn't really know what to expect, but it was an absolutely amazing experience. On the catamaran from the start for the journey to La Graciosa with some time off the yacht to explore whilst they prepared the food. Once back on board, the journey around the bay was so relaxing, with as many (or few) drinks that you wanted. Mooring up and either going to the beach, snorkeling around, or just chilling on board meant everyone was catered for. Food amazing. Fantastic day out for all ages.

Paar aus dem Erzgebirge

Die Betreuung mit der Abholung vom Hotel und die Gesamte Crew war einfach Spitze. Die Stimmung an Bord des Katamarans war einfach super **********. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Ausflugstour. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

It was supposed to be for adults & over 13 year old- there were many children under 8 years old there. Guide on bus was irritable and scolded us like children for speaking quietly while she made an announcement in French even though it was two very loud Spanish men who were actually talking. She said she couldn't hear herself speak - she makes this announcement every day she works! I enjoyed being on a boat on the sea. It wasn't worth €69 though.

Not a full Catermeran experience

A great trip to enjoy but the trip was advertised as a full catermeran experience, it was not.On arrival to the port you took a ferry ride to the island,then you boarded the catermeran.I have informed TUI rep in our hotel (HSA Ficus) as the trip is advertised as you get a coach to the port , then board the catermeran, this is not taking place and alot of customers were very disappointed at the start of the trip.

Excellent value for money. Plenty of food and drink available. Staff very kind and helpful. The only slight grumble was that a group of 8 people took up seats inside the catamaran with their bags then went outside and took another seat each but the crew were too busy to notice.

We really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and fun. We loved the food/drinks and all that was offed as part of the trip. There was not anything we feel we did not like.

Miss sold as great for families but I'm not sure I'd agree. Main issue was that it was massively oversold and there wasn't much space for everyone. Most people on board were too interested in themselves or the included alcohol to allow the children to enjoy things like laying on the netting. The staff did nothing to control this. It was a bit of a middle aged booze cruise with lots of arrogant people. The snorkeling was amazing, no chance of kayaking as not enough to go round and food was bad.

Super verzorgde boottour, inclusief transfer van en naar hotel. Lekker eten, genoeg drankjes en hele gezellige crew. Grote catamaran met voldoende ruimte en wc's. Neem zekf een snorkel mee, honderden vissen echt super leuk! Wat een heerlijke dag!

Die relativ lange Einsammelzeit (1 Stunde) an den anderen Hotels + 1 Stunde Fahrzeit bis zum eigentlichen Eventort hat mich ein wenig gestört. Die Katamaranfahrt incl. des kompletten Programms waren außerordentlich gut geplant und von den Mitarbeitern hervorragend betreut. Das ganze Boot hat auf der Heimfahrt gewackelt und zwar nicht nur vom Wellengang sondern auch von der hervorragend Stimmung an Bord. Die Tour ist absolut Empfehlenswert!

Die Fahrt mit dem Catamaran, im Netz über dem Wasser liegend, ist ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Guides sprechen vier Sprachen und sind tolle Animateure. Der Informationsfluss zu Beginn war etwas zäh. Unser Guide war verschwunden um eine weitere Gruppe am Parkplatz abzuholen und wir wussten kurz nicht ob wir einsteigen sollen/dürfen/können. Alles andere war wirklich gut. Die Fahrt, der Strand, die Crew, der Ablauf, das Essen... Empfehlenswert!

Enjoyed the swim. Enjoyed the party at the end. Bus drop off close to harbour. Didn’t enjoy the limited drinks (choice) didn’t enjoy the food (pasta very plain) paella rice undercooked. Very slippery under foot & no mats for safety on board. Transport bus run down , no aircon, dirty, broken feet rests, seats leaned back so limited leg space very cramped. Seatbelts was not long enough. Covers on seatbelt mechanisms missing, cover missing from vents. Too warm on bus for an hr or so travelling.

Excellent team on board the catamaran who cant do enough to help everyone. They had a fun singing and dancing session on the way back to port which rounded off a fabulous day. Lots of very tasty food and drink provided as part of the cost. Lovely village to visit and idyllic beach to relax on with some inflatables and kayaks if you don't want to lie on the beach. Definitely value for money. Second time I have done this trip and I will go again when I return to Lanzarote.

Once on the beach we were unable to get back to the boat for an hour. We and others understood that the taxi boat was available the whole time. With 2 young children, no shade and no drink, this was not acceptable.

Der Trip an sich war super. Jedoch war der Katamaran sehr voll und die Logistik ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Bustransfer zum Fährhafen war ca 30 Minuten zu spät, sodass es am Hafen überaus stessig war. Dadurch blieb wenig Zeit, die Siedlung auf La Graciosa zu erkunden (ca. 30 Minuten). Außerdem gab es im Bus nicht genügend Sitzplätze, sodass einige Gäste mit dem Taxi nachgekommen sind.

The whole trip was fantastic! The kids loved it. From going on the catamaran to kayaking and exploring the island! Fatima, who took us on the trip from the company in Lanzarote was lovely! Kind and enthusiastic and happy to help at any moment!! We were disappointed to learn that from any child 12 and up were classes as an adult with TUI therefore we had to pay adult prices!!! For a family of 5 this was really hard - not impressed with this! A 13 year old is not an adult!!!

We had a fab day out, it was a little bumpy in the waves but this added to the fun. We had an hour on the La Graciosa Beach which was great. The food and drink was very nice and well organised . Overall a good day out and a great laugh.

We arrived at the stated arrival time for the pickup. But the coach was almost 45 mins late. The coach was almost at capacity. But once on our way and the rest of the day was very enjoyable.

Great day out. The coach trip was a little long but it gave you a chance to see more of the island. The first and last part of the boat trip was a little rough so not for those that are not too sure about boats. Staff onboard were great and very helpful. Food and drinks also very good. Stopped at small village and then into a beach for a swim. I stayed on boat and the sea was very cold, should of used the free taxi boat to go on shore. Sea was very clear and plenty to see when snorkelling.

Aus der Tourenbeschreibung sollte der Ablauf der Tour besser beschrieben werden. Je nach Lage des Hotels beträgt die Busfahrt insg. mehr als 2h (Hinfahrt inkl. Rückfahrt), die reine Katamaranfahrt max. 1h zzgl 2h auf dem Katamaran während dem Essen. An dem wirklich sehr schönen Stand auf La Graciosa ist man nur exakt 1h, was deutlich zu wenig ist. Die Paella fanden wir leider überhaupt nicht gut. Die Crew jedoch war top und die Stimmung auf dem Boot sehr gut. Insgesamt war die Organisation sehr gut.

kunne være rart at vi havde fået kvittering fra jer som vi kunne have vist i bussen............vi var nær aldrig kommet med fordi vi ikke havde den. Heldigvis lykkedes det en lokal guide, at få os med. ( dette vedrører ikke La Grasiosaturen ) , men turen til Timalfaya eller hvad det nu er det hedder, kunne vise en overførsels af penge så derfor lykkedes det uanset var begge ture vi var på rigtig gode, kunne dog godt have brugt lidt mere tid i byen på La Graciosa

Die Katamarantour war sehr schön und die Paella war super lecker. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider wurde im Bustransfer gar nicht auf die Einhaltung der Maskenpflicht geachtet, dies war insbesondere problematisch da der Bus bis zum letzten Platz gefüllt wurde. Einzelreisende mussten neben Fremden sitzen. Mehre Mitreisende trugen gar keine Maske oder die Maske unter der Nase. Vor der Rückfahrt habe ich einen Guide darauf angesprochen, dieser sagt nur, er könne die Maskenpflicht im Bus nicht überwachen, da er nicht aufstehen dürfe. Einmal umdrehen und zumindest eine Bitte die Masken zu tragen wäre denke ich aber möglich gewesen. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Ausfluges hatten die Kanaren stark steigen Zahlen und es galt wieder eine Maskenpflicht sogar im außen Bereich. Davon abgesehen würde ich die Tour aber unbedingt empfehlen, vielleicht nach Corona.

Resort was lovely and clean, breakfast not brilliant but lunch and dinners great. We stayed for 10 days and didn't get a message from rep till day 4, we weren't offered any excursions sought these ourselves. Entertainment at resort was awful no effort put in at all I know it's late in season but still plenty of guests about. Apartments were spotless and well serviced great location short transfer from airport. Flight out air crew were great with covid regulations flight home was shocking people without masks coughing badly air crew didn't say anything to them and drop down table very dirty on return flight too.

The actual boat part was okay but getting to the boat was a long coach trip. Perhaps our fault as we should've researched it first. It took around 2 hours to get there after all the pick ups and then travel to the other end of the island. La graciosa isn't that great and not worth it in my opinion.

Ophaalpunt was niet geheel duidelijk maar de bus chauffeur vond ons en heeft een foto gemaakt van het oickup point. Leuke trip met tussenstop eilandje en heerlijke lunch. Gelegenheid tot snorkelen, zwemmen en kayakken of naar een strandje

Leuke boottocht Alleen jammer dat het eten matig was alleen paella met vis Zeker voor mensen met allergie een probleem

Omgeving prachtig. Boottocht goed en netjes verzorgd. Kanotijd en snorkeltijd had wat langer gemogen. Busrit vanuit hotel naar veerboot in noorden werd vrijwel volledig in Spaanse taal verzorgd. Als niet Spaans sprekende was dat verwarrend omdat er informatie over de dag geven werd. Tour aanrader.
