We booked this excursion with our 2year old child. We were not told that he could not enter the museum (for age 7+), therefore one of us had to miss out on this experience. We were also not told that Ephesus was not suitable with a pushchair, making it very difficult to explore in its entirety along with the guide. Our guide was also 40minutes late to the meeting point. This left us waiting in the heat without shade or somewhere to sit. And delayed dinner that evening by 1hour. Not ideal!

Efez super, przewodnik gonil w samym Efezie zbyt malo czasu na na samodzielne exploroeanie obiektu. Niekoniecznie trafiony przystanek na zakupy w lokalnym sklepiku, kosztem czasu w Efezie. Uwaga do muzeum nie wejdziesz z dziecmi ponizej 7 roku, tego nie powiedza ci przed zakupem wycieczki.

Serwis nie byl wliczony w koszt wycieczki (przy ponad 30st. upale wode organizowalismy we wlasnym zakresie). Pierwszym punktem wycieczki byl sklep z produktami i kosmetykami (choc nie powinno mnie to juz dziwic). Przewodniczka zle przygotowana, jej wiedza nt. trasy po której nas oprowadzala na bardzo srednim poziomie. Na wiele pytan dotyczacych miasta Efez nie umiala odpowiedziec. Wiecej wyczytalismy sami w przewodnikach przed wycieczka. Z uwagi ze sam wstep kosztowal 65 € to ogólna cena OK.

Dla przewodnika wazniejsze niz oprowadzanie po Efezie byly opowiesci o 'galaretkach' loukomi i olejkach do zakupu, nastepnie mozliwosc kupienia czapki i mieszaneklgo soczku z granatu. W Efezie malo czasu, przewodnik byl arogancki, nie bylo czasu na przeczytanie tabliczek ani zadanie pytanie, nic nie bylo szczególowo opowiedziane, po muzeum multimedialnym przewodnik czekal na nas z piwem i papierosem w rece. Po zadaniu pytaniu o Efez, odnjrlnal dwoma slowami. Jestem bardzo rozczarowana za ta cene

The tour guide’s knowledge was amazing and brought to life the history of Ephesus. We think a little longer at the Virgin Mary house would be better as it felt a little rushed through the house (not the fault of the guide). But overall an amazing experience.

Echt een aanrader mooie excursie die je gezien moet hebben. Huis van Maria bijzonder om mee gemaakt te hebben zelfs nog een kaarsje opgestoken. Effes was indrukwekkend vooral de expirions waar verteld wordt over het onstaan van Effes. Hierna loop je door de stad. Alles wordt verteld door Dhoan de gids die prima nederlands spreekt. Dus met een woord een fantastische excursie. 1 kanttekening neem genoeg water mee vooral op een hete dag en dat kan het daar echt worden.

The tour guide and drivers were very good, very enthusiastic, and the place was interesting to see. However the price charged was double what other equally good operators charge. Now I know you will come back with 'quality of staff', 'quality of vehicles' etc etc, however I have taking a trip to Paumukkale with a different operator and their service was equally as good.

This is a once in a lifetime thing! Mary’s house is very small and doesn’t take much time at all but is a must visit place. So spiritual it felt almost like a pilgrimage. The ruins were also fantastic. So much history and Ezra, the tour guide, really brought the place to life. She is amazing, funny, and so knowledgeable. The whole process was so easy too we were picked up right outside our hotel and dropped back again. Probably the highlight of our holiday.

L'expérience a été plus que décevante. Nous avions réservé l'excursion en français et nous avons eu un guide allemand sans en être averti au préalable. L'expérience a non seulement été décevante sur le plan culturel à cause de la barrière de la langue mais aussi sur le plan financier. Je suis sidéré du manque de considération qu'ils ont vis à vis de leurs clients!

Wycieczka w duzym pospiechu, pierwszy przystanek na zakupy to duza strata czasu. Przewodnik pieknie mówil po polsku, niestety byl bardzo niemily. Za ledwie 5 minut spóznienia do autobusu (kolejka w toalecie) glosno komentowal w niemily sposób i kazal przepraszac innych pasazerów. Bylo to mocno ponizajace. Wycieczka absolutnie nie warta wydanych przeszlo 2tys zlotych.

Esra the guide was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. The part at House of Virgin Mary was too long, stayed 1 hr but 30-40 mins would have been plenty, and more time at Ephesus would have been better. The trip was advertised as 2-4 hrs duration but was actually 6.5 hrs from pick up to drop off. We were told times are approximated but that is a big difference. On the way there we were in a minibus which was good. But on the way back there were 4 adults put in a car/taxi, it was very cramped!

Excursion demandée en français , mais que l anglais dispo le jour j . Visite du musée catastrophique et donc visite générale impactée . Le musée est interdit au moins de 7 ans ( nous avons un bébé ) résultat , ma compagne a fait la visite après tout le monde . Cet interdit n’est pas indiqué lors de l inscription . Ensuite on a du r attraper le groupe . Pas d explication sur les toilettes et la bibliothèque. De façon général c’est une visite en mode speed .

It was extremely expensive! Seven of us cost over £500. The coach was very hot and uncomfortable especially for a baby. Our guide was excellent; approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. We particularly enjoyed Ephesus and could easily have spent a lot longer there.

De excursie was erg goed geregeld, vervoer, gids, locatie. De gids wist enorm veel te vertellen over de bezienswaardigheden en het was prettig dat dat ook in het Nederlands kon. Efeze is echt de moeite waard om te bezichtigen, goede schoenen zijn wel een must en voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn kan het lastig zijn .

Die Zeit in Ephesus war für eine Besichtigung viel zu kurz. Darauf sollte beim anbieten vom Ausflug hingewiesen werden, dass nur sehr wenig Zeit zur Besichtigung zur Verfügung steht.

We thoroughly enjoyed our outing which was organised and efficient. We got picked up in a private taxi as we were on the outskirts of Kusadasi and then delivered to the main coach pick up point. The drivers and tour guide were brilliant. Ezra was so informative and made Ephesus come alive. We would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Ephesus is the most amazing place I have ever seen! So well preserved and incredibly interesting. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. If you are in Izmir you have to go! It would be like going to Egypt and not seeing the pyramids. Highlight of the holiday. We would have liked more time there (2 more hours) as there is a part of it that's extra cost to see, but looked awesome. Would happily have paid more for the tour to have access to that too!

This is the second trip we went on during our week in Türkiye, feedback mainly relates to the duration of trip. It stated 2-4 hours, we were picked up at 2, taxi to hotel then coach - air conditioning wasn’t great - after numerous pick ups it was 1hour 45 before we got to the first place on our trip. We had dinner reservations at 8 pm and would not leave until 7, we had paid £ 40 Euros to get back the the hotel - think you should include travel time in duration. Izra our guide was fabulous!

Faszinierende Orte, unbedingt sehenswert, toller Guide und nette Betreuung aber die Zeit in Ephesus war viel zu kurz bemessen. An der Celcus Bibliothek konnten wir z.B. insgesamt nur 5 Minuten verbringen. Für 75€ hätte ich gerne den Ort etwas länger genießen und besichtigen wollen. Der Ort der Abholung muss besser kommuniziert bzw. eingehalten werden. Bei uns hieß es “Security” aber der Bus fuhr bis zum Hoteleinhang, so dass wir dem Bus hinterherrennen mussten :(

The tour guide was brilliant, she was really knowledgable about the history of Ephesus and the Virgin Mary house, the way she spoke you couldn't help but pay attention! I don't consider myself a history lover but after her tour I'm definitely better informed and have told others stories about the ruins and ancient city. She also gave handy tips about how to avoid being hassled by shop keepers and also told us about the animals in the area e.g. if they have an ear tag they've been vet checked.

Obsluga hotelu na wysokim poziomie! Wszyscy bardzo sympatyczni, grzeczni, usmiechnieci i pomocni. Nie mielismy wiekszego problemu z zalatwieniem czegokolwiek. Jedynym minusem bylo wi fi, które wieczorami bylo przeciazone ?? poza tym czysciutko, wszystko na biezaco sprzatane. Jedzonko dobre, niczego nie brakowalo aczkolwiek troche monotonne. Wycieczka bardzo dobrze zorganizowana, pomimo dosc duzej grupy przewodnik ogarnial wszystko i byl bardzo dobrze przygotowany merytorycznie. Opowiadal bardzo ciekawie i nie meczaco. Wycieczka idealna nawet dla znudzonych zwykle wszystkim nastolatków :)
